9.1 It all matches and coordinates well...My only problem is the gold jumps out a little bit in my opinion. Otherwise, it's gorgeous and nearly flawless. :]

Im giving you a 8/10. I like the fact that you're back is turned it makes the outfit feeling more of a vive for fireworks. But I don't like you're overall use for clothes. I like it. But I don't entirely love it. But it would be most deffiantly something I would wear on my avatar.

You said you're not finished with it, so I can't really rate you good and proper.
I'm going to leave out the rate and just give you suggestions.
I did post on your Tektek thread, so go look there if you want me to Tektek you.
First off, MOAR GOLLLLD!
The crown, cute as it may be, sticks out far too much.
Then, you should get more pink to match the flowers.
More straw-color to match the hair.
Actually, I'd suggest changing the hair because that color is one of the hardest to match on Gaia.
And more really light blue to match the Aquatica.

8/10 - Good and really pretty, but I'd like to see some more bright yellow. The swimsuit's a bit drab. And I don't like the skull pin. It doesn't work for me in terms of colour or theme. xd

I'm giving you a 6 since it's kinda cramped. You're using far much wayy to colors. I don't really like avatars with non-matching items and all and cramped 50 items. I love it though, but it's not something i'd really love and wear.
For the person under me, please don't rate me, tektek me if you please to in my other thread on this forum if you want to help me with my avatar. =D
