Azure scrunched his nose together and shrugged his shoulders. "If its so much work then why do we like it?" Azure giggled as he banged on the bottom of the iron pan with the palm of his hand making a loud sound that was echoed by the thunder. "That's good because it does not feel good to be eaten... I think. I do not know, I have never been eaten or drinked before. But it doesn't sound fun." Azure watched what Adora was doing, trying to remember the steps to make hot chocolate in case there was another day like today.

"Because nothin is better then true love. The work is hard, but the result is worth it." She sighed wistfully. "I wonder if I'll fall in love one day." Adora opened another cabnet and pouted. "Oh shoot. No marshmellows. But...whip cream also works!" She got it out of the fridge before taking the iron pan from Azures hands and puting it on the stove. She turned on the heat while plopping some unwrapped chocolate into it.

"I'm sure you'll fall in love Adora, your daddy is the pae of love." Azure tried to comfort her in perfect childhood innocence. He slapped his hands to his face, "No Mushmellows, what are we going to do?" Azure cried out in panic. Azure wanted to see what Adora was doing on top of the stove, but he was too short to see anything. So he pushed a chair over towards it and quickly climbed on top. "There, now I can see how to make hot cocolate."

"Dont worry, whip cream is tastey too." She giggled and got out a bit metal spoon, slowly moving the slowly melting chocolate around. "And thankies! I got alot of male friends, but no loves. Tamrin, Rain, you..." She shrugged. "ah well, I'll get someone sometime neh?"

"Okay, I will try whip cream, though it sounds kind of dangerous." Azure was referring to the whip part, because it didn't sound to pleasant. He peered around Adora's shoulder and into the pan, watching closely, but keeping his distance so that he wouldn't make her mess up. "I don't know hardly any boys, only girls I think. Maybe it just takes time." Azure wondered why there was such a big fascination with finding love so fast, but he didn't bother asking Adora about it.

"Oh I know lots of girls!" She giggled, stirring the now half liquid-chocolate. "Outside of family of course." The female grinned.

"But you can only fall in love with boys though, right?" Azure asked curiously. He really knew nothing when it came to this subject. "Does it hurt when you fall?" Azure could smell the fumes of chocolate coming off from the pan. "Yum, that is smelling good already!" Azure wanted to stick his finger in it so bad to have a taste, but he behaved himself.

She blinked. "Course not. I can fall in love with girls too. I like girls too. Daddy says thats alright though." She picked up a fork and started to press down the remaining chunks of it.

Azure shook his head, "This stuff is soooo confusing." He told Adora as he began to wonder if he would ever understand it at all. Azure felt his tummy rumble, "Is it almost ready, because I'm sure hungry." Azure said impatiently. "And it smells so good." Azure climbed off the chair and pushed it back to where he found it. He hoped that by not looking at the chocolate he would become less hungry.

"Yup!" she turned off the stove and ran over to the cups, taking two down, filling it with milk and then putting it in the microwave and nuking it. She went back to the chocolate, quickly stirring so it didn't start to stick or become burnt. "Its hard to make at first, but so worth it!

Azure clapped his hands together in his excitement to finally try the hot chocolate. "Yay, is almost ready!" Azure cried out. "But it does look hard to make. I hope if I ever make it I can make it tasty and yummy." Azure wasn't even sure if he would like hot chocolate, but he figured he would since he already knew he liked normal chocolate. Azure walked back over to Adora and waited as patiently as he possibly could for a cup of hot chocolate.

"I'm sure you'll do fine." The microwave beeped and she turned off the heat. Onto the machine to pull out the two steaming cups and put them beside the stove. There she proceeded to slowly drip the melted chocolate into the hot milk.

Azure smiled. "Thanks, now all I need to do is find out if I like it." Azure decided. "I wonder how much longer this storm is going to last. It has been a long time." Azure hadn't noticed the thunder much anymore since he had been having so much fun making hot chocolate with Adora. Making hot chocolate has certainly helped him.

"I dunno. It's been a long time since I've heard any thunder." She shrugged, scrapping the last bit of chocolate into a mug. She picked up a spoon then and stirred it into a nice creamy brown. "Just one last thing..." Now adora picked up the whip cream, squirting some ontop of each brown mixture.

Azure nodded is big blue head. "Maybe, thunder is gone?" Azure suggested, although he wasn't sure how thunder came or went. Azure smiled as the whip cream came out onto the hot chocolate. "Yay! Its all done now!" Azure cried out. "It is all done right?" Azure said as he lifted up his finger and put it in the whipped cream and then placed his finger in his mouth. "Whip cream not taste bad. Whip cream sweet."
