The TARDIS taking them all to an alternate dimension where 'Doctor Who' is just a TV show....and then have them look on the internet.
Finding Doctor-on-Doctor slash or ones about Martha having a half-siltheen baby? Yep. Fanfiction. M'sure the Doctor'd love it. All those fan vids of him and Rose...
Or even just meeting the actors who play them. The Tenth Doctor meets Tennant or tries to steal Billy.

What about him doing the dying fly from Tizwos. Not that I was alive when it was broadcast...I loved that Tizwos reunited show!

Ahaha, yeah he really doesn't seem the type for getting those really high notes... I'm thinking something like Chris Martin (Coldplay)... he's pretty good at those. As for 10 meets Tennant... I think that seriously deserves a prize!! That would be so amazingly awkward... what would they say?!?

Lullabee The Doctor finally fixes the chameleon circuit and the TARDIS turns into a Port-a-Potty... gonk ill laugh if he goes to fix it becuase here since it got stuck her only tryed for a year to fix it gave up and left it so i dought he would try again
