Mikami, still wearing the strange gauntlets Alkaid had found, decided to go off exploring on his own. Chloe was worried, but knew the Flygon could handle himself. She just hoped he didn't get in too much trouble on his own.
Entreri, still miffed at Chloe for calling him back from his assault on Atlas, took off after Mikami, hoping to release some of his pent up frustration in tormenting the Flygon. Chloe only sighed, shaking her head.
This left Mikami, Lantis, and Alkaid to help, not that she minded. Daimon found a small stream, and traveled northwards, seeking flowers, while Alkaid flapped off into the underbrush, searching on her own.

"Well, what do you think of us so far, bunch of crazies, right?" Chloe giggled, to which Lantis could only smile faintly, nodding in agreement. He was still a bit unsure of Chloe and her partners for the time being, but was willing to give them a chance.
"Now, let's see what we can find," Chloe announced, as the Latios shot through the canopy of the trees, taking to the skies as they began to look.

Scarlet hopped off of Tolkis' back when the Togekiss arrived and Petalburg woods and displayed her clutziness when she landed flat on her face. Kiss chirruped softly as she slapped one of her wings across her face to not laugh at the poor girl.
Scarlet climbed back to her feet quickly. "Don't run off. I need you to get back to Daddy." she told Tolkis as she started to explore the forest. Kiss nodded and perched in a tree to wait until the girl got ready to leave.

Scarlet wandered over to the tree where Beautifly was at and fished around in the hollow of the tree for a few moments. When she pulled her hand out, it was covered in honey. She smiled and bottled some of it in a small jar she had in her pack. Another hand full, mostly what was left, she ended up flinging onto the branches and leaves of a nearby tree, one which had golden yellow leaves.

She ran back to where she'd left Kiss and told her she was ready to go back. "Let's go back to Dewford Island." she told the Togekiss, who nodded and allowed the girl to climb back on again.

Chloe had followed under Lantis' protective shadow as the two made their way farther through the forest. Normally she would have been a bit worried about traveling in the darkened woods on her own, but she felt relieved to have her Pokemon with her. Cael was enjoying the cool water of the creek as Chloe overheard, Mikami and Entreri most likely having another practice bout not too far away.
Smiling faintly to herself, Chloe closed her eyes for a moment, enjoying the nice breeze and the cool air that the woods had to offer. She paused to rinse her canteen out, and refill it with water from the stream. Daimon emerged from the waters, smiling faintly as he playfully chased after a stray Surskit that was dancing across the water's surface.
