Kitsune 0.0 Sophia sighed as she saw the kids running. She put her latte on a near table. She knew just what to do and how to handle it. She looked at the kids, not a glare, but a look. Her air blew around her face a bit and she but her third finger to her thumb in a flicking motion.
Her two fingers started to glow at bit and she flicked toward the kid. The light hit the kid right in the head. The kid turned around and stared at Sophia. "I told you not to run. Want to try for time three?" Sophia smiled a bit. She loved to be a evil woman. The kid started to run away but stopped and walked. The kid walked slower then normal people even walked.
Sophia picked up her latte and smiled. She sipped it slowly and looked around. Her red hair bouced around as she turned. She jumped when someone seemed to talk to her.
She looked and saw Ohren. "Oh!" She listed to what he was saying and nodded. "Yes. I do think we have a few newbies." Sophia smiled her little smile that could mean many things. She looked at Ohren up and down. he was a great preformer, one of the best she had ever had. "How have you been?" She asked. Sophia wasn't much of a socal person. Ohren allowed himself to take the seat next to Sophia. Even if he wasn't usually one to start conversations, he could still be friendly at times. His gray eyes surveyed the area as he sat, noticing more and more new faces. It seemed the place was feeling up steadily.
"Well enough," he would reply. "New faces have we? Well, it seems appropriate...though a little sad. More customers is always a good thing. But if we have so many new faces, then it means the outside world must be getting worse. Or at least, more lives are being put into turmoil."
The thought saddened him slightly. Sure more customers would mean more people would be listening to his musik the next time he performed. But with more people came more grief and sadness. The only way to find your way to The Misty Inn was to be in a slump of depression. More depression wasn't usually a bad thing, but at least he would be able to lift more spirits with his abilities. If onyl for a few moments anyway.
"I'm curious though....in my time here I've noticed I'm the only performer you have. Is it so rare that people might want to spend more time here? Or was I simply the first to ask if I could stay and share my talents with everyone?"
Ohren let a hand raise and pull loose one of his feathers. They always grew back no matter how many he lost. That was the beauty of being a Sephyr. Your feathers and wings were always with you. He rolled the tip of his feather between his index and middle finger, fiddling with it for a few moments before his gray, somber eyes rose to Sophia, waiting for an answer.

Sophia smiled a bit at Ohren sat down. She didn’t normally get to sit down and relax. She then nodded. “Yes, I would say about four more. At least. We also have a new cook. She has got to be better then the last one.” Sophia thought for a second about what Ohren just said.
“That’s true. But you also have to think of the fact that the world is getting bigger, meaning there are more unhappy people. What I love about the inn, is that it gives people what they need and when they’re ready to leave, they bring a little something into the inn and they bring something back to the world. It’s sad, but life is sad. My parents made this place for this purpose and I think it’s a good idea.”
Sophia let her eyes skim the inn. She saw a lot of faces that she should have known and some she remembered from there reaction in the mist. It was a nice trick she had learned really. If your immortal and you run an inn you really pick up these things. Sophia snapped back to attention when Ohren started again.
“Oh. Yes. I was wondering when you would ask that. There have been performers before your time and there will be after. Right now no one has really had the courage to but his or her talent to the test.” Sophia thought for a moment. She was giving away that she was immortal in a strange twisted way but she didn’t really care. “No. I don’t remember the first one that asked, but, sorry to say, you aren’t the only one who has asked.”
Sopha looked up at the girl. "Oh. Sorry, it's down there...to the left." She pointed to the hallway that lead to the door. "But it's no hurry. Don't worry."

"oh okay, thankz, then i guess i could hang around here for a bit..." Yuki said smiling and feeling relieved she didnt hav to work so soon...
Yuki left Sophia to herself and the other guy and then went walking around the Inn. Soon enough, Yuki found herself near the library where there were tons of books. Looking around the shelves, Yuki found a decent book she wanted it read. It was 'A Midsummers Nights Dream'. Unfortunately it was in the top shelf where she couldnt reach. Looking around, Yuki didnt see anyone near close enought to get hurt by the books, so with great concentration, Yuki used her telekenesis to take the book out of the shelf and brought it down to her lap.
"at least i can get some reading time before starting to work." Yuki walked over to a nive big red fluffy one seater couch and opened to the first page of the book. "maybe an hour reading would be nice..."

It was true. As people and races grew older, so did their population. They needed places to live, to grow, to have fun. So, naturally these races would need to expand their territory and build new places. With new lives, new homes, and new time, it was only natural that more people would be left behind.
Not everyone could fit into the new worlds and lives. Some got left behind wanting to preserve the old way of life, or maybe just wasn't sure where they fit in. People like that usually lost their place, wandered the lands, and found their way here. It was how things worked. In a way it was how he had made it to the inn.
Ohren nodded hearing her words. It was only natural. He couldn't have been the only one to offer his talents to the inn. But he would probably live and be here for a while. Sephyrs lived to a long old age. Unless he found a reason to leave, he wouldn't.
It was just a little strange to be the only performer there at the time. But he was certain that eventually he wouldn't be the only one. Sooner or later there would be others. He was sure of that, maybe he might not be performing alone. Maybe one day he could be supplying the musik and another could be peforming, who knew.
Ohren looked to the girl that had asked for the kitchen and assumed that she was the new cook Sophia had spoke of. He smiled lightly to her turned his attention back to the owner.
"Well, that makes sense. Everyone needs a place to retreat to sometimes. Some just like to stay in one place longer than others. I suppose eventually I'll have to give the spotlight up won't I? I may be the only peformer now, but I wouldn't be surprised to see another wander in some time soon."
