Fini didn't know whether to roll her eyes or just face-palm.
Really, Jack. That just looked more like interpretive dancing in her opinion. But it did allow her to sneak up behind a couple of the mermaids and slash at them.
Or, y'know, just poke it in the a**. Wait, did they even have asses?

For that, he decided to spite her and only half-heartedly distracted the mermaids. Most of them didn't look happy about being poked.

Unlike Jack, Stormy was more forgiving. It was a different environment down here, and she knew personally how the water could affect fighting; not to mention charges were fickle already. Thus Finn's failed charge wasn't met with anything other than renewed efforts to distract the mermaids.
This was starting to put her in the mood for sushi . . .

Apparently something was distracting Finn again. Whatever could it be? In any case, it looked like he was just going to let Stormy do all of the work again and get herself all tangled up in mermaids while he spent some time staring. In a certain direction. Towards a certain woman he would have preferred having a lot closer to him so that he could keep her safe like he had told her he would god damnit how was he supposed to be a hero if she was way over there and agalsjdgldgjsds.Ya, sorry, Stormy (though in Finn's case he wasn't sorry at all) but Finn just isn't paying any attention to you right now. Jack you were now disowned.
Fini made a few hand gestures at him before ducking as a mermaid or three came at her. Clearly they were upset she'd tried to poke them in there non-existent asses. Moving away and slashing at them in the process, Fini got close enough to Jack that she could use her foot to kick his a**. Which was really more like a shove towards the mermaids.

Cass didn't seem to mind that Milo's ability to hit the things was pitiful. Not everybody came out of the barrel swinging, after all.

Uuum. Wilson tried to gesture for America to focus on the mermaids. Also he didn't know where you could get cannons he just got...them...
