Dark continued to watch her out of the corner of his eye. When she looked around the room, his foot stopped tapping before she made eye contact with him. From her point of view, especially with his mask, it probably didn't appear as if he was truly looking to her. He adjusted his mask again after she leaned back with a frown.
Siom didn't know what to say to Anita. There probably wasn't much he could do for her at the moment. As Mira explained, Siom's eyes widened, "So, that's the set up? I hope everything's alright in there." The sounds of fire crackling as well as the bashes on Kayla's shield could be heard. Siom began to worry, he knew Kayla was strong, but he didn't know how she would fare against the powerhouses of Roy and Graff.
Dark was caught off guard by a sudden sensation that someone was watching him. He turned his attention to a bird glaring at him. He stepped off the wall, stomping a foot on the ground towards Pyralis, and leaned towards the animal with his arms ominously stretched out to the sides and scowling back in hopes to scare it off. He didn't know of this 'bird's' true power.
Par'il watched the fight. He saw the sword bend so willingly before snapping back into place. 'A rubber spell!?' He began to quietly chuckle to himself. 'It has been awhile since I have seen one of those.' He then rethought, 'It could be effective though. And definitely better than nothing.'

Pyralis cocked his head to the side at Dark. Than after a moment of awkward silence, he scoffed and turned around strutting back to Selene. He jumped into her lap again. (Humans are such strange creatures.) Selene glanced at Dark, but didn't seem to catch any thoughts from him. (Hmm... ) Then turning to Pyralis and stroking his head (So does that mean you are talking, or rather thinking to me again?) Pyralis' snorted, jumped off her lap and resumed his territorial strut around the room. Selene couldn't help but let out a giggle. (Pyralis, I think it is YOU who are stange.) Selene continued to sit back in her chair. It was interesting that she had somehow obtained this new mind-reading gift. Had she always had it? Indeed it was annoying, but maybe since she was so calm and focused all the time it made it easier to control. She looked down at her necklace and held it out, examining it. (Could this be a clue?)

Roy looked at the rapier, it won't break. Something about it made it indestructible. Roy looked up at Shin, glaring at her when she fired her arrows. Again Roy turned around showing his backside, and then continued to turn until he was once again facing Shin-lu. The arrows hit the scales on Roy's back and bounced off. Roy's tail would move closer to his hand as he would then give his tail the rapier. The end of Roy's tail was able to fit firmly in the handle and wrap around it tightly. Roy's tail now had an add extension and reach thanks to Shin-lu weapon. The tail would then hold the rapier directly infront of Roy as be did a flamethrower on it. When the flames died down, Roy revealed what he had done. The blade of the Rapier was a bright orange, with embers from the fire that had now consumed it. He had made himself a fire tail.

Graff fall to the ground, "... damn!!, " rolls on the ground and start to unwrap the chains from the forearms, he flails them wildly trying to aviod that Kayla get closer.

Kayla saw Graff unwrap the chains and flail them about wildly. She kept trying to dodge them as best she could. One of the chains got caught on her leg causing her to fall to the ground face down. "Ugh, dang." she muttered.

Dark returned to his spot leaning against the wall. He folded his arms. 'That chicken is such a nuisance. Dumb animal.' He continued to watch it as it returned to the female elf, then strut away in a huff. 'She really ought to teach that Thing some respect.'
Siom suddenly stood up. "I'm sorry, ladies. Pardon my leave, but I just remembered there is something I had to do." Not fully certain of the animal next to him, yet not afraid of it either, Siom gently pet Stardust on her head before turning back to Mira and Anita, "Good bye for now." With that, he gave a slight nod of the head to more resemble elven gestures and then headed for the door.
((lol Shin-lu should keep better hold of her weapons. This is twice now she's been in a fight where the opponent grabbed hold of one to use against her...))

Anita watched him go, face still empty of much expression, and looked at Stardust and Mira. "Are you enjoying things so far?" She said softly, trying to make polite conversation.

Selene had caught some of what the man called Dark had thought. She turned her head to glare at him. Then got up from her seat and walked over to pick Pyralis up. Pyralis sqwaked. Selene passed by Dark with a,"Hmph!" and returned to her seat with Pyralis close to her side. (I think it's best that you stay close to me. The human doesn't seem used to Aitvaras.) (Is that so?) Pyralis turned to the man and let out a deafening screech, that was directed at him. "Shush! And behave." scolded Selene, a little embarrassed. (I swear, you are so obnoxious sometimes.) (Hmph!)

Stardust turned to look up at Anita. <"I guess so, for the time being."> Stardust whined softly in reply, unsure if the elven girl understood. "Well, yes I suppose. I hope Kayla's doing alright." Mira replied, somewhat worried.
Kayla could feel the familiar burning sensation constricting her throat. Thump, thump, thump, thump... Her heart began to beat rapidly, her breathing becoming heavy. She tried to withstand the burning sensation, but couldn't, for it had worsened much more than the previous time, beginning to choke her. 'N-no... not again!' she thought, feeling her strength begin to weaken greatly.

Shin-lu swung her own sword around and then brought her arm back, her rapier pointed out front. Her feet then changed posture. She then bolted forth with a burst of speed as she sprinted towards Roy. she gathered energy into her rapier again and then released it. "Serial Stinging!" Hundreds of stinging stabs burst out at Roy. While that happened, Shin-lu hoped it would disguise her sword as she swung out and tried to cut off Roy's armor straps.
Ilyana returned to the arena and sat next to Par'il as she began devouring the bread and honey she brought with her. "How are they doing?" She asked.

Mira could sense Kayla's distress, turning a dark red color. 'Oh no, not again!' she thought, flying out the door towards where Kayla was. *How bad is it?* Mira sent in question. *It's getting worse!* Kayla sent back in fear. Mira began to cast the healing spell that Pari'll used before. "Aa' sina lamya en' maksa suula tela tanya man aa' harwa lle." she chanted. Kayla felt the curse's grip weaken as her breathing became more normal. *Thank you, Mira.* Kayla sent greatfully. *You're welcome, I'm just glad you're alright.* Mira sent in reply, turning back to a light sky blue color. Kayla slowly got back up on her feet, using her sword for temporary support.

Anita had been about to reply to Stardust when Mira darted off. She stood slightly, and let out a little sigh, wondering if she should follow after and watch the battle after all.
