Cynder I personally like the stat oriented system that La Pucelle has. The items you equip affect the stats that develop as you level up. The more items you have equipped that affect a certain stat, the faster it advances. The more your stats level, the more critical hit/damage dealing/regen/etc. abilities you get. The Phantom Brave system looks nice, but if they purposefully gear maps agains you, I'm not buying the damn game. On a side note, does anyone know of somewhere that I can host a 150+ meg zip file? ninja See, while I don't mind that, I find it far too statisical based. I prefer on the fly tactics with a general idea of what you want, it's much more interesting and it's a lot more enjoyable, at least for me. But really, I think the maps will only be geared against in that they'll limit the amount of party members you can have out at a time rather then make it more difficult for you. Aki: SH3 is the creepiest of the SH games so that's quite a feat. However, I'm not really surprised since the guys who made Ringu (the Ring) are responsible for the story behind FF2. Also... did I have the FF8 conversation with you about how FF8 really doesn't suck and why Squall only sucks for a player because they secretly hate themselves?

Oh man, Fatal Frame II is SUCH a good game. It scared the s**t out of me and has given me a hard time sleeping. -shudders- I'm still having nightmares about parts of that game, they were just..creepy. You should play it, it is teh AWESOME!!!11 But, yeah..when I was playing SH3 I wasn't as creeped out by it, I dunno..so I guess saying FF2 is pretty great means something. I could be wrong, though. I need to find the first Fatal Frame game.. Bwar..I need to play it. crying Also; I'm thinking you didn't have that conversation about FF8 with me.. xd

Cynder I loved FF8... the magic system combined with the GF Junctioning made it wicked easy heart I played FF8 for HOURS at a time when I had it. I just ran around leveling everything up on my GFs and on my characters.. When I started out my game, I was drawing like..100 ( or was the limit 99, I dont' remember anymore ) of EVERYTHING. It took forever, but yay.. Besides, who can resist Selphie's odd love of being on trains and using the Devour ( I think that's what it was ) attack thing. That amused me for hours.

Now that is a bit of a challenge. Sheesh. Though all those chances to cast demi came in handy with those Tonberry. I hate Tonberry so much. stare

I hated that so much, it was a pain having to kill all those Tonberry then a giant one. stressed

Cynder WhiteJoker Cynder WhiteJoker SUPER ROBOT WARS IS COMING!!!! But I have to buy a GC! gonk question The latest in the Super Robot Wars series has a proposed North American release but it's for the GC! crying Super Robot Wars, if you didn't know, is basically a tactical RPG that takes dozens of mecha anime (super robot and realistic robot) shows and throws them together into a crossover sort of plot. So basically, you get control of the good guys from all these series (Gundam, Eva, Nadesico, Mazinger, Dragonar, etc) and you get to fight off the bad guys with them! And it's all done with chibi-style artwork!! this sounds like I must play it! What system(s) have past games been on? edit: The more I play La Pucelle, the more hilarious it gets xd . Homard is SUCH a motivational speaker it's not even funny at times whee . (Sadly, they pronounce his name Ho-mard, not Hom-ard o.0; wink They named a guy LOBSTER?
