	Without missing a beat, took another swing at the shade that was likewise attacking him. Only he missed. He liked to think that the shade dodged, but it could have just been poor aim. He didn't dwell on it long, and instead readied himself for another attack. HP: 20/30 Damage: 0 Shade HP: 24 /25 Gem Effect: Emerald-Roll 1d4 for healing (not used)

	Draven again swung at the shade, only to miss again. He was keenly aware that his own Fear shield was getting lower, and he took a glance at the ring on his finger. Should he use it now? Or perhaps wait a bit more? The demon found the questions harder than he would have originally thought. HP: 15/30 Damage: 0 Shade HP: 24 /25 Gem Effect: Emerald-Roll 1d4 for healing (not used)

	He didn't contemplate long. Instead, Draven tightened his fist, the one wearing the ring, and tried again to hit the shade. This time he actually connected. He didn't really celebrate, though. Now was not the time for that. HP: 10/30 Damage: 5 Shade HP: 19 /25 Gem Effect: Emerald-Roll 1d4 for healing (not used)

	It did, however, seem to be a good time to use his ring. He could feel his fear shield getting lower, and stalling that seemed like a good idea. So, he concentrated on his ring, trying to use it's powers of healing. It worked, though not as well as he might have hoped. HP: 5 + 1 = 6 /30 Damage: -- Shade HP: 19/25 Gem Effect: Emerald-Roll 1d4 for healing -Using!

	He could feel himself getting weaker, almost at his limit. The shade attacked again, and Draven tried his best to counter with a punch. It was not the greatest counter, but he was slightly satisfied with the fact that he did hit the creature. The shade loomed over him, and Draven knew one thing was clear. He was not going to win this fight. He had done his best, but he could tell he was at his limit. His shade was not. Not wanting to push it any further, Draven called out to their teacher for help. "Lady Ylaria, I'm afraid mine has gotten the better of me, and I can't defeat it!" Nothing Yet HP: 1/30 Damage: 1 Shade HP: 18 /25 Gem Effect: Emerald-Roll 1d4 for healing

	Umi was happy to be sitting at the front of the class so that she could better hear and understand what the teacher was talking about. When told to put on the jewerly Umi did so without any whims or questions. She wasn't sure if she heard correctly something about her jewelry being able to help her. Help her with what? At that instance big black like shadows appeared in the room. Umi moaned. Maybe sitting in the front of the class wasn't such a good idea. As one of ths shades came up to her she got ready to fight Umi's Hp: 30-3=27 Shades Hp: 25(10-6) 21 1 gem effect diamond

	In her head, several choice words were being used to describe her current frustration. Moment after moment, she was feeling the shade hitting her...and yet she was somehow managing to miss. 	FINALLY! Her heart soared as she finally scored a hit on the creature, those glowing holes starting to brighten in eager anticipation. Perhaps her luck was finally turning for the better. 	Pride swelled through the mummy as she managed to push the creature back some. Her fingers flexed as she attempted concentration. One more hit....If she could land at least one more, the ghoul would admit defeat. She was a proud creature, after all. Very much so... 	She was exhausted. It was time to admit defeat and ask for help. Knelt down on one knee, the undead ghoul looked towards the teacher, her voice speaking up in a quiet, calm tone, "I think I could use some assistance, if you could." Simple, almost tired in the fact that she remained knelt there, knowing that she could face her Shade no longer. This was wearing her down far too quickly. HP: 3 Shade HP: 15 Gem Effect: 1/1 gaia_diamond Diamond - Take 3 damage each turn instead of 5. Nothing Yet Yeah... XD; Dice did not like me much.

	Reeshie Hack Lumi's tails dropped slightly as if she was suddenly very saddened by a thought but not wanting to worry him she put on a smile and tried to hide her disappointment at whatever she was thinking "yes...no...I'm not sure...maybe?" Sighing softly Lumi felt a little saddened when she realised that the class was starting to draw to an end, and something had 'ruffled' his feathers when she fell asleep. Her hand instinctively reaching up to play with her fox bead, "I...just...uhm...well wanted to maybe talk...I don't know...I mean the week is nearly up...and oh hey..what classes are you taking next week? I have uhm...uh...conquest...I think it was." She was deliberately avoiding looking at him now, because the thoughts that had crossed her mind suddenly would cause her to break out in tears, and tears were weak. And besides it was stupid to cry when a boil could see you.

	The air of the room seemed a little strange today. Kind of tense. Readying for something. Thackery sat straight up in his place as he waited for the inevitable, toes wiggling in anticipation. Though still curious as to what they were going to be doing today, he did as he was told, fastening the necklace around his neck. It hung comfortably just below his collar and just above his key, and in spite of his worry over the security of the gems set within it...oh, he thought that he liked this very much. Proud fingertips trailed the copper, and he might have gone in search of a mirror if the shades were not already surging towards them. She wanted them to what? The shade made the first move, lashing out. Thackery growled low at it, pouncing to tackle it to the ground. HP: 36/40 DMG: 1 Shade HP: 24/25 Effects: Ruby: Pacify the shade for one turn. 1/1 Amethyst: Take 4 damage each turn, add 1 damage each turn.
