Pepper sighs as she looks at Thona with almost annoyed expression on her face. She jumped in the water and caught the fish when she was asked and now he won't take a bite out of it?! Pepper tries not to scowl as she sighs deeply. "Please... take a bite out of this trout?" She tries to keep her voice netural as she moves away from the trout carcass.
"Oh my god.. oh my god.." Pepper thinks to herself as she shakes her paws then she suddenly shakes her entire body, sending the water droplets flying all over the place. She promptly plunked down on her rump and proceeds in using her tongue to dry her fur off frantically. Pepper was acting like a typical cat, trying to get all of the water out of her fur and she had the 'stinky face' on her face when she encountered a scent she wished she didn't smell.

Thona held in a snicker. It must have been hard for her to ask that. He looked down at the fish for a moment. Blood was coming out of its gills. He raised an eye brow. Well, he did have a bit of room in his belly. He leaned down and bit into it. Placing a paw on it's head. He ripped up with his head taking a chunk out of the side of the fish.
Blood dripped from his mouth as he swallowed the chunk with out swallowing. He licked his lips and looked at her. "Happy?" He expected something different from her hunting. But it wasn't that bad, but nothing to be too competitive of. He licked his paw that held down the head to get the stinky fish smell of it.

Pepper sniffs slightly as she is done drying herself off. "Are you pleased with what you just have seen?" She slants her greenish yellow eyes at Thona sourly. She definitely do not want to repeat the fishing experience just now. Her tail twitches irritably as she watches Thona takes a bite like she asked him.
Pepper moves toward a mulitated corpse of the fish and with one sudden swipe, she sent the fish flying back into the water. "I just remembered... you didn't tell me your name.." She fixes Thona with one of her piercing gazes.

"Well, You need plenty of work on your hunting, but it's not the worse I've seen" he said rather truthfully. "A lot better then any female, I might add." He added. He wasn't trying to flatter her any at all. He swishes his tail about and smirks.
"Well, I did say you had to prove yourself to know my name. I'm not sure if you have yet." he said with another smirk. He raised an eye brow. "What makes you want my name so bad?" He paused. "After all, I'm just a jerk, remember." He winked at her.

Pepper smiles slightly as she glows visibly at the compliment before she looks like she doesn't care for any compliments or anything. "I know I need alot of work on my hunting techniques but as long as I am able to provide for myself... I am not worried about how good I hunt right now." She simply says as she looks down at the wet spot where the fish body used to be.
Pepper looks at Thona blankly after she hears him ask her that question. "I don't want to have to call you ' guy' or 'it'.. it is degrading. Plus I jumped in the water for you and you know how much I hate water.." She frowns at him but she shrugs. "But suit yourself.. I showed you how I hunt.. I was patient with you but that patience is running out." She gives Thona an annoyed glance.

"Good." He paused. "Patience is only for the polite." He said with a smirk. He stood up and started to walk off. If she truly wanted to know his name, she would have to wait a little longer. He didn't think she quite did enough. "But if you wish to know my name. I'll give it to you on our next encounter. I'm pretty sure, it'll happen soon." He said with a smirk, and turned his head towards her.
"You can call me anything you feel like. Even Jerk, a*****e, or anything you think fits me best." He then continued to walk into the forest. He would meet her soon, and his name was going to be the first thing he said. He wanted to keep her interested at least. Maybe it'll bug her so much that she'd come looking for him. He flicked his tail.

Pepper felt her lower jaw goes slack when Thona still refused to give her his name. She tries not to roll her eyes as she sniffs slightly at Thona's retreating back. "Oh.. fine.." She looks up at the sky with a eye roll.
Pepper shakes her head as she trots after Thona, determined to know his name right now. She decides to follow him instead of bugging him and making him tell her.

He chuckled to himself as he kept going. He was pretty sure she was bound to follow him. Though, normally he was a total a*****e to whoever, so then never really followed him. He swished his tail around as he heard foot steps behind him.
He acted as if he couldn't hear them and just continued on his way. He wanted to see how long she would follow him for. He started humming to himself. A random tune he picked up awhile ago. The tune sounded much like something a human would hear on one of the Batman movies.

Pepper's ears is pinned back as she follows Thona but at the distance. She will pause to examine things like baby mouses or flowers or anything that catches her interest because she knew that Thona won't pay her any attention until he get bored.
One of Pepper's ears moves forward as she hears Thona humming a tune and she blinks while her eyes squints, almost like her eyebrows is furrowed if she had any. She couldn't help but to join in humming the same tune as she eyes Thona warily.

Thona's humming had stopped, as so did he. He finally decided that she would follow him to the ends of the earth to get his name. He turned around slowly with a smirk. "Forget something?" He asked her as he flicked his tail.

Pepper sat down as Thona suddenly stops and turned around to face her, she managed to keep the nonchalant smile on her face. "Actually yes.. I did forget something." Pepper purrs as she gets up, padding toward him with a mischievous grin on her face.
"You know.... I will have to admit that you are cute." Pepper says as she slants her eyes toward Thona in almost seductive manner and she smiles at him gently before she sighs lightly.

He raised an eye brow as she called him cute. Well, that was defiantly the first. Though, he had no objection. Though, it could just be a joke. He didn't let his guard down for a second. "Oh really?" he purred lightly.
He really didn't know how to act to this, except for just watch her interestingly. His tail flicked slightly, but not enough for anyone to really noticed. "Don't tell me, this is your way of trying to get my name, now is it?" He smirked.

Pepper stops in front of Thona as she bats her eyelashes at him in quite innocent manner before she smiles at Thona. "Why should I be that deceptive when I could have been patient like a true huntress I am..." She inquires Thona with innocent widening of her eyes before she moves closer to him.
"Plus why should I deny the fact that you are attractive?" Pepper whispers as she leans close to his muzzle before she nuzzles side of his muzzle with hers before she moves past him. "Just thought I should let you know that I do like you." She glances over her shoulder at him with a smile on her face.

He didn't move while she nuzzled him. On the contrary, this was all good to him. He grinned cruelly. "Everyone can try to be deceiving if they are trying hard enough to get what they want, Pepper." He said as he watched her walk past him.
He eyed her whole body before deciding that it was best to not press the subject. If she liked him, he would find out later. He wasn't about to believe she liked him because his name still hadn't popped up. He continued to grin.

Pepper walks toward the nearest tree and she props herself on her hind legs with her claws digging into the bark of the tree while she stretches her body out. She was mildly surprised that Thona didn't move when she nuzzle him but she smiles to herself when she leans against the tree while staying on her hind legs. "That is very true but whats the point of deceiving if you have to trick someone to get what you really want.. is that rewarding enough? Do you rather to be outright honest and know that you got that thing you want just because you are being honest?" She looks directly at Thona.
If her father was around, he would have been so proud of Pepper for lying through her teeth while keeping her face straight.
