The Rear Admiral led the Fleet Admiral and his entourage through the corridors, talking casually with the Fleet Admiral until they reached the conference room. He accessed the door and offered into the room first. "After you, Fleet Admiral."
Flag Hanger, Fort Dojouro
Dojouro, Dojouro System
The Head of State's shuttle drew close to the flag hanger of the massive fort and began landing preparations.

The Fleet Admiral followed the Rear Admiral with pleasure, and enjoying the casual talk the two shared. He was actually enjoying himself, afterall it wasn't often that he made contact with allies personally. When they arrived at the conference room Yokoturi nodded to the Rear Admiral. "Thank you." He advanced slightly then turned to his marine escort. "You, all stay out here." Yokoturi advanced through the door and noticed from the corner of his eye that Mr. Dorian followed him inside. The Fleet Admiral and the UHG envoy sat down and waited.

The Rear Admiral entered the briefing room and took a seat across from the Fleet Admiral. He pushed a button and summoned a private, who poured out a glass of water for the three men. "The Head of State should be here at any moment. Is there any other refreshment I can have gotten for you?" He gestured toward the private waiting to serve their needs.

As soon as the Rear Admiral offered if two would like any other refreshment, Mr. Dorian sat up in the seat. "Well actually.."
At that exact moment he was cut off by the Fleet Admiral who also shot Mr. Dorian a fierce glance that froze the politician. "Thank you, for your hospitality. We do not require anything else, but we appreciate the offer." The Fleet Admiral then turned to the private. "Thank you, private." He picked up the glass of water and took a small drink from it.

The private nodded and then looked to the Rear Admiral, who gave him a polite salute, then the private left the room. Kittan sat up in the chair and tapped the table's datapad. "So, how's your nation doing since the last time our nations interacted, if I may ask?" He was just killing time until the Head of State arrived.

The Head of State's shuttle arrived and landed in the Flag Hanger. The Head of State disembarked and was greeted by a Lieutenant. The Head of State waved off the escort and proceeded to leave the hanger, on the wave to the briefing room.

The Fleet Admiral clasped his hands and placed them on the table in front of him. He didn't mind at all answering the question. "It's been quite well if I do say so myself. We have established an actual government, several colonies and bases. Not to mention our fleets have grown exponentially."
Mr. Dorian decided to add something as well. "Yes, the Fleet Admiral is correct. Our new official government has been going quite well. But we have faced growth in various aspects of our government than just our military. We have hit a boom in colonization of new planets."

The Rear Admiral chuckled and nodded, since he really didn't know much about political growth or anything of that sort and he was about to comment when the door opened and the Head of State, Tomas Jirun entered. The Head of State was not a tall being, nor did he stand out in any real way. He was a human male with brown, albeit graying hair, brown eyes and a normal gait. He was dressed in a normal business suit and his hair was combed back in a neat style. He smiled and walked into the room to shake hands with the Fleet Admiral and the other man. "Fleet Admiral, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Head of State Tomas Jirun from Dojouro."

The Fleet Admiral shook hands with Tomas Jirun, first. "Nice to meet you. I am the Omega Space Forces Fleet Admiral Yokoturi Mirumoto." Yokoturi gave Tomas a polite smile before letting go of his hand and sitting back down in his seat.
After the Fleet Admiral Mr. Dorian stood up to shake the Dojourian Head of State's hand. "Please to meet you sir, I am United Hellene Government Political Envoy, Walter Dorian." Mr. Dorian was grinning from ear to ear, he was happy to finally see another politician after spending so much time with military officers.

Tomas smiled and inclined his head slightly to the side. He had not yet heard about the foundation of a government in the Omega Star Forces, but he did not let that show. "Well, Mr. Dorian, then we have a lot to talk about. I know our previous treaties stood with the Omega Star Forces, but I'm assuming we'll have to draft up a new treaty with the United Hellene Government. Having Fleet Admiral Mirumoto here will definitely ease the transition from a military alliance to a military and political alliance. Do either of you gentlemen have a problem with me recording our conversation with my datapad? We use these recorded conversations as a reference later on should we need to view an agreement."

The Fleet Admiral shook his head. "I don't mind at all, so feel free." He thought it was a good idea for the conversation to be recorded as a point of reference. He was also sure that brown-noser envoy would do agree as well.
Eagerly Mr. Dorian shook his head and replied. "That's a great idea, so of course not." He maintained that ear to ear smile that he had earlier.

Tomas nodded removed his datapad from his briefcase and placed it on the table. He typed a few commands into it and then augmented its position to get a good few of the entire conversation. Then he readjusted he posture and placed his hands on the table. "First, the Galactic Federation would like to welcome the envoys of the United Hellene Government and the Omega Star Force. We are here to renegotiate the deal that previously existed between the Galactic Federation and the Omega Star Forces."

Although the Fleet Admiral wasn't new to diplomatic situations it was the first one in which he knew was being recorded. For the first time, he was glad that he bought that annoying politician along with him. He merely sat there with is hands clasped on the table.
Mr. Dorian continued with the smile but now it was slightly smaller. "The United Hellene Government and its armed forces, the Omega Space Forces are glad to renegotiate the treaty that existed between the Omega Space Forces and its long time ally the Galactic Federation of Free Worlds."

The Head of State gave a chuckle and smiled widely. "Well, that's good. I mean, that's good to hear, Mr. Dorian. Now, we should establish the basic terms of our agreement. Naturally, we would like our open borders and free transit. Also, we would like to continue our mutual defense and aggression pacts for the continued closeness between our people. Our trading pacts would also be beneficial to continue for both our economies."

Mr. Dorian nodded his head to the Head of State in agreement. "That all sounds, just excellent." He then smiled in self satisfaction.
The Fleet Admiral simply sat in his seat and gave a faint nod, not saying anything. He would leave the negotiation of the terms to Mr. Dorian and judging from his last statement they were acceptable.

Head of State Jirun continued his negotiations. "Now, if I'm not mistaken, we also had a free trading pact, one that allowed for the trading of military technology. I will extend the same deal again, as well as the deal to use our shipyards, should they be necessary."
