I have to say Light is better, but the whole "Sakuju!" (spelling?) thing was pretty funny.

you should have added a poll to make voting more simple.
I believe Raito is. Because Mikami, if you've finished the series
(spoilerVV)
Just flat out and gladly points out that Raito is god. Besides, his extermination of criminals goes way beyond Raito's killing spree.
Beside, Mikami stood out way too much. I believe any ordinary person with the Death note would have gotten away with it. Raito was no exeption however because his dad worked in the police force, and suspicion of him stuck out like a soar thumb since he was intelligant, and could have easily gotten information from the net, or his fathers words (thats why it was some what easier).
But in Mikami's case, he could've gotten away with it. Just, his foolish actions make him suspicious.

Light, without question. I think Teru only got as far as he did because he was such a huge Kira fanboy. We know he had a strong sense of justice, but i can't help but feel the power would have gone straight to his head had he been the one to pick the note up. Also, when it comes to intelligence the only one who can hold a light to um...Light, is L. And maybe Near.

I pick light. He's smart enough to go along with L, If he didn't he would of been caught in around episodes 20+ or so.
