Dear Diary//
You know, I was just thinking about how I should write in this more, but maybe I shouldn't. I think that Vivian should. It's her diary after all. She's still a bit young, but learning to write takes some time. She can speak pretty well, so maybe I'll just have her dictate to me what she wants to say for a while, but I think that this should be more for what she thinks, not what I think about her.
I just asked her what she wanted me to write about, and she asked who I was writing to. I told her that it's kinda like writing to yourself in the future. She told me to ask her future self if she could blow a bubble with gum, if she liked boys, what her favourite color was, and to tell her future self that she was still learning to blow a bubble, she wasn't so sure about boys, but they were kinda cute, and that her favourite color is red. (Big surprise there.)
She kinda misunderstood, I think, but it was still cute.
