Clothing: Hikaru's clothing consists of the following: A black under-shirt with a steel grey short sleeved shirt, over which a white-leather jacket is worn. The jacket is laced with patterns of wolves and stars, the patterns being a light blue colour. Hikaru also wears black-leather fingerless gloves and grey jeans with pitch-black patterns of wind and water-themed designs. For shoes, Hikaru wears white sports shoes, and jet black socks. Hikaru also wears a crescent-mood pendant under his under-shirt, which has a bit of sentitmental value for him.
Physical Description: Hikaru seems to be a regular 13 year old, except that he is fairly tall for his age though, however, his is fairly slim, and quite acrobatic. He has a compact skeletal frame, granting him, great strength and speed than someone with a normal skeletal frame, his height allowing him greater speed as well due to long legs. On his right wrist, he has a strange birth mark, which takes the form of a silvery pattern that covers his right wrist. The pattern is that of a water and ice-themed design, while he also has second birth mark on his left shoulder, which is a silvery pattern of a wind-themed designed. His heterochromia might make him seem slightly weird to some people, but he is actually fairly normal, and it is sometimes very common in people.
Behaviour
Personality: Hikaru has two personalities, but not split personalities. When not in a fight, Hikaru is calm, happy, kind and caring along with being quite reserved. However, his personality drastically changes when he is fighting and is in a battle, where he becomes sadisitic, taking pleasure in causing harm, pain and suffering to those who he is fighting, sometimes causing more then neccessary injuries to his opponent. His personality reverts to normal when he is out of a fight, although he sometimes scares those who see him fighting like that at times.

~Background~
Hikaru was born in Kirigakure, possessing the power of the Hyouton bloodline. He had an older brother and younger sister along with his two loving parents. His father was an elite samurai whose real name was Nocturne, but his code name was Midlight. Nocturne taught Kira and Hikaru in the art of the sword as well as the power of their bloodline. Hikaru eventually entered the Kirigakure no Sato Ninja Academy, and quickly graduated. As a present for graduating with such high marks, Nocturne gave his father an heirloom of their family... the katana... Kawaige.

• Water/Ice Manipulation ~ The power of Hikaru's bloodline limit, grants him to manipulate and control water and ice to an extent, but to use his full power over it, he has to use it through techniques. The manipulation doesn't require hand-seals but he has to have a supply of water or ice to manipulate, and he can not manipulate body-fluids such as saliva, blood or urea (does not include urine or sweat) but he can if it is outside the body and not inside it, this is done through manipulating the water in said fluids. {Unlocked when Bloodline is Unlocked}

Weapon Special Abilities: The main ability of Kawaige, is to project a chain of 'water' from the back of the blade and be used as an extension of the weapon. Hikaru can change the chain of water into Ice to increase the force and damage of the strikes the chain can deal as well as their deadliness. The chain can be used by Hikaru to swing the weapon around at a greater range. However the chain can easily be disrupted by Raiton-based attacks and attacks that have the annoying ability to cut through chakra, as the chain is partially in an elemental chakra state that has manifested its element. Another downside is that when the chain is used, it costs a amount of chakra equal to an E-ranked technique each post to maintain the chain.
Weapon Origins: It has been passed down through Hikaru's family for many generations, occasionally being stolen and therefore lost but always being reclaimed by the next generation. It was forged by an elite member of the Hyouton bloodline who used rare materials such as Aurorium, Iridium, Titanium, and a few other strong materials.
Weapon Appearance: It takes the form of a large katana-like weapon which is 5 and a half feet in length, but surprisingly, it is light enough to wield effectively in one hand. There are patterns all along its silvery-blue blade depicting a battle between the Hyouton bloodline against a bloodline who wielded fire, most likely the Uchiha. It has a 7-pointed star for a crossguard and its handle is a white colour. The blade is razor sharp, with extremely-small micro-hooks along the blade, kinda like velcro, but this allows the weapon to be used for ripping, slicing and slashing as well. When the chain is being used, the patterns light up with a light-blue light which unfortunately is a reaction of the user's chakra with the power of the weapon.
