Aiden whispered her name to her and she barely heard it over the roaring chaos that seemed to be escalating. She patted the girl on the back and said, "Don't worry about it too much, hang out with this one any longer you'll be up to your elbows before you know it." Ceron said it as a joke but the girl paled, "I'm just kidding," she said good naturedly, "but really if you hang out with him for much longer, you'll get used to it." The girl tensed and her unease became apparent as she stiffened before declaring she wanted away from the dead bodies.

Ceron smiled genuinely suppressing a chuckle at Chance's comment. Her, protect Chance? Not likely, definitely more like...well she didn't know what it would be more like. "Well either way, I'm thinking we've got to move, if not that mob will be on us and we'll be on the front page, which I'm sure wouldn't be good for your business Chance. I've got wheels out of here, we can squish if we need to unless you've got your own transport out of here." She said jerking her thumb out where her bike was barely visible.

"And since I don't know where you're staying, you can drive if you like." She said tossing in the kicker and dangling the keys with the ring on her index finger.

Chance nodded absently as he listened to Ceron while also maintaining focus on the soldier who was beginning to cut around the crowd and head toward them. Still unphased however he turned to face the two, hands easing their way into his pockets and he seemed tranfixed on the keys until he offered a soft shake of his head. "As tempting as it is to squish up with you ladies on your hog, Ceron - I think I'll just take a stroll and meet you back at the hotel." In all honesty he needed to intercept the man coming to investigate their exposed little get-together, and beyond that he needed some time to himself to decompress - as dangerous as that was with angry mobs filling the streets and terrorists aiming for people of influence.

After the brief run-down on the plan Chance turned his back once more and began walking the short distance left to him to exit the alley.. "Don't you two get into too much trouble together." Right hand raised over his shoulder to give a brief wave of farewell, since that might be the last time they saw one another - with all the nights events, stranger things could happen.

He was barely around the corner when he came face to face with the soldier, and a standoff-ish moments was given as they stared at one another in a moment of silence that seemed unending. Chance broke the silence with a put-on cough as if caused by smoke inhalation before continuing the act. "I'm the representative from Thesaurum Oppidum. I demand you escort me out of this madness." A combination of confidence and clout halted the soldier and had him parting the crowd and security alike to let him through before Chance was on the far walkway, looking much less distressed than he had and leaving his guide and the added guard behind on the outskirts of the rabble. Off into the night.

((Yo, so, all three of my characters are in Ater Nox, and its Kdke's turn to post, so unless she posts tonight or something, you guys may not see me for a bit. I'm moving out of state in two days, 1500 miles away to be exact. Plus I will be hanging with old friends and whatnot for the first few days before I start my new job. So yeah, just giving all you people a heads up.))

((Also, just a quick tip to all you guys that are friends with Angry Raging Honeybear (Vossler's puppet master), don't open any links that little ******** sends you. He just repeatedly tried to send me a really bad trojan virus that will really screw up your computer. The little c**t.... Anyway, Thankfully I have a really good anti virus software that blocked it. So yeah, dont open any messages from him, or whatever. Dont click on any links he sends you either. In fact, I would just block his a** on here, and be done with him. I am beyond pissed right now... blood pressure is like through the ******** roof and i'd love to get my hands on him for trying to ruin my macbook pro. evil ))
