Solomon Marquis ((Demon, you know that Elgarez is a werewolf, right?)) [I do, but Flint doesn't. As far as he knows, Elgarez is Usrah's brother, so Flint just put 2 and 2 together.] ---- Flint didn't hear Luniya walk up, and nearly jumped when she spoke. He opened on eye. "Yep, just resting." he said truthfully, stretching his arm. He then clued in to the fact Lin was laughing hysterically. "Whats so..." he started, before she started explaining herself. He looked over to Lin. "Hey Lin, you're the one who started up this adventure, how close are we to the capital?" he asked. If they where within a day out, he would ride ahead and find who he was looking for.

((*snicker* Sorry... Wow, how much you miss in a day...))
Throughout all of it Tyr had merely sat down quietly in her little corner of the world and placed Ferghall on the ground infront of her, checking his ribs for any breaks. It had been hard to do when his animal instincts kept making him bite at her, but it had eventually been finished and she'd been able to determine that he was alright, a little bruised, but alright. He was probably better off than she was, all things considered.
So, her medical adventures finished, Tyr decided to take a small bit of advice that Usrah had unintentionall given and she stretched out on the grass beside Ferghall, arms at her sides with her hands turned down. She completely relaxed herself and slowed her breathing, slipping off into meditation. All of what happened was too jumbled up in her mind, it was making her jumpy, stressing her out, and making her snap at people. Her only hope would be to relax and sort her mind back out; that and the rest would probably do her some good.
Only a few seconds into her meditation and Tyr was sitting back up, pulling the shoulder armor and chest armor off that she wore, it may have been light but it was hard to relax in, and then once she had done that she went ahead and pulled the leg armor off as well. In a quick minute she had a small pile of stuff she had on her originally sitting off to the side, leaving her only in a pair of dark blue shorts and a tight fighting dark blue shirt, but at least she would be able to relax easier.
Tyr flopped back down again, sighing in relief, and then she quickly slipped off into a meditative state.

Lin came back to herself, and listened to what Flint had asked. "I'd say, about a week yet. But if the interuptions in our journey keep up, perhaps two weeks. We will be passing through the mountains. The mountain folk live there, they treat everyone as equals, and their king know me. We will be welcomed like we belong there, even with our different races." She smiled, and looked at the sky. "I'd suggest we start getting some firewood together, and start a fire before it gets dark. I also suggest we get some of the warmer clothing from the saddle bags. I got some for everyone, so it should all fit. The nights get very cold around here."

Shiango finally arrived back in the shadow realm, and breathed in the air of home. He smiled, and made his way back into his throne room. Voltax quickly stood, and bowed immediatly, while holding out the staff that was given to him. Shiango nodded, and took the staff back. "Thank you for keeping an eye on things while I was gone." "No thanks is required master. I live to serve you" Shiango smiled again. "Excellent, now, please go back to your usually duties." "Right away master" Voltax soon dissapeared through a portal of his own making. Once he was gone, Shiango sat down in his throne and yawned. "Ah, what a day. I think I need to become more powerful before fighting that group. Especially the old geezers. Loris!"
The ugly little man appeared before his master. "Did you notice anything happening while I was gone?" Loris nodded. "It seems Voltax is not strong enough to keep an eye on the kingdom while you are gone. I felt the power drop dramatically." "I see, it seems he is useless with that now, but he will remain at his usually post. Is there anyone else that can take his place for that job?" "There is Shift master, but I don't trust him so much." "Shift is one of my most trustworthy followers. But I guess we can't leave this to him either. Other suggestions?" "There is always him master...he still sleeps in the place you keep him." "Yes, he will be good for keeping an eye on the kingdom while I am doing other things. The power of protection here will also raise with him awake."
"Would you like me to start the ritual master?" "Just prepare for it, I will do the ritual myself. At least then I know it will be done right." "Yes master." The ugly little man dissapeared once more. Shiango watched as Loris left, and clicked his fingers. A dark figure appeared beside him. This was his most powerful assasin, and best messenger. "Go find Swift, tell him that he had best get on with his quest. I have some preparations to make." "Right away master" The figures voice hissed almost like a snakes, and dissapeared without a sound. It went to the room it knew was Swifts, and knocked on the door.

Usrah looked upon his inner darkness with sadness. A beautiful young woman with fair skin, green eyes, and auburn hair stood a distance away. She wore armor similar to his own and carried two unsheathed longswords. Gorgeous and fierce, Usrah could only manage to utter a single word.
"Eva..."
The woman smirked and charged forth at Usrah with incredible speed. He prepared himself with a possible counter-attack. She lept into the air and came down upon him with both swords, her blades smashing into his own. He swung his sword, forcing her off of his blade. She was now in mid air and Usrah jumped after her, bringing his sword lower to perform an upward swing. The woman took flight and twirled about, dodging his attack. She sent a foot into his chest, knocking him back, while she flew higher into the darkness. He regained control and took off after her.
The woman looked around, unsure of where he had gone. Suddenly, Usrah dove from above and brought his sword down her back, creating a massive gash. She did not wince, but merely spun around and slashed him twice in the chest with her longswords. He, however, could feel pain and backed off to prepare himself again. Before he could do so, the woman was already making another attack, this one striking in a cross formation. Usrah knew that technique.
"Grand Cross!"
The woman nodded quickly and sliced him vertically and horizontally across his chest. She flew backwards and tapped her swords together, the wounds on his chest now erupted with energy and caused him to fall to the ground. He slammed against the cold darkness and stood up slowly. He swung his sword above him, just in time to deflect the woman's aerial attack. With her swords now deflected, Usrah grabbed the woman's right leg with his left hand and flung her down into the ground. He then quickly followed through with a downward thrust into the woman's chest. The moment he removed the blade from her body, she shot back up and proceeded to attack with a flurry of swings. Usrah did his best to defend himself, but ultimately received many wounds. He stepped back and held his sword in attacking position. His anger was increasing to the peak and he knew what technique he had to use to win.
"EVA!!!"
Usrah activated his Vigor and Celerity, rushing towards the woman as a dark blur. He drove the sword into her chest and flung her upward into the air. He jumped up after her, making a massive cut up her front, his sword guiding her body through the sky. He stopped in mid air and then proceeded to slash at her airborn body with an incredible display of speed and power. The technique was powerful enough to keep her in the air through the direction and angle of the sword cuts, making it nearly impossible for one to escape or defend. Finally, Usrah performed multiple front flips to gain speed and slashed diagonally across the woman's chest, splitting her body in two. The woman dissipated into nothingness and Usrah landed upon the ground.
Usrah looked around at the World and the darkness began to fade. A scenery of pure beauty revealed itself in the form of clear blues skies, lushcious trees, and endless fields of flowers. A disembodied voice echoed throughout the land.
"Usrah Iroziel, you have defeated the darkness within your own spirit. When you awaken, your entire physical being shall be altered. No longer will you be hindered by the necessities of the mortal body. You will no longer have to eat, sleep, or breathe. Your own body functions as you will it. Please, use this new power to defend the innocent and destroy the wicked as you have done for so many years."
Usrah awakened, still surrounded by the sphere of spiritual energy. However, the sphere was now golden, signifying his divine transformation. The sphere disappeared and his new form was revealed to the world. His armor was no longer terrifying, but had the appearance of a true paladin. His face was no longer sad, for his eyes were bright and he had a smile on his face. He hovered above the water and looked around. He finally flew high into the air and cheered, the burden of darkness now eliminated.

Luniya decided she would go and bring some fire wood back. She was used to the dark after all and her eyes adjusted very quickly to the night. "Lin I do believe you think of every little thing and it doesn't hurt that you have connections with good people," she smiled at her as she was walking deeper into the forest away from the others.
"I'll go get some firewood. I shouldn't be too long." She walked out of the area where they were to set up camp. Luniya didn't mind being by herself for a while, she actually enjoyed. Without everyone talking and moving around she was able to hear all of the beautiful forest critters making their music. The wind was whistling and tickling her fur. She remembered just how much she loved the forest. She started howling a sweet tune that echoed throughout the forest.

Ashe, holding the elder form, had kept to herself. She was holding Usrah's flower behind her ear, her hands fingering Sorrow's lute. She listened to the noise coming from it and frowned, it wasn't as good as Sorrow's playing, but she didn't expect much. She saw that Lin had woken up, held her sword to Elgerez, and calmed down with Luniya's convincing her to dance. She then saw that Usrah had woken from his meditation. He was out for awhile, and now he smells like his brother...Brothers, but complete opposites. She stood up, placed the lute back on top of her bag, and walked over to Usrah. She dropped the germanium into his lap. "I'm guessing the change in sent means a change in person." She sat down besides him and placed her two swords in front of her. "Do you mind if I spare with you? If Shiango is the one we're after, we all need to get better. Sparing with each other could give us a fighting chance." She didn't mention that she also wanted to get Sorrow back, but she figured Usrah knew. The only difference between her and Usrah was that she was going to continue to smile.

Usrah looked over to Ashe with a smile on his face. Now that he was truly happy, his appearance and personality had taken a turn for the better. He was quite handsome now that he was smiling.
"A weight has been lifted from my shoulders, Ashe. I've achieved Enlightenment. Now then, if it's a fight you want..."
He flipped backwards and began hovering in the air.
"...then it's a fight you'll get. Weapons or bare fists?"
Usrah was excited to test his newfound powers.

Lin smiled as Luniya left, then she walked over to the horses, and started to take some things from the saddle bags. She quickly grabbed out a large tent like object. It was rather heavy, and she would need help to put it up. She took it from the horse which was holding it, and set it on an area where there were no rocks or twigs around. It just happened to be the large area she was dancing in earlier where she set the tent object. "Elgarez, want to come here, and help me set up the tent for everyone. I even got a few more items just in case we had more people join our group, which we do now." As she awaited a reply, she began to get the things together, and stretched the tent like object out, over the grassy area. It was large, and shaped like a rectangle.
(By the way, this isn't like a modern tent, it is more like one from the medieval times made from animal skins, or other materials back then.)

Elgarez ceased playing his music and put the guitar away. He stood and and nodded at Lin.
"Sure. I can lend a hand."
He approached her and waited for her to give him a command. He had never needed a tent before and was not exactly sure how to set a particular one like this up.

Flint got up slowly, stretching his arm. "And to make myself useful, I'll get a fire going." he announced, looking around the area. He found a flexible stick, bent it into a bow-like shape, and then pulled a small piece of twine from his pocket, too small to do anything normally, but it would fit this fire bow perfectly. It was just one of those odds and ends he had in his pocket for no reason. He picked up a smaller, thicker stick from the ground, whittling away at one end until it was pointed and smooth. He then took another stick, next to identical, and put an indent for the first one to fit in. Finally, he looked at a small fallen log, and turned to the group. "Nearly there. You guys have an axe?" he asked.

Lin pushed a large pole towards Elgarez. "I just need you to hold up the center with this wooden pole. Then I can get the smaller wooden ones set up around the tent. It shouldn't take to long." She looked at Flint, and nodded. "Yeah, I'll go get it for you. I'll be back soon Elgarez" She smiled warmly, and then walked off to where the horses were. She rummaged through a saddle bag, and soon took out a small wood cutting axe. It was made so that everyone of the different races would be able to use it. Lin soon took the axe over to flint, and set it down in front of him, so that it stood where it was, with a little help of ice magic of course. She returned to where Elgarez was, and found the center of the tent. She went into the door even though the tent wasn't up, and made her way to the center from the inside. She quickly pushed the center of it up. "Hurry up, and bring that wooden pole in here please. I can't hold this up forever, it is a little heavy."

Elgarez made his way to the center of the tent and held it up with the wooden pole. He was quite bored, as manual labor was never really an exciting event. He was not too surprised that Lin told him to hurry up. Mortals were always in such a rush.
"Okay, you should be all set to go."
He yawned. He would have rather been playing his guitar or howling or just about anything.

Luniya had gathered up a good amount of firewood and was on her way back. The wood was pretty heavy and she was working up quite a sweat. She looked around at the green scenery and found it better than any inn or cabin or other enclosed four walls.
Finally, she made it back to the camp site and saw that just about everyone was busy at work. A tent? I'm not sure if I like a tent too much She walked around the rectangle, Lin, and and Elgarez, examining the tent. She giggled when she saw Elgarez just standing there almost as if he were the pole. Still, she was accustomed to sleeping under the moon. Hopefully, it wouldn't hurt Lin's feelings if she slept outside the tent tonight. She placed the firewood by what appeared to be the start of a fire. She stood in front of Flint so that an axe was between the two of them. "Anything I can help with since I'm here now?"

Rorsch saw the light of a fire through the trees. He approached cautiously and stayed jsut out of firelight, looking around to see who was out there. He wanted to be ready if they were enemies.
