She was more light on her feet, more happier after getting food in her. She hadn't killed to get it, but theft sufficed her impulses. This was the place she wanted to do it. She wanted to grow here, to get stronger here for her country. "Lord Mizukage." She knew who he was the moment she set eyes on him, her red eyes lit up happily. "Kira Cerebrus at your service, future of the Kisu No Ichi Country. I want to join this village temporarily until I grow old enough to take the title of God." Her religious spoots may have found it harder to understand, but basically she was asking to join the village and to fight alongside them to get stronger.

Kya was quite enjoying the scene here. She found herself to be in a bewilderment when Zephyr kneeled. So much so that her sharingan deactivated and she just looked at him with a proud smile. Oh... such a wonderful feeling to be remembered... to this degree... She was crazy amazed that Zephyr, who apparently didn't remember much, remembered her. And he remembered how she ruled. Lucious may have made it to shogun somehow, but even he probably remembered how she led. With the increasing number of people coming into the office, she would, from her chair, touch his shoulder and pull him lightly to his feet, and being as coy as she could. Please, Katsuyu-kun, don't treat me as anything more than a powerful old friend. For now, that is all I am. I am not bonded to any military force, nor do I lead a village any longer. Now... I am just a freelancer. She mused as he would stand proud again. The only men and women who kneel before me and kiss my feet now are ones I have subjugated one way or another... There was symbolism in her words there. She would turn her attention to the Uzumaki beside her as he spoke, nodding to all of his words and then murmuring an agreement with his words. Boring planning for the mission was currently going on. Kya could probably solo whoever stood against her, as long as there weren't like twelve Kage level powers before her. She cared not who followed on this mission, just to get it done. But she had not yet agreed.

I like being the dominant, not the subjugate, she would say handing him her palm and allowing him to place his seals. As that occured she would rest her gaze on Cecil again. Now, as I said I have yet to actually pledge allegiance to this place. I may be cultivating the hopeful kuinoichi and shinobi youths who show aptitude in areas of my expertise, which is far higher than most people of my level, she would say, stopping to look at a loose thread on her shirt and pulling it off as if what she said wasn't highly ornery at all, and I can easily take this knowledge elsewhere, somewhere like Konoha, or one of the places to the north. However I quite like it here. Why leave a place of such potential when I can make it better? I only want one thing to cement my presence here, and then I will pledge my allegiances to the land of waves. Her face and tone would turn deathly serious suddenly. I want Nuibari. It wasn't about strength or usefulness. It was about posturing. It was about letting everyone important, the three major superpowers of the Mist currently gathered, know exactly where they all stood. Anyone who sought to make an enemy of an SS rank had to be strong or suicidal. Anyone who dared make an enemy of Kya was foolish either way. Dissent? Anarchy? Destruction? Kya knew it all like Cecil knew his body. And don't make her angry enough to fight you. She may be plesant. She may be beautiful. But Kya was the devil's favorite demon. And she ALWAYS had an agenda, a plan in mind. For now she had shown, inadvertantly of course, that she had ties to the Shogun, close ones in fact, and to Zephyr. His reaction to her only showed her true self, one who commanded the yellow light of fear in a world full of false hope. Cecil was effectively backed into a position where Kya stood to gain either way. The choice was his.

A mission outside the village, and a solo mission at that. At least he could finally leave the office. It was rapidly filling with Shinobi faster then it could be emptied. He nodded to the Mizukage before turning and leaving the room, heading for the gates.

Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
• Senpou Kaguya As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.

Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.

Honchurue had stayed in the corner this whole time and just watched as people were coming and going. Then he heard his name mentioned. Looking up he reran what had been said to him through his head before stepping out of the shadows. "It would please me no less then to serve you Lord Mizukage in that way. How can I proove myself for this position. Any way you can think of Lord Mizukage I will try and make you proud. He bowed when he finished and slipped back into the shadows of the office.
xxxxxMasako approached the Mizukage's Palace, her mission clearly in her mind. She had been instructed to locate her old Kage, Kya, and a new lower ranked medical shinobi of the Katsuyu clan, Zephyr. She already knew that they were both inside of the building, but there were a number of other individuals in the office, including Yami, the man she knew to be the Mizukage, and what she assumed to be the new Shogun. It was rather full, but she assumed that she could slip in and accomplish her mission before anyone would notice anything. She held up a single seal, using the Transformation Jutsu to take on the appearance of a random Mist Shinobi. No one would suspect her, and she would simply look like a ninja delivering letters to both Kya and Zephyr before leaving.
She quickly entered the building, handing messages to both Kya and Zephyr before leaving for the Gates.

The first thing that happened was that the Shogun had seemed slightly hurt that Zephyr did not remember him, he was sorry for that but he could not help what he did not know. At this point, the Mizukage and the Shogun would seem to both want to give Zephyr the details and send him on a mission... with the Lordess Kya. His eyes opened widely at this and glanced over to Kya, speaking calmly and collect but obviously nervous, "I shall not let you down..." Failure was never tolerable. Never. She was beautiful, but without a doubt she was the devil herself. Whoever said the devil was male had never met this woman. For her outside was enticing but inside was all fury, rage, power, and intelligence. She was, itself, rage incarnate. The shogun would kneel to a degree and explain how he knew Zephyr, to which Zephyr would nod, obviously nervous and preoccupied with going over the mission and various scenarios within his head.
The Shogun had touched Zephyr, his shoulders and his hand. He told him he had given him the ability to turn invisible and to communicate with Zephyr telepathically. This was odd but Zephyr accepted, a slight sting would occur at the moment of touching Zephyr however.
In walked a former anbu of grass of sorts and he held a short and brief conversation with the Mizukage, to which Zephyr did not pay attention to as it had nothing to do with the upcoming mission on hand.
In walked a girl who declared herself to want to become God. This broke Zephyrs concentration by the pure ignorance of the statement itself. He knew she would be dead soon. Such a waste of potential. Though power came from intelligence and announcing such desires generally came with the consensus of being either arrogant or stupid... or both. Either/or was a death sentence for Shinobi if stated before the goals were reached. Same as killing someone, if you're going to do it. You don't stand around talking about it. You do it.
Suddenly, to Zephyr who was still kneeling, something explainable happened. Kya's sharingan deactivated. Quietly she pulled him up with ease and spoke soft words to him. He spoke words, calm, collect, and with obvious respect. "Kusagakure was my home. You are forever the Kage of Grass. The teachings you instilled are not easily forgotten, Madame Kya.." He did wonder, if the Shogun truly was of grass, how was he able to show disrespect to the Lordess Kya? If the Shogun and Zephyr truly were old friends, how did he not know better that Kya was, to all grass shinobi, the leader and more than words could ever begin to describe? Had only Zephyr gone through the indoctrination of the grass shinobi way? Not that he would ever complain, he lived to serve. As he was taught.
Suddenly Aydan left the room, this was sad to an extent for the Shinobi never got what he had come for.
Suddenly, Lordess Kya got what she demanded from the Mizukage, a blade of power to show her authority that was gaining a presence. It was becoming all the more clear to Zephyr as he stood and watched the tension build in the room. Not only was the Mist to fight the Leaf, but the Mist's very own power structure was collapsing upon itself.This was obvious for him to see now. Kya and the Mizukage were at war, a silent chess match of pieces. The real question was, who did the Shogun support? His new life or his upbringing?
Suddenly a Mist Shinobi appeared through the door and handed Zephyr a letter, due to his slug eyes and being able to see through things he was able to read the letter by the time he had been handed it and as soon as it touched his hands, the acid his body produced automatically disintegrated it. Ironically though to those who could not see chakra, it would seem as if the moment the paper touched his hands it turned to nothing. The remains blew into the wind. Zephyr walked a step over, turned, and bowed to those in the room before leaving. "I must make an inquiry before the mission. I will rally with Lordess Kya and the other human at the mission point. I shall not be long." And with that, he was gone. Only Kya would be able to tell where he was truly going.

"I can handle it." She bowed her thanks and waited patiently for him to hand out her mission, or team. Her new leader was polite at least, and she had no desire to change his politeness towards her. She would follow the rules, and be prompt and swift. Kira had no other plans other than to grow stronger here, so she hoped to benefit the village in some way.

The Mizukage's words certainly were ballsy, considering he was the one who had just gotten muscled out. Kya held her tongue for the moment as he unraveled the scroll, and smiled as he procured Nuibari for her. As soon as she saw the weapon she opened a hand as if commanding the weapon with a very delicate motion. It floated to her, obeying her just as Cecil had moments prior, and rested it's handle within her grasp. She smiled, her eyes reactivating with a single seal from her free hand and she examined it closely. Innumerable needles made of ferromagnetic material of course. Kya licked her lips at it before taking some wrap and quickly wrapping the weapon away as in old times. Once done, Nuibari sat upon her back safely and securely. She looked then to the note she had been inconspicuously given, and without caring who saw her do it, opened the letter and gave it a glance in such a way that was too fast for anyone to see and also angled out of anyone else's sight. She slid the letter into her shirt pocket and cracked her neck once. "Cecil, take a word of advice from me," she began as she turned to leave. "If the time comes where I choose to leave you would be better off worrying about why than what will happen to the sword. Riri won't be necessary after all, Zephyr and I can handle this mission." With that she'd literally seem to warp out of the office into the focal point of her eyes.

Turning his head towards Kya who made a remark about …Love? Lucius slightly laughed. “I’m flattered Kya but I think we all know I would never be good enough for you.” Lucius’s form seemed to flicker for a moment, as he disappeared and reappeared in the same place. It would look as if he had momentarily blinked out of existence but that was OK. Lucius looked at the new girl, already declaring she would be a god. Surprisingly, Lucius didn’t question it. The hunger for power and more was common in most people, he was shocked it hadn’t consumed the entire world yet. Turning his head, Lucius could see the arguing between Cecil and Kya, another struggle for power. If there was one problem that always hung in the Mist Village, it seemed to be that the long for power was doubled and people were more aggressive to achieve it. Annoyed, Lucius’s right eye close and the corner and the right side of his mouth pursed together. Great, he had a head ache.
Ready to send off Kya and Zephyr who still seemed to not remember him, Lucius was surprised to see another person walk in and address Cecil. A rogue ninja hoping for a mission if he got payment. Looking at the man, he had a building physique that rippled with muscle. He seemed strong, if not based on jutsu then physically. A thought crossed Lucius’s head as he already thought how Cecil would answer. Cecil seemed angry at Kya and pushed into a corner, it would make him seem week to except this shinobi’s help. Knowing this, Lucius jumped in at the man’s offer instead of Cecil. “Yes, good sir, you have heard correctly. I have a mission that requires you working with these two” Lucius said while gesturing to both Kya and Zephyr, “but it is quite dangerous. Of course, due to the higher danger there will be a higher reward. If you except I will tell you the details of the mission.”
Lucius would wait for the man’s response. If he declined Lucius would sit down quietly and nod, thanking him for his time. However, Lucius was positive he would accept. “The two shinobi and mentioned earlier will be traveling to the lightning country to hunt down, and possibly kill, a very dangerous shinobi. I would like you to accompany them and assist in their task, I think you would be a very useful asset.” Lucius knew that Kya wanted to go with just Zephyr but Lucius knew he would feel better if this man went. While Kya was incredibly strong in ninjutsu and genjutsu, Zephyr a master of the medical arts, at close range neither would be incredibly good. They could survive for sure, but not effectively destroy. “Kya, I understand your trust in Zephyr and wanting to travel to the Lightning country alone, but this man will round out the team nicely.” Lucius silently prayed Kya wouldn’t snap and blast him to pieces.

As Rose returned into his home, before he could be further seen in his dreadful scouting attire, he tore off the tattered cloak and with a twitch of his hand let his raiton chakra surge throughout the fabric before soon turning it into flaked ash. With a sigh of relief, Rose was once more back into his level of fashion. Animals silk kimonos and boots that would make a few nobles seethe with envy.
Returning his way back to the room he had left before, glad to see that it had restored itself over the time that he was gone, he would await by the inner door frame to receive Cecil's attention. Seeing as there was little information for Rose to gather and even smaller information for Rose to return, his mission briefing wasn't too important. He simply wished to be done with it and return to other duties before his next mission.

Kya and Zephyr has already left, so it was perfect. "Actually I do have a mission I would need done, and the rewards will be to your liking. Shogun, those two have already left if you didn't see. You will meet up with Kya and Zephyr and carry out the mission to the lightning country. But you will also keep and eye out on those two, report anything suspicious they might do. Here have this mask, you will masquerade as an anbu member. Also if anyone were to ever make you a better offer, just remember I would always be willing to pay better then that said offer. Honchurue and Yami, you will travel to the island of the seven and complete the challenges there. If you are able to do that, then you will become members of the Seven. Kira I need you to go and see if you can find that messenger that just came in. I have a message that needed to be delivered, if you cant find her check by the gates. • Senpou Kaguya As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.

• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
•Bone Strength
Genin: Steel Chuunin: Titanium Special Jounin: Emerald Jounin: Corundum Sannin: Diamond Kage: Hyper Diamond Senpou Kaguya: Unbreakable by physical objects. Only ninjutsu can destroy a Senpou Kaguya's bones. They are even harder than hyper diamond, a level of resistance impossible to categorize.
• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
