Interesting facts! I was just looking into the plot of Gaia, since the beginning. Its kinda weird that nobody has figure out the sniper was until these clues can give us a hint on who shot Gambino. Maybe Edumd wants to be richest of all Gaia. I hope they have a plot about the arrest to the sniper.

I still think its Gambino Butler..
then thinking about it.. eek .. Perhaps Edmund wanted to make friends with Gambino because he didn't want to be accused of being the sniper?

I believe that it could be edmund. The scar is a mystery. And Edmund and Aggatha aren't dating, in the first plot he was flirting with an unknown blonde woman, right? I think he would befriend Johnny K to get information that he needed. Then shoot him after receiving the info he wanted.
The Ian thing may be a bit more complicated. Maybe the fire was started by the sniper and planned to get Ian framed and out of the way for some unknown reason. Maybe Ian knew something that he shouldn't or had something he shouldn't but just didn't know it. And the Sniper was afraid Ian would find out. So it was best to discredit him by putting him in prison. When that failed the Sniper had to shoot him.
But Edmund was with the silly trio of Old Man Logan, Edmund, and someone else who I can't remember at the moment( they were at the ball with the Masque. I don't know how to get to the comics). They were just stupid there. Would Edmund really go that far to make himself look innocent?
Of course the three idiots could be working together or Edmund would really go that far. Hmmm...
