As everything clears up, the bandits seem to have reached some sort of semi-permanent truce with the factions. That was good news, if anyone ever needed anything from them down the line. There were however, rumours of something, a couple of casualties - it was nothing serious, and quickly swept under the rug. Nobody wanted to admit there was possibly something worse than even the undying out there.
Despite their general state of disarray, the Harbingers spent no time tallying up the work efforts of each faction. There was a lot of disagreeing, a few gunshots to clear the tension, and then a consensus.
"Right, since we can't decide, all your faction losers, come with us."
Only the leaders of their faction were escorted to one of the highest towers above. There, they were shown something extremely unusual.
"We're not too sure what it is, but a crate arrived the other day here with weapons that you would never see anywhere ever. It looked like something outta a sci-fi movie, but the undying are terrified of it."
They moved the crate over, revealing several of the weapons. Most of them were gun-shaped, with long glowing red runes. It looked a strange mix of archaic and modern, made out of an unexplainable material. The leaders from the mall faction were given five of these weapons: a set of daggers, a net gun, a torch that lit a blue flame, a weighted chain, and a box of bandages. It was at their personal discretion what they wanted to do with them.
Everyone was escorted back to their factions again, and it was quiet. If anyone listened carefully, they might have overheard the bandits speak excitedly of some Casino game, but it really seemed extremely arbitrary and trivial. Surely it could not be important for later?

The mall AND university faction leaders can pick three of the following items to distribute to their players. The apartments AND prison faction can pick two of the following items to distribute to their players.
These items are three time use only, with the exception of bandages, which are one time use only!
[ ??? Daggers ]: A pretty interesting item. When used to strike undying, it causes them to instantly disappear. This can only be used for NON BOSS MOBS that have 80 or less HP. ((OOC: The monster instantly dissipates, go ahead and collect loot)
[ ??? Torch ]: A pretty interesting item. When used in an area, it causes no undying to want to chase it. ((OOC: When creating any zone prps, as long as you are using this, undying will not attack you in that thread.))
[ ??? Weighted Chain ] A unique item. If you tether it to an undying, it will temporarily obey your commands. ((OOC: You get to "summon" any existing undying mob from the zone mob thread. It will attack per turn equal to the auto-damage it usually does to YOU. When the battle ends, the undying is desummoned/disappears).
[ ??? Net Gun ] A unique item. Can capture a special type of boss. ((OOC: If you make a PRP and use this item, PM ZOOBEY WITH LINK. You will summon a special and very dangerous boss. This can only be used ONCE EVER. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you have high stats before trying this boss)).
[ ??? Bandages ] A unique item. Heals. ((OOC: This doesn't just heal it actually revives one character from the dead. This only works for characters that pass out from 0 food/hunger. This only works ONCE.

Unfortunately nobody was able to solve the puzzle but fear not! As long as you submitted an answer, go ahead and turn it in for a free CASH item (to use in the casino!) here!
