LOCATION: Nightclan camp COMPANY: Charmingpaw, Pine-eyes, Brooktail OOC: To the Swamps!
Ghostwhisper narrowed his eyes slightly when his apprentice trotted up to him, purposely imitating his hoarse rasp just to annoy him. The mask-patterned tom’s ears flattened against his skull for a second, making little attempt to hide his displeasure at being imitated. Charmingpaw most probably did not know anything about his mentor’s history, hence he would not know about Ghostwhisper’s ravaged vocal cords as a result of a failed suicide attempt.
Not long after Charmingpaw decided to take his own sweet time to join the hunting party and annoy his mentor’s fur off, Pine-eyes padded up to the group and claimed that he would come along with them. It was strange that the grumpy warrior would volunteer, but he wasn’t about to complain about the extra helping paws.
Brooktail turned to ask Pine-eyes if he was coming along, and Ghostwhisper blinked when she gazed down forlornly at her muddied pelt and paws. Four should make a pretty decent hunting party, even though one of them was a new apprentice, and the fact that prey was scarce after the flood and earthquake. ”Swamp.” He whispered hoarsely as he stared blankly at each of the cats, before taking off towards the Swamps in a slow walk. The deep mud hampered his speed and pace, making walking twice as difficult as the ground sucked at his paws.

Although... Charmingpaw had completely shocked her, he had been mean to Ghostwhisper! "Ghostwhisper, please forgive him" she mumbled lightly under her breath, although she was half-speaking to herself. Ghastlypaw wasn't a cat to be mean, she was actually rather kind-hearted, she wasn't perfect, she was nowhere near perfect, so why should she be mean to others? Pointing out all of their little imperfections like Charmingpaw dared too. Sometimes... Though... She wondered why she had this feeling inside of her for Charmingpaw, sometimes it didn't make sense at all, well, it didn't make sense to her, and she didn't think it'd ever make sense.
Once Ghostwhisper began to walk away towards the swamp, which he indicated they'd be going to to hunt, she looked over at Charmingpaw. "You should be nicer to your mentor, he has enough problems with cats harrasing him." Ghastlypaw softly muttered to him, attempting to not make him angry again. As she began to walk away from Charmingpaw towards the swamp.

FALCONWIND nightclanxxwarrior H O N O RXXXX▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂XXXXD U T Y X EMBER SAYS:
[AFTER THE TIME SKIP TO SUNSET]
Falconwind prowled along the gouge in the virgin earth of the camp's clearing. His surveillance and assessment of the damage wasn't looking good, nor could he help his brooding. He was still angry with Foxstar and his ludicrous notions of NightClan being the only clan to survive, one clan was nothing without the other three! Or so that's how it was in Falconwind's eyes.
Yes, NightClan was fierce and strong and would survive, but they wouldn't wipe out the other clans, would they? Falconwind couldn't see where Foxstar intended to lead his clan. The NightClan deputy would see to it that the clan's safety came above all else, but if that would mean having to make Foxstar come around or listen to reason... It very well could get Falconwind exiled or at least demoted from deputy; he didn't trust his leader's decisions at the moment and that alone could cause a rift in the clan. It would be his job, he knew, to bend, for now at least, to Foxstar's will, if only to keep the clan alive.
Falconwind made his way across the camp, along a fallen tree, and to the great tree that Foxstar had spoken from the base of. He flexed his claws and narrowed his amber eyes up at it. NightClan would survive, but at what cost to all of them, he wondered.
The medicine cat's would be going to the Moonpool tonight, he hoped they would be able to speak between the clans. Perhaps an equilibrium could be met and the clans could work together. Falconwind shook his head. In his head he knew it would never work out if all parties weren't willing and he felt none of the clans would be willing to work with each other at this point.
What could he do as NightClan deputy to work this out? Falconwind wished he could slip off and question the other clan's leaders, or deputies perhaps, but that was incredibly unlikely to ever happen. Unless he could get a message to them to meet his somewhere and they could discuss what was happening. It was risky and unlikely, a very bad idea to be sure. He would have to discreetly discuss it with Foxstar first, maybe even keep him in the dark about it. But it didn't look like there was any other way. He would have to continue to think on it though. _____________________________________________________________________ ▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆

The raccoon masked tom before her hoarsely rasped with his shudder-inducing muse that seemed equivalent to claws scraping harshly against the Shadowstone. He continued his work, unfazed, by her disturbance as he trudged through the fissured camp with his branchy burden.
Ghostwhisper…
The mysterious warrior always made the young she-cat flinch like startled prey; a shiver of disquiet tracing down her spine. The uncomfortable sensation she felt most likely spawned from the rumors that spread across camp like a disease, that Ghostwhisper was a bringer of misfortune…
A bringer of misfortune…
Just like…me…
Envyfeather blinked with unreadable eyes, meeting the white and black tom bravely before returning her gaze to…him…
Guardianvow…
"You can help us if you want."
The gray warrior replied bluntly, though Envyfeather didn’t miss the tense nerves and unease that almost radiated from his words. Was Guardianvow as nervous as she was?
It probably wasn’t for the same reason.
Envyfeather both loved seeing Guardianvow, with a longing edge to her gaze, only because he reminded her of her true love…Nobleheart. The feeling of happiness was quite evanescent as a tinge of remorse and anger replaced it.
It’s not fair…
Nobleheart never stood a chance…
But…like he said…it…it was never his…chance…not at all…
The little chocolate tabby stood still beside Guardianvow, lost in thought and very hesitant as to how to answer her clanmate…
He made her feel so…nervous….uncomfortable…and…a little…furious…which was saying something for the meek and quiet she-cat.
Their shared silence of tremendous tension of self-conscious and or nervous glances continued until Guardianvow’s silvery-gray head glanced towards the deathly silent “bringer of misfortune”, only to find, much to both the warrior’s surprise, the older tom haul the robust load his comrades were supposed to be helping him with through the mud; staining half way up his legs in unsightly muck. He hadn’t seemed bothered as he simply trudged through a dip of mud, pulling himself out, before depositing the fallen branch debris adjacent to the edges of the camp. With that, much to Envyfeather’s amazement; though she didn’t show it, Ghostwhisper assembled several cats she couldn’t demarcate and marched out of the clearing for a hunting patrol…which only surprised the pretty warrior even more….Ghostwhisper leading a patrol himself was less believable than StarClan coming down their selves to tell NightClan the sky was green.
"...or Ghostwhisper could do that,"
Guardianvow’s anxious mumbling caused Envyfeather’s ears to p***k in acknowledgement, turning gingerly to the smoky tom with her full attention. She noticed how her clanmate trailed off, seemingly nervous…as she was…before he continued again; the petite she-cat blinking her luminous sapphire-purple eyes as she stared into his…as if studying the emotion in his silvery-gray orbs. The rich brown tabby noticed her coffe-colored paws shifting anxiously for him to continue some conversation…at least…to tell her what she could do…because…honestly…Envyfeather couldn’t focus.
Her thoughts were clouded by a certain StarClan tom…like usual…
"Well...you can help us clear these branches away and start rebuilding the dens. If you want, I guess. Nobody's stopping you."
For some reason, relief settled like a comforting blanket upon the younger warrior’s shoulders…and for what reason…Envyfeather wasn’t entirely sure of.
Though, if she had to guess…it was because she realized how…well…
different…he was…
Guardianvow and Nobleheart were worlds apart…
And really…
They were.
But….the tabby still had to encourage acknowledge that…no matter how much she tried to avert her eyes from it.
A little part of her desired stubbornly that Nobleheart was still in the warrior beside her…somewhere…but the fleeting hope was futile.
Nobleheart was not Guardianvow.
She had to face that.
Her blue-violet eyes averted from her forepaws for a moment to follow Guardianvow’s as they absentmindedly swatted a piece of debris…her mind telling her to flee like a coward…
But…her spirit pleaded for the meek warrior to just…well…speak to him.
It wasn’t like Guardianvow was going to bite her…right?
He’s a good cat…even if he’s sort of temperamental and mean and ru-
Just…just...just say something mouse-brain!
Drawing what courage she could assemble from within her anything but self-confident heart, Envyfeather forced herself to meet his eyes with her own; albeit reluctantly.
U-Um….u-u-ummm…um….Okay…I’m sorry…
Feeling as if a thousand Dark Forest cats were cornering her, Envyfeather dipped her head respectfully before ducking out of his presence, nearly stumbling over her paws, and darting to a far side of camp to work on clearing various debris, branches, and…well…whatever she could busy herself with to avoid talking to Guardianvow again.
Good job flea-for-brains… Now he thinks you’re some blubbering love-sick she-cat, when really, you’re anything but! Why can’t you just face your fears and face the facts that he isn’t Nobleheart and he’s just your clanmate!
…

LOCATION: Nigthclan Clearing COMPANY: Everyone from the hunting patrol OOC: Gonna aut everyone back after timeskip, hope that’s okay. SUCH A CRAP POST
Ghostwhisper made his way back to camp with a small frog dangling from his mouth. His hunt had been largely unsuccessful, with only a small frog as his contribution. Perhaps other cats had better luck than him. Like mentor like apprentice, Charmingpaw’s catch wasn’t that impressive either, and he had no doubt that his apprentice’s ego was quite bruised at the moment.
The mask-patterned tom unceremoniously dumped his meagre catch onto the fresh kill pile, and cast a dull gaze around camp. Above their heads, the half moon was shining brightly, indicating that it was high time for the medicine cats to start their journey towards the Moonpool and speak with their warrior ancestors. Ghostwhisper has never thought much about Starclan, as he had long since accepted that Starclan has forsaken one cursed as himself.

XxEchoingSilencexX Ghostwhisper at the beginning & end of this little drama >>" -*-*-* Being dead gives you a different perspective *-*-*- -*-*-* on what it truly means to be alive *-*-*-__________________________________________________________________Am I a martyr? A lover? A sinner?__________________________________________________________________ Sound. The world was full of sound. And silence. It was endless, ever-present, and it reminded her. That she was alone. Well, that was her choice, wasn't it?
Her soft hazel eyes flicked over the white-furred tom. The unlucky one. StarClan does not forsake the innocent. Why was so much misfortune drawn to NightClan? Why were so many of its warriors so miserable? Thinks StarClan has cursed him. If I had a mouse for every time that sentiment was believed to be true, I'd have a mighty feast. But dead cats can't eat.
Phantomsong was with her for a while. He died when his tunnels collapsed, too. What a coincidence. He seemed to think it meant they would be together forever. So she told him the truth. She knew where her heart was. Where it always had been. At least he was allowed into StarClan. She wasn't a StarClan cat. Well, that was her choice, wasn't it?
She sensed another spirit approaching. Just what she needed. Mostly, she wanted to be alone. Her death was still all too fresh. She was struggling with the adjustment. She was so very afraid. Her heart would be racing, if she had one. But dead cats don't have hearts.
"Puresun."
Oh. Oh. No, she wasn't ready for this yet.
"Puresun." The voice cracked with pain this time.
Turning slowly, Puresun set her hazel eyes on her mother's glittering figure. Lavenderstar was obviously in pain. Not physical pain, of course. It had been a very long time since she'd seen her mother. Since she'd talked to her mother. Had that really been her choice?
"What are you doing?" Lavenderstar asked, her eyes glimmering with fear and uncertainty.
Puresun stared at the ethereal spirit of her mother for a moment because she forgot how to speak. Then she remembered. "Watching," she whispered hoarsely.
The mud that had clogged her lungs. She remembered it now. It was so hard to breathe. She coughed once, spitting up a small wad of mud.
"Please, Puresun, come to StarClan!" Lavenderstar begged. "You can't do this on your own!"
Puresun blinked. "But the link will be locked away."
Lavenderstar looked at her, startled. "What?"
"The link will be locked," Puresun repeated. "And then I won't be able to talk to him ever again. Right?"
Lavenderstar looked at her with awe. Confusion. Something like that. "How do you know that?" Puresun looked away, returning her gaze to NightClan. "I saw it in the stars." Lavenderstar shuffled on her feet. "I saw the only solution. What StarClan plans.." Lavenderstar flattened her ears. "When that happens I won't see him." "Puresun," her mother began, but she interrupted, "There is no guarantee he will end up in StarClan, either." Lavenderstar froze. "But when he joins me I will follow him wherever he goes."
Now Lavenderstar could not keep her composure. She wailed, "How could I have let this happen to you? I am a fool! I...I was so obsessed with bringing NightClan out of its gloom, I let my baby girl fall into the claws of demons-! "I couldn't have known! We didn't have a word for what demons are until now! We did not know! Such dark magic was beyond my comprehension, and I had no idea it would ever be sitting in the marshes on Clan territory, just waiting to snatch up my baby- "I have failed you! I have failed NightClan! I can never make my negligence up to you. I am so sorry. If I could change the past I would! But I'll be damned if I let you follow him into the Dark Forest!" Puresun sat silently while her mother spoke. Without turning to look at her again, she said, "It was unavoidable." Lavenderstar trembled, staring at her in confusion again. "I knew there was a way to cure him. I was childish. Foolish. I knew there was away to save him and I never thought of what it would cost me. "But I have given up everything for him. And I'll be damned if I ever abandon him after all that I've lost. And I've given up everything for NightClan. I won't abandon my Clan either. "I am on the fringe here. When the link is sealed, StarClan will be as distant as they once were in the stories of old. There won't be reincarnations. Spiritual abilities. Supernatrual whatnots. It will all end, and the spirit world will be as distant from the living as the stars are from the ground. Like it should be. "When that happens, I will still be on the fringe. Between the living and the dead. I will still be able to see him. To almost be there with him. To guide him." "It's dangerous here!" Lavenderstar hissed. "You have no protection from those things from the Dark Forest! Blood...he could catch you and drag you down to the very pits of the Darkest parts of the Forest!" Puresun shuddered, unable to hide her fear of him, but she shook her head vigorously. "You're wrong. He's done with me. He could not ignore his contract for much longer. He has to focus on Fathom's legacy now, or else he'll die. I am safe now, and I will be safer when the link is sealed and he is torn from this world."
Lavenderstar's eyes widened in surprise. "How do you know that?" Puresun closed her eyes. "I saw it in the darkness."
Lavenderstar shook her head slowly. "You have always been a wise soul, ever since you were born. I always knew you had spiritual strengths, but this...prophetic ability? How long have you had this?" "I can see truth," Puresun stated blankly. "Nothing more. That is why I couldn't bear to continue lying. "I am not perfect. I am not special. My mistakes cost me my children. My mistakes cost me my path as a warrior. I know that if I had never met him, I would have had a very different life. Perhaps a happier one. "Perhaps. Even so, I have never been happier than the moment he returned my feelings. "I won't forsake that. Oh, StarClan, it cost me more pain than I could've imagined, but I can't give it up now."
"Please don't force yourself to do this alone," Lavenderstar whispered. "If you hadn't been so secretive, perhaps NightClan could have protected you. You were always off in your own world. Your Clan barely had any control over what happened to you. I barely had control over what happened to you. Please don't continue to do that. Look how much pain it's gotten you! Please!" Puresun shuddered again, frustration and anger boiling inside of her. "What do you want from me? Forgiveness?" she hissed. "Let me watch over you," Lavenderstar murmured, lowering her head. "Let me guide you now, in death. I will warn you of danger. I will visit you when you feel lonely. If this is what you must do, then so be it, but I...I...I can't bear to see you be alone any longer!"
Puresun locked eyes with her mother for the first time, and finally her shell crumbled away. A small kitten, shaking and afraid, emerged from within her. "Would you really?" she asked in a small voice.
"Truly," Lavenderstar exclaimed. They ran towards each other, one seeking forgiveness, the other seeking solace. Burying her nose in her mother's fur, Puresun cried, her moans echoing into the strange oblivion that was the after life.
When their freshly ripped wounds had been healed, they rose. "I will stay in StarClan," Lavenderstar said, "but I will be at your side in a moment's notice. Do not fear them any longer. I will never let them touch you. We have our eyes on them, anyhow. The Dark Forest has been far too active for far too long." Puresun nodded, her pride damaged, but her fears quelled. She didn't like for others to see her weaknesses, but this was her mother, after all, and she'd been hiding from her for too lang. It felt wonderful to have reconciled. "May StarClan light your path," her mother blessed her, giving her a lick on the forehead.
Then the black-furred she-cat stepped away, stars glittering in her pawsteps, and became part of the sky once more.
Puresun looked up and watched her fade away. A small sense of longing came over her. She knew there was a very small chance she'd ever join StarClan's ranks because there was a very small chance that her love would, too. She'd follow him wherever he went, even if it meant never seeing her mother again. Her mother knew that. It was one of the reasons her mother wanted to help her now. Now, before it was too late. Puresun would follow him anywhere.
That was her choice.
But here was the ghost of a cat, and a cat who was a ghost. He had a mask around his face that was so much like Phantomsong's, but inverted. Lost souls, that's all they were. She knew what it was like to be lost. She knew what it was like to wait, too. So while she waited, she would watch over NightClan. So while she waited, she would find those who were lost. And be the voice of reason against their fears.
Her eyes burned out of the darkness as she sat in the shadows. If he had sense enough, he would notice her. If he could see ghosts. Who couldn't, nowadays?
(( You can decide whether he sees her or not. I'd prefer if he didn't see what happened with her and Lavenderstar though :T ))

The w↺rlds➽ got a funny way Of ↺ turning ↻ around on Y↻U When a Ⓕⓡⓘⓔⓝⓓ tries to ➣ stab YOU Right in the 𝕱ace Losin Ⓕⓐⓘⓣⓗ in everything I thought I ➶ hoped and ➴ knew The white and orange she-cat had returned from the hunt. Of course, she wasn't exactly proud of her catch, but maybe her Mentor would be proud of her... Wherever Starkcloud was, she enjoyed the fluffy she-cat's company, she gave her a motherly warmth like Blackflame did not provide her with. Humph, she didn't particularly like her own mother anyhow, but how could Ghastlypaw even think like that? She was much too kind to really hate her own mother, as for her father though... She could considerably argue about that.
Ghastlypaw had manged to catch a medium sized frog and a small thrush that had been in the marshlands. Ghastlypaw laid her prey down, Ghostwhisper wasn't so bad... why did all the cats think so harshly of him..? She stared over at the white tom curiously, she couldn't see it, Ghastlypaw really couldn't see a reason to hate him, he was just like all the other cats, there was nothing different about him. Of course, he was a bit strange and awkward around others, but he couldn't help it, not when everycat rejected him so harshly. Especially the Elders. He probably caused the ground to shake! she remembered one of the Elder's calling out about Ghostwhisper... Would they think of her that way one day..? Because her Mother was so harsh, and her face was so... It wasn't normal, her jaw... Misplaced... There were other cats with a jaw like her, but her luck hadn't been nice to her in life... So, she might end up like Ghostwhisper... The female shook her head, she couldn't think like that.
Ghastlypaw headed towards the Apprentice's den, it was getting dark, night had fallen upon the clan, the Medicine Cats would be heading out. She wondered where her brother was, Furypaw, she had been out hunting with Charmingpaw, but she had focused more on her hunting than him this time, she couldn't spend all her time thinking about Charmingpaw, or speaking with him, she had to get better at hunting, she was a bit awkward with hunting, especially if she used her jaw to snap the neck of her prey. Ghastlypaw simply twitched her nose, scenting the air, it was a dusty scent, a ruined scent, from all the events that had recently happened. StarClan help us... she thought to herself.

FALCONWIND nightclanxxwarrior H O N O RXXXX▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂XXXXD U T Y X EMBER SAYS:
Falconwind shook himself from his dark reverie. He turned his amber gaze to the cats ghosting around the camp, lost and confused in the destruction. He padded along the shadows, glancing at Ghostwhisper. He didn't know the other tom well, not beyond that he fact of his name or his appearance. A sigh escaped him as he turned his gaze from the tom and searched out Guardianvow.
Falconwind had last seen Guardianvow in conversation, or so he assumed, with Envyfeather. He approached the warrior with wary steps. Since the other had told him he now saw how much he loved Silentleopard, the two hadn't spoken.
Cautiously, Falconwind addressed his clanmate, "Guardianvow? I was wondering if I could talk to you."
The ebony tom was unsure how to broach the subject he had been thinking on, he would beat around the bush for a while, see how much he could really trust his non-friend, before attempting anything so serious. Falconwind sighed inwardly, he needed the clan behind him and Guardianvow was the best to begin with. _____________________________________________________________________ ▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆

♋ G υ α я ɖ ɨ α и v o w ♋ Only you can be the aching in my heart, my enemy the only animal I couldn't fight you hold me in the dark when storms arrive_______________________________________________ Envyfeather's response did little to ease the awkwardness-in fact, it only increased significantly. Clearly she was extremely nervous around Guardianvow, which made him all the more uncomfortable. There was definitely something off about her. Oh StarClan, please don't try to start anything, he thought desperately as she retreated. I'm in a committed relationship with Shimmerstep. There is nothing here for you... He shook his head, looking away. He hoped his assumptions were wrong, but his instincts told him he was right. But there was something off about it; it was like she had feelings for him, but didn't at the same time. It was absolutely baffling. He decided it was best to avoid her and not think about it too hard. Hopefully nothing would ever come of it, ever.
Just as he had resolved to continue working, Falconwind approached him. He flicked his ears in surprise. He hadn't spoken to the tom since he had finally approved of his affiliation with Silentleopard. His tail twitched uncertainly. Here was another awkward conversation waiting to happen... Or perhaps it wasn't. Guardianvow hoped it wasn't. Nodding to the tom, he glanced around. "Sure, he muttered gruffly. "What's up?"

Falconwind beckoned Guardianvow a distance from the other warriors and sat down.
"I know things haven't been great between us in the past," Falconwind began awkwardly, not sure how to get this conversation started or how to form the proper words for it. "But I need your help with something."
Great so much for beating around the bush.
"I need to know exactly how you felt about what Foxstar was saying earlier. And I need you to be honest. This is a critical matter. I... I can't tell you exactly what's going on, but I need to know what you thought about what he said and, honestly, anything else you can tell me about your opinion on this whole issue. The earthquake, StarClan, everything." Falconwind stared hard into Guardianvow's eyes, his gaze unyielding and unflinching.
Falconwind sank his claws into the earth. This was a dangerous move. If Guardianvow didn't agree to tell him or talk to him, he didn't know who he could trust! And the gathering was much to far away to wait to speak with the other clan deputies. He needed Guardianvow's help. And if he got Guardianvow, perhaps a few other cats like Ghostwhisper, whom he didn't know but would be putting faith in. _____________________________________________________________________ ▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆

I wonder what's bothering him? he thought to himself. He sat and wrapped his tail around his paws. His eyes widened at Falconwind's question. Is he...doubting Foxstar? Guardianvow wondered. "Uh," he began, twitching his ears uncomfortably. "I dunno. I guess it was kind of odd. He seemed really passionate about what he was saying. I think he tries too hard sometimes, honestly. It's like he's trying to build NightClan up to be this great Clan. I mean, my loyalty will forever lie with NightClan, but we haven't been following the warrior code. The scandals with Darkshadow, Hauntedheart, and Puresun...well, the warrior code has been broken all over the place. Maybe Foxstar's overcompensating for it?" Guardianvow shrugged, twitching his tail. "I mean, that's how I'd feel. If I was leader. I'd feel really frustrated with my clanmate's inability to follow the code we were sworn to as warriors...it makes everyone look bad, you know? Especially the leader. But that's my opinion." He tilted his head at Falconwind. "Why though? Did Foxstar say something to you?"_______________________________________________ Only you can see the emptiness I feel when you're with me with every word you say I'm on my knees Baby, I'm on my knees

Falconwind leaned slightly forwards, complete seriousness in his gaze. "Guardianvow, with the earthquake and what's happened to our clan, I have reason to believe that the other clan were struck with it as well. I also have reason to believe that Foxstar in his effort to make NightClan the 'Greatest Clan in the Forest' may try attacking the other clans. Things are very unstable at the moment and I fear not only for our clans own safety, but for the safety of the other clans as well. If anything happens to one of the other clan it will effect all of the clans."
"Like you I was born and raised in NightClan, I am loyal to NightClan, and I would die for our clan, but I'm afraid something may have happened to the other clan and, honestly," Falconwind dropped his voice even lower. "I don't trust Foxstar at the moment, I feel he will act irrationally. Guardiaqnvow, I'm asking for you to help me find a way to speak with the other clan deputies. We may be able to form a treaty of some sort or at least convince our leaders to stay within our own boarders until the clans can be rebuilt, but I am sincerely afraid that the net Gathering will be too late."
Flaconwind closed his eyes for a moment and opened them again, genuine fear and uncertainty shining in their amber depths. "Guardianvow, will you help me? Even if it's not as the mate to your sister, your deputy, or even your fellow clanmate, but as the loyalty to NightClan itself." _____________________________________________________________________ ▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆

♋ G υ α я ɖ ɨ α и v o w ♋ Only you can be the aching in my heart, my enemy the only animal I couldn't fight you hold me in the dark when storms arrive_______________________________________________ The fur on Guardianvow's back rose as his eyes widened with shock. "But we'd be going behind Foxstar's back to do that!" he hissed. He lowered his voice and continued, "You don't know if Foxstar actually is planning that or not! We might even cause the other deputies to panic and think that Foxstar is planning an attack when he's not. If he's not." Guardianvow let out a long sigh, forcing his fur to flatten. "Look, it's too early to tell. Give it some more time. I'm pretty sure Foxstar isn't planning for anything to happen immediately, anyway. We're all too weak for that right now. Wait for Rabbitfoot to return from the Moonpool-maybe StarClan will warn him about Foxstar. "Maybe you should try to get Foxstar to discuss his plans with you, too. You need to be certain. We can't just run around consulting with other Clans unless we're certain!" Guardianvow looked around nervously before adding, "I'm neutral for now. Foxstar is ambitious, but he's not stupid. Although, you are right...he had a funny look in his eyes. Just get your facts straight before doing anything, alright? I won't tell anyone. " Guardianvow blinked at the black-furred warrior. "Be careful, Falconwind. You don't want Foxstar thinking you're a traitor. I don't know what he'd do if he thought his deputy was breaking the warrior code."_______________________________________________ Only you can see the emptiness I feel when you're with me with every word you say I'm on my knees Baby, I'm on my knees
