"Yes, as soon as Terrence helped me finish picking up the wet pages to my novel I went inside, got changed and met him here," Yukimi said to Ryuu, from just behind Terrence, "I prefer to have my novels loose, but after this I think I probably should use a binder."
Her hand slipped from Terrence's shoulder and onto her own dress.
"I'm sorry of how I spoke earlier, I didn't mean to anger you. To thank you for helping me in the garden and to make up for what I said, I'd like to give you this."
Yukimi walked over to her bag, grabbed out an envelope and then returned to Ryuu. Inside the envelope was a letter thanking him again and giving him a free visit to her family's hot springs.

Ryuu was surprised by her response. "Oh you never angered me. I'm very sorry if it appeared as if I was."
He took the letter and opened it and blushed once again.
Wouldn't something like this ruin her mother's business? With my mother's family if I were to show up at one of these hot springs it could cause problems for her family. I'll just tuck it away and not use it, not that I don't want to.
Ryuu then smiled at Yukimi and tucked the letter in his coat pocket, "Thank you very much for the invite."
What is wrong with me? Why am I acting even more idiotic around her? Why can't I just treat her like all of the girls whom visit me at the Host Club? Many of those girls are even engaged and I'm not bothered by it. So why am I so bothered by Terrance talking to her?
Ryuu just shook the thoughts away trying not to show how uncomfortable he was.

Yuriko stormed into the Salon already very upset. She looked around and noticed the twins by the fountain. She walked up to the twins and smacked both across the face.
"That's what you get for making such a horrible mess in the library and for disrupting others while they work." Yuriko took a deep breath then continued, "You two have no respect for others; even when people are trying so hard to be nice to you. All you care about is yourselves. I can't believe how heartless you two can be!"
Yuriko was so upset that tears were starting to form in her eyes.
Ryuu surprised by Yuriko's response looked at the twins inquisitively.
“What is she talking about?”

Terrenced took a deep breath and nodded to Yukimi thanking her reassurance. But his neck hair stood up when Ryuu approuched. But he nodded anyway to him. "And I'm sure you have your hands full with these two Twins of Terror." He said with a quiet chuckled. "I would be too afraid to join, in fear of ruining your club's....good reputation." he said pausing finding the two last words.
Jon looked at Ryuu with a distorted look, "Nothing I'm not doing anything! I was just talking to a pair of lovely young ladies that we bumped into and THIS guy comes on in and interrupt us! Apparently, he doesn't know how to enter politely into other's conversation. Accusing us of being distrubances."
Don's face was a bit red, but he attempted to add to his brother's argument, but Jon started off again,
"An Invitation to the Host Club is best for him I say! And he...." He dropped to a whisper, "fits your incredibly simple description of 'quiet with a hidden alternative!'" Jon said behind his hand. He drew back with a big smile, obviously pleased with himself, but his pleasure was cut short as a hand sped fast across his eyes and slapped him heavily on the side of his face.
Don, had already doubled back, with his hand on his cheek staring at the flustered girl who was in post slap position.
Terrence was quiet and had steped back from the attack, now staring at the newly arrived girl.

Yuriko began to cry. "I had been working on my anatomy project for three months now," she pointed to the twins, "and those stupid twins’ bomb almost ruined all of my notes."
Ryuu took a step back.
No they didn't use one of their annoying smoke bomb. That thing leaves a lot of residue when it goes off. No wonder she's upset.
Ryuu then fully realized who Yuriko was. He remembered seeing her looking in on the Host Club from time to time. With her father wanting her to go into the medical field no wonder she was so upset over her anatomy homework.
"Jon, Don, please apologize to her." Ryuu finally said.
"I don't care if they apologize I just wanted to make sure they knew what horrible jerks they are!" Yuriko burst out as tears still streamed down her face.
She then quickly regained her composure realizing her outburst. She them blushed, when she noticed how both of the boys were not only surprised by her outburst but also favoring the red marks on their faces.
Oh no what have I done! I've made a complete fool out of myself in front of everyone.
She then drew back and murmured, "I-I'm sorry. I lost my temper. Please forgive me for interrupting all of you"

Jon had a wierd smile across his face, evidently the slap didn't bothering him so, much as it was the first time any girl had taken a hating to him instead of the usually 'kya!youaresocute omgTWINS!' He was about to answer back with a hint of suggestion...of a midnight stroll or something or other, but was stopped when Don's arm was flung out in front of him. Still rubbing the side of his cheek he saw Don's uncommon erie glowing eyes of 'Jon, shut it!' He fell back immediatly. If there was one thing that made him shut his mouth, it was Don. He crossed Don's seriousness once and got a full month of Separation. He shuttered at the thought.
Don was rubbing his cheek with the back side of his had. He finally stopped when the stinging eased. He felt a bit of pride, knowing that the bomb was a success and that it did what it was suppose to do, and a red hand print was on his cheek-a rare occurance. But he knew they had gone too far with the gag, especially this time of year where tensions seem to run a little higher than usual. And Jon, with his lost of temper and the sudden invite, it made his job a little harder.
He looked at Terrence, how he hated him so, the mere presence of this guy made his insides squirm....he was sure that the feeling was mutual. Then he looked at Ryuu, with a slight defeated tone of note, he muttered, "Jon's right you know, the Hunt's let us here. If there's a fault in the invite; it's your's, your Highness." He knew he was going to get a lecture from Ryuu...maybe later when he thought out what he was going to do with them, but until then...he had some time.
Lastly he turned to the girl who's face was streaked with tears. Then with a small heaved sigh, he said, "Just leave your notes in the sun for a while and the powder will crack off. It's harmless it won't mess up your notes." He sighed, as he was forced to give away the secret of Removal of his Bang in a Bag. From the corner of his eye he saw Jon, scowl. He jiggled his leg a bit, then Don finished with a "Sorry." He grabbed his brother's hand and pulled him away from the circle that had been formed around them. They were going back to the Music Room. Jon was about to protest, but Don tightened his grip and his loud Brother got the message and followed his twin out of the Salon.

Terrence was swelling with happiness and sense of achivement, it was a greedy emotion, but he suppressed it behind his gentle frown as the Twins of Terror left. He swallowed. He looked over at Yuriko, and with a quiet and near hesitant tone, he asked; "Would you like us to help you with your notes?" he offered.
"The weather is just right despite the small breeze, if those two....that twin is right ,your notes will be fine." He said sweetly.
In his brain a voice had called out saying his change of character was too soon and he should've taken to the disappointed and exhausted image; but the change was done. Hopefully no one would be too suspicious with this transformation.

Yukimi turned to look inquisitively at Terrence.
He is acting odd suddenly, what is going on? I heard them Call him 'Terrence Rivers', I thought his name was 'Maxwell'. Could he be related to those two? There is definitely more to this boy than meets the eye.
Yukimi walked over to his side and said, "I'll help you with your papers. This is how karma works, I got help with my papers from Terrence-sempai and I help you with your papers," sensing a little tension between Terrence and Ryuu she continued, "Terrence-sempai, Ryuu-sempai, would either of you like to help with me?"

There was a slight side stare between him and Ryuu but he broke the connection, by nodding with a smile. "Karma is an interesting thing. It comes back in so many forms." He riddled.
In his head he was cursing the twins. How dare they? He had absolutly no relation with them. And had no prior meeting with them before or even their family; as far he knew. He bit down hard grinding his teeth, so how did they know that his lastname use to be Rivers?
They probably Googled themselves a little too much and accidently came across that ridiculous article. He growled in his head. He took note to search for that article and contact the owner to get rid of it before anymore info of him leaked. He had no need for anything undesirable to be running amiss.
"Shall we?" his arm extended, "We should hurry before the sun goes down." he suggested.

Ryuu shook his head as the twins left. "I'm sorry about all of this I'll talk to them about it later."
They should consider themselves lucky; things could have been a lot worse.
"Thank you so much." Yuriko replied to Yukimi, "Oh and my name is Yuriko."
"It's very nice to meet you Yuriko I've seen you just outside the music room every once in a while. Please don't be afraid to come in a visit even if we aren't holding an event we do like to have visitors." Ryuu smiled at Yukimi's suggestion. "Of course I will help clean up your notes."

Yukimi smiled at the boys and then turned to Yuriko and said, "Why don't you show us to your papers, we'll help set them out and make sure none of it blows away."
I'll have to ask Terrence about his name later, I don't want to embarrass him in front of anyone. As for Ryuu, I should talk with him alone sometime soon as well.

Yuriko nodded and pulled out a thick 3" binder over flowing with notes. She also grabbed out about 60 pages of papers that were paper clipped together. Everything was covered in the white powder.
Ryuu's eyes widened at the mess. "No wonder you were so upset." Ryuu place his hand on his forehead. "This is worse that I imagined." Ryuu sighed. "I really hope they learned their lesson." Ryuu looked around. "Now what should we use to keep these papers from flying away?"
"Well there is string and specialty paper clips in the art room for the dark room." Yuriko stated.
"Good idea. I'll go get those real quick." Ryuu look at Yukimi.
I don't know why I'm doing this but here goes nothing.
"Miss Yukimi would you like to go with me?"

"Miss Yukimi, You go right on ahead. I'm sure looking for the items will be easier said than done." He gave again one of his warmly smiles. "I'll help Miss Yuriko, over here. " He said gently "we can meet you all by the garden. There is a pavilion somewhere in the east line, where many of the students prefer not to go in the afternoon since the sun makes its job to shine the hardest there." he suggested. He turned to Yuriko, "Miss. Yuriko, would you like me to carry that binder for you?"

Yuriko smiled, "Thank you Terrance. That would be nice then I can keep my other papers from flying away."
Ryuu was surprised by Terrance's remark; he expected Terrance to get defensive or jelous.
Maybe Yukimi isn't Terrance's agenda. But there is still something about him that bugs me.
"Shall we go Miss Yukimi?" Ryuu asked holding out his hand.

Yukimi smiled at Ryuu and said, "Alright, lets go."
Not wanting to seem as though she was favoring Ryuu over Terrence she declined his hand and walked on ahead, out of the Salon.
