It was funny how much of a treasure trove this section was turning out to be. And strangely enough, Koyuki could recognize many of the weather markings, to record the changing patterns of the ocean winds. More so, he could even catch mistakes. Even though he had not gained his clan's eyes, he had studied weather records back at the Fubuki compound, those having been made in accompaniment to their doujutsu and thus, more precise. Just a minor wind pattern change could hint tall-tale signs of a violent ocean storm, or perhaps an impenetrable fog.

Rhiko dashed throughout the library, looking left and right, and around every corner of the isles, to make sure no one had spoted his run through the library, for he knew the librarian had sharp eyes, and could always manage to yell out a comand to, "Slow down!" or, "No horse play!"
Rhiko was looking for a room he had only been in once before, and it was driving him nuts to have to find it again in the vast building. There were plenty of doors and pasageways, but all led to meeting rooms, and old dusty rooms with scrolls that were outdated and worthless. All the information in those had long since been transfered to newer reading material, with much higher acuraccy.
After a quick serch, and a good run, he found the room he was looking for. He looked left and right, and slowly turned the handle, and sliped inside. He wasn't sure he was breaking any rules, or if there were any rules against what he was doing to be broken, but he had a phylosophy, "Better to ask forgiveness, then permission! Then, what fun would you have in life if you waited for someone else to tell you, you can't do it, if you want to! They can't blame you for not knowing!"
Once inside the dusty room, Rhiko quickly went to work... he needed to find the files on the two ninja that Karite had mentioned, "Roto, and Kenji..." he hoped the names Mizu had heard were accurate... otherwise, he would be there on a wild goose chase, with no shinobi named Roto and Kenji to be found! Rhiko sat in the dusty room, searching and looking for the names he conjured from memory. It was seeming to be no good for awhile. There were so many names, so many ninja, from way back, with no sign of any names he recognised. These files were, of course... out dated, and any information would be useless to enemies to the village, that was why he had such easy access. But, if they were as old as Karite, there would be at least some information on them in these files. His figure skimed over one of Karite, which he was tempted to read, but he desided not to, out of respect for his privacy.
After a long and useless wait, he came across a name that struck a tone in his mind, "Kenji... no surname... well, its a start... perhaps there is something in this file... I hope this is the right person... I can't go following false leads. His hands quickly opened the file, and revealed a compiled array of papers and information. There wasn't much, but there was a name, age, and picture... along with a brief description of him.
His eyes skimed in the dim light over the poorly writen report on the shinobi. As he read the paper, he read out loud, "Kenji: This youthfull shinobi showed great promise... with skills in his speed, he had the ability to be one of the greatest Hunter Nin in Kirigakure."
Rhiko paused, and sighed, "This was when he was only a genin, I'd hate to see him now..."
His reading continued, "Kenji was promoted to team leader, after a betrayal amung the squad!"
I wonder who that was...
"Kenji was caught, thieving from his own sensei, Goto..." The shop owner?! "Kenji was then attacked by his squad mate, Karite... for his crime. It was reported that he recieved a wound on the chest by Karite Wolvine's blade, but was never caught afterwards..." Sir Karite?! Wow... even at a young age... he was a dangerous guy.
Rhiko took a good look at the picture, and tried his best to memorize the face, then read the last bit of information, which came to no surprise, "Kenji's wearabouts are currently unknown." [[Research: Restricted- DC=20 Roll1=11+5=fail Roll2=19+5=pass 1/2]]

Rhiko slowly and quietly placed the file folder back where he found it, not wihsing to leave any trace he was there. He silently snuck across the room, and began searching for the other name, Roto. Who was not any easy person like the last. It appeared he would have to search for a long time, as his search draged on and on without results. His eyes were a bit strianed in the dim lighting, and he had to rub them every few seconds, because of all the dust floating around in the room, so he had to ocasionally look back, to double check he had not overlooked something. Rhiko searched and searched, and came up with nothing. He was sure he was searching the right area, but couldn't figure out WHY the name Roto was nowhere to be found?! His searching came to an abrupt halt as a tiny bit of dust cuased him to sneez, and send clouds into the air, and force him to back away, and avoid getting it into his eyes. He toumbled back, and coughed violently, wishing to remove the dust from his air pipe, and lungs, which stung and irritated him greatly. [[Research: Restricted- DC=20 Roll=7+5=fail 1/2]]

Rhiko slowly attempted to regain his composure, quickly silencing the fit of coughing. His eyes looked over to the door, hopeing no one had heard the coughing or sneez, he didn't want his search cut short by the librarian. He pated his chest lightly, feeling another fit of coughing rising up. But he was able to successfully supress it. Ok... back to finding this, Roto, guy. Rhiko moved farther and farther back in the dark and dusty room, searching for the remaining name of the shinobi, which could or could not solidify them as his culprits. He just hoped that Mizu was having luck with her research on The Forbiden Island. Thier lead could be usefull now, but if they took too long, thier lead could go to waste. Haste in this case was nesisary, which was probably why Rhiko couldn't stand taking so long to find ONE file. But, dispite his anoyance, he continued looking at a normal pace, as to make sure he did not mistakingly pass over the name. [[Research: Restricted- DC=20 Roll=7+5=fail 1/2]]

Rhiko continued his relentless search for the missing shinobi whos file was nowhere to be found. the whole time he searched his mind wandered to Karite, and how mysterious his history must have been. All the while, his curiosity plegued him to rediscover the file on Karite, and read what interesting things were listed on him. As he searched the dust in the air setttled on the floor and HIM... which he soon noticed as he shook his head in frustration, and dust flew everywhere!
Another coughing fit ensued, and he was forced to retreat from the file cabinate again, and silence his coughing as fast as posable, and wish he had not been so foolish to shake the dust from his head. [[Research: Restricted- DC=20 Roll= 6+5=fail 1/2]]

Rhiko was soon able to silence his coughing and quickly cover his face from any further dust with his over shirt, and hold it over his nose and mouth. He moved back to the cabinate, and continued the search for several minutes. After a long time, he finally exclaimed in excitement, "Yes!" He hit his head against his palm, feeling stupid for showing such excitement in a time of great importance to be QUIET. His hands quickly griped the file, and pulled it out of its place in the mist of the other files.
He opened it quickly, knowing that someone would come to check out the noise. He read alowed to himself once more, summarasing the file's contents, "Roto, was a student of Goto..." once again, the shop owner... "He never advanced past a genin, becuase he abandoned his team during a mission to become a thief..." Another thief huh? I'm begining to notice a string of common occurances here... "When he abandoned his teammate, Karite Wolvine..." So... this is the guy Kenji replaced... "he was striped of his rank... and baned from Kiri."
He looked at the picture that was provided, trying to memorize it quickly... but, before he could do any more... a sound cuaght his attention, he looked over, and saw the door handle turning slightly! He quickly flung the file back in its place, and could do nothing but hide! In a desperate dash, he hid behind a book shelf of files. [[Research: Restricted- DC=20 Roll=16+5=21 2/2]]

Rhiko hid silently behind the shelves, hoping in his heart that the person entering would not spot him, he glanced around the corner of the shelves and noticed the librarian, which was to no surprise to him. He knew she had good ears, and would have heard his joyfull proclaimation to his finding the file. She probably came in to investigate.
After several minutes of tedious avoiding capture, the librarian shruged, and walked out of the room, alowing Rhik oto release a long held exhale of breath. Breathing hevily, he walked over to the door, and waited several seconds before sliping out himself. Now, in the clear, he dashed through the library back to Mizu. [Hide: DC=15 Roll=15+1 Pass!!!]

Scanning the spines of the books as she passed Mizu walked down the lengthy aisle, that was closet to the table were she previously was sitting. She was hoping to see a book with Kirigakure locations or something similar but sadly it wasn’t on either side of this particular aisle, sighing Mizu crossed over to the next aisle with, with the size of this library her search could take a long time.

Taking on the next aisle, Mizu’s eyes scanned the books diligently, her slow walking pace making the aisle twice as long. As she neared the end of the opposite side of the aisle Mizu thought it would be another bust until her eyes meet the words of one book. “Kirigakure locations” She spoke to herself as she stretched her arm to grab the book. The book was kind of thick though it wasn’t really that bad, maybe an in-between thickness, and on the cover you saw a map in the form of a scroll with a vague drawing of Kiri on it. “Let’s see what this is about.” Mizu said continuing her conversation with herself as she slowly made her way to a nearby sitting area.
Sitting down, Mizu opened the book and turned to the index searching for the name “forbidden Island” once she found the mentioned name she turned to the listed page numbers “I guess this is it.” She said to herself, she had to stop talking to herself it seems a bit odd.

Mizu looked at the page she was on and noticed that there wasn’t much listed about the Island, she lifted the page to look at its back side and noticed that it started to talk about the Fubuki Compound next, she let the page go and watched as it floated back down to its original position. It didn’t tell much about the Island she was hoping to know more, but once you think about it and look at its name you suppose they wouldn’t have much on it available to the public eye. “Oh well lets see what it says.” Mizu would first look for the random facts they list about the Island. “It says here that the Forbidden Island is the first Island Kirigakure was build upon. Legend says the seven deadly swordsmen had their blades crafted on the Island. Now it’s the base of higher ranking nins. Then a warning not to go…” Mizu sighed as she mumbled out the words, she began to fill a little aggravated seeing as the book didn’t tell her much about the Island. She just hoped it would mention the location somewhere after the warning.

Mizu continued to read the warning but sadly that’s also were the information stopped. She sighed looking up at her surroundings, if she could find what she needed in this book or even find another that states the Island, she would be here searching till old age. These thought encouraged he redhead to search the page again, perhaps for something she missed.

Mizu glared fire onto the page as she closed the book in defeat; it didn’t even write the location in fine print. She supposed she would have to continue her search. This time her main focus will be to find the location, instead of satisfying her curiosity to know more about the forbidden location.
Sighing once more she lifted herself off the chair and let her feet swiftly take her to the place she found the book. She looked up at the bare spot the book once rested and stretched her arm to return the book as she had once took it down. Mizu looked down the aisle remember how she already search it “I guess it’s time for the next one.” She said as she quickly turned the corner.
