"I'm com- Azzy?" She let out a snort of laughter. She saw Kuno use more power, the gap between them expanding quickly. 'He's too fast.' She thought dispairingly. Then, with a wistful sigh. 'Yet he's so great!' Using just enough of her ability to keep the gap from getting bigger, Azure slid off to the side, hoping to sneak close to him.

Having not even realizing he nicknamed her, when she said it - it didn't register in his mind. "Azzy? Why'd you say that?" He asked, his mind getting a tad occupied and slowing down a little bit.

Seeing Kuno slow, Azure pushed hard into a slide. Slidding beneath him from the side, she raised a paw and tapped his side. "That's what you called me. And guess what!" She laughed and slid away. "I call you IT!"

[SOOO sorry for the delay! This WHOLE week has been hectic! Projects, tests, quizzes, homework, home life, chorus and drama concerts. Blaacchh!!]
Kuno breifly thought about it and smirked, declaring that her new nickname. Azzy - it sounded cute. Just like her. It didn't register in his head he was 'it' for a few seconds, and when it did, he yelped. "OH COME ON! I was distracted!" He whined playfully, sliding after her.

( heart ) "I can't help it!" Azure laughed. "If I'm IT too long, you'll get bored. It's for your own good." Laughing again, she glanced back to make sure Kuno wasn't frozen from shock, and put more power into her slides as he came after her.

Wolfie hunched herself in the corner of the room, leaning against the mantal piece. Her brain hurt from all the thinking. So much chaos had been around the old house lately. Many new faces and WAY many more moonlits were showing up on the doorstep every day.
She needed a way to just relax. Starreh had been asking about a game to play, together a while back. Indeed it was a good idea. What better way to get all these new people together than to play an old-fashioned game of bingo. Afterall, it was one of Aunt Bea's favorites and she was sure that there were game pieces laying around somewhere in this big old house.
A rustle of Duo-Birds squacked from somewhere overhead. They were noisier than usual and Wolfie began to wonder if it was breeding season. Could these birds even breed? She palmed one of the strange stones in her pocket. It had seemed to become warm to the touch as the months had gone by. Still, she carried it everyday, hoping that somewhere along the way the thing would make sense to her. What were these stones supposed to mean?
[Bingo game will be held here Thursday night 8p EST]

Kuno was about to yelp something back at her, but could hear motion and lost interest in the game immediately. Fearful of who might be seeing him being nice and sweet, Kuno's fur bristled up on his back as he let out a low growl. He peeked from behind a couch and saw it was simply a human. Humans ruined everything! Shaking his head slowly, he turned around to scope out Azure, knowing she probably had gotten way up ahead.

Hearing Kuno growl, Azure stopped in her tracks, fur raised. Looking around for the threat, Azure slipped under the table to peek from cover. Seeing only a human, one she had seen many times around the place, she got confused and went in search of Kuno, finding him behind the couch. "Hey. What's wrong?"

"Hey guys," Wolfie called out. "How about we all play a game or two of Bingo? It might be fun!" She smiled brightly, excited at the opportunity to see everyone in one place. "What do you think?"

Kuno glanced up at Azure. "Nothing. Nothing at all." He assured, scowling in the direction of the human, shaking his head. "Humans are such an annoyance." he mumbled, smiling at Azure, his fur slowly returning to normal.

Azure looked curiously at Kuno, to the human, then back to Kuno. "They're not all bad, except when they distract you from me. Then I get annoyed." She growled quietly in the human's direction and glanced back at her mate. "And as for you, scaring me like that." She growled playfully and pounced on him, nipping his ears.

Kuno laughed, smiling as she nibbled his ear. "I can't help it if I don't like anyone but you to see me, err, nice." He looked over his shoulder and at her, laughing because she was tickling him.

Azure paused, resting her head on his. "I've been wondering that. Why don't you let everyone see this side of you?" She nuzzled his neck and smiled. "I mean, it's such a great side. I just love it."

[Sorry for poofing. My parents made me unload and reload the dishwasher. whee I kind of went slow because I was dancing. XDD]
Kuno looked down at the floor. "It makes me weak. The last thing I need is someone tearing me down, but I know I'm safe with you. Which is why I allow you to see me like this." He explained, smiling as she nuzzled his neck, closing his eyes in comfort. He loved the feeling of being loved.

She frowned softly. "I'm sorry you feel that way." She continued to rest against him, pondering. 'Friendship is weak?' Soon, she smiled again. "Well, I guess I don't have to worry about some other gal trying to steal you away from me. Sorry, but you're all mine." She giggled, nuzzling him again.
