Okay, several things to go on here. First, I'm a little miffed and confused, as well as surprised that that three first time requesters heeded a rule that some of you who have either already requested a sig before, or have requested one and should have been around figured it out didn't.

Utani, the picture is fine, but you really should follow that golden rule. 4_yo_info should already KNOW what I'm talking about, you should know better. I'm not even going to say it, because if I honestly have to, then people have not been paying attention to what I've been saying for awhile now.
Neither of you will get your sig until the rule is followed, and that's that.
Nymph, I'm sorry to say that you're guilty of this too, but that's not why your sig isn't up there. The reason is because of your arts, it's way too broad to be allowed. Weaponry is just not an appropriate art, and a bit misleading. I'm going to have to ask that you change that one. Also, for "Tele-empathy" well, do you mind that it's been changed to Empathic Telepathy? That's the proper term for emotional telepathy. If not, I can change it to Tele-empathy, but I can't put the "Weaponry" as an art.
