The sixth door looked exactly the same as all the rest. It was a shelter - that was all that mattered...
What she found inside was definitely NOT what she had expected, however...
It was an observation deck. She was in a small, grey cell, monitoring what appeared to be a massive labyrinth through a plate-glass window. Eventually, it became clear that the huge screen was actually a projected image of a certain maze or trial of sorts...
There were four rooms...beginning at one end, to her projected right, and ending at her left, the constantly switching images of the tests showed a young brunette just touching down on a plank after...and it seemed really strange...flying across a bottomless pit...
Jesus, what kind of place was this?
And...what was this? The last room...the one after her final trial...there were men in suits. Serveral. Armed. They waited at the doors, ready to pounce, it seemed...
Thank God that wasn't her.
But what was the significance of this viewing receptacle? Sport? If it was, it certainly was a sick little game...
She couldn't really tell what was next, but it seemed to be an empty room with one man pacing around inside...
This place just kept getting stranger.

Tau shrugged. She couldn't say that she would warn the girl even if she knew how to. She checked once more -- besides the window, was there anything else of import in the room, or just the door thorugh which she came?
Part of her wanted to tap on the glass, but the rational side won out. No use drawing unneccessary attention to yourself... first rule of thieving. The second: don't get caught. Usually if you followed the first you wouldn't break the second but that really wasn't the issue right now.
I'm loosing my mind...[/i}

There was nothing of interest, save the telescreen flashing before her. If she wanted to leave, she could certainly do so at any moment, free of regret.

And... she did leave. A sigh escaped her lips as she deliberated over which door to choose next. Her curiousity might just be the death of her -- there was no way she could walk to the end of the hall without opening the majority of these doors.
Making it easier on herself, she just opened the next door she came across, hoping it yielded more information.

The same. Telescreen, white walls, and...ooh! This one had a bench! How fancy.
Aside from that, it was exactly the same as the rest.
On the bottom of this telescreen, however...the name "Amanda Rozen" was projected, in small white lettering.
That name seemed awfully familiar...
[Do some research on Amanda first.]

[Research? I'm confused...]
Tau dug back in her memory and tried to recall where she might have heard that name before. Taking a seat on the bench, she wondered if this name and the images she'd seen in the other room had anything to do with eachother. Maybe Amanda Rozen was the girl walking into that room full of guards...
... or maybe she really was going crazy.

[Search for any info on her character throughout the forum...]
Yep. It was definitely the same one...
Where had she seen that name before?
Furthermore, what seemed to be the purpose of these tests she was going through? Hm...it was hard to tell just by this video here...

[Ah... you meant me and not Tau. Makes more sense now.]
Well, there was only one way to answer these questions. Maybe the next door would shed more light on this... Amanda. Or things might just get more confusing. Who knew? Sitting here wasn't doing Tau much good.
So, she begrugingly left the bench and its room only to enter the next one down. Finding this Amanda might not be the worst idea... she could fly, after all.
Wait. Fly? What kind of a place was this!? With a sigh, she decided to come back to that thought later and looked around the new room. Anything different or was it infuriating the same?

Infuriatingly the same, sadly enough.
She was beginning to waste time here. Action had to be taken, and soon. Every room on this side of the hallway was DEFINITELY the same. They had to be.

Okay okay. She couldn't delude herself into wasting any more time. As she exited the room, Tau slammed the door behind her. Perhaps a little too loudly? But she didn't care. She was frustrated. She hated this place.
Just go down to the end of the hallway and take it from there. So, she continued down the hall, hoping she wouldn't meet a dead end. if she did, she'd just turn around and try the othe end. And if that didn't work... maybe she'd scream until someone came and killed her.

More rooms. Yep. Lots. And then, once she reached the end, a corner banking left. There were probably more - yep, there were even more similar-looking rooms around the corner, too. Ugh.

Mental scream! Tau had a raging silent fit as she stared at all those doors. Oh, what the hell... she jogged down to the opposite end of the hallway and looked at what awaited her there. She'd never been faithful, but she prayed that there would be a severe lack of doors there.
