My Tangrowth has shut down complete teams before with use of Amnesia but this time around I could only use him for a sacrifice to get clean switch-ins for what I thought to be more productive Pokemon. I had hoped he would pull his weight the same he did in the first UU tournament but unfortunately, he wasn't able to setup.
It's true that his Speed and Special Defense are both a bit mediocre but one Amnesia brings up his Special Defense by two stages and at quite the formidable level and Chlorophyll in Sunny Day makes all the difference to make his speed quite impressive.

Im going to have to breed a whole new tangrowth to get Amnesia?

I am going to have to forefeit from this tournament.
Pokemon and gaming is definitely something that I love to do. I really want to partake in this excellent community and try my hardest to do battle with you great people.
However, at the moment, my life is being made so strenuous that I cannot even get through a battle against Banned without having a parent come in and want to talk to me, therefore starting family issues I do not wish to elaborate or make anyone else endure.
If I lived in any other household and had the items possible to battle you all, I would and all would be good. But I can no longer keep this up with the situation at home.
I regret that I must forefeit, but I cannot take the stress at home that happens all the time at the most inconvenient of times.
I'm sorry that I cannot give you a battle, Banned, I really wanted to. It looked intense.
Thanks, guys. I'll be back Monday and try to keep active in the guild. As for now, I need a small break for the weekend.
This will hopefully be easier when I get to college and get my own DS. Until a better time, though, good luck with your battles all.

So, now that leaves Banned, Zet, and I in the Finals? Semi-Finals? How is this going to play out? Round Robin untill one man is left standing?

Poor Nitrox....
Back to the finals (not being mean or anything...)
Zet, Banned, and Luther in the finals? This should be fun. Seeing that I have never battled Banned, I would give my pre-final prediction to Luther...since we battled like 10-15 times maybe and I have never beaten him once.....(I'll beat you yet Luther!!! The Dragon Tamer will defeat you!! Yet we're even in TvC....back to what matters) Zet should give them a run for their money so it should be close for the finals...My final word on this, we're in for some fireworks of a finals!!!

The round robin bracket for the tournament Finals has been posted and you all have until August 3rd to get all of these battles completed. Best of luck to the remaining three trainers!
