He lost his memory when the rocks fell on him, causing him to forget when he was Obito Uchiha.
He gave his left eye to Kakashi.
Who was on his team when he was younger.

ohmigyod you people know nothing!!!!! pein is the leader of the akatsuki he is from the rain village and it couldn't possibly be the third kazegage becuase he was killed by sasori and turned into a human puppet!!!!!!!! proof here you go  the red head is the leader in this pic.  this is the third kazekage turned into a puppet with sasori and by the way uchiha madara is technically the founder of the akatsuki and tobi pein has been seen taking orders from tobi but pein is the formal leader
