My dad hates my music. My mom loves it. My dad always mistakes them for girls. I was watching the Antic cafe live Shibuya O East on my Laptop with my headphones plugged in and my dad saw Miku and waslike "Whats she singing about" XD and I was like "He Dad, He."
My Mom loved Miyavi though. I played his Miyavism CDin the car and she even attempted to sing Be-Ba Be-Ba Bebop with me. How cool ^.^

My mom thinks Miyavi is a good singer and even thinks he's cute! Which is very weird since she likes masculine guys better. But she can't stand the other jrock artists i listen to like An Cafe

My mom doesn't like him..she doesn't agree with the eyeliner..tattoos..and piercing..oh and dying your hair rainbow..(which I wanna do... biggrin )
She thinks that guys who wear any kind of make-up are gay..when I had a pic of Ruki from Gazette she was like "who is that ugly chinese girl!?" I was like..its a he..and a sexy japanese thank you very much!!..oh god..when she saw Miyavi it was worse...now my dad....I have no idea..he likes anything..even UVERWorld^.^

Hi no Hikari Sae Todoka Nai Kono Basho De. . . My parents don't mind him. They're into rock like me. I think they would like his rock music more than the rest of his music. My brother calls it crap sometimes, and it makes me sad. . . ;__; My yougnest brother likes him though. ^_^ My dad makes fun of him 'cause he knows it annoys me. xD; But he doesn't mean it. The first time they saw him they thought he was a girl, naturally. -__-; Same thing happened with Gackt. So when they saw the GazettE or D'espairsRay, they said, "Ok, so those are boys, right?" Sora O Miageta.

My mom practically knows everything about him (or as much as I know) because I talk about him all day. She likes "Itoshii Hito", "Baka na Hito" and "Senor Senora Senorita".
And I've begged her to let me go to California (I didn't say world tour, mind you. I wanted to make it a surprise.) and she's like "You're not going for Miyavi's world tour and that's final." ( crying )
And she hates his hair/piercings/tattoos. She says he's too pretty for that. (She loves the way he looks back when in Due le Quartz though)

My mom loves Miyavi, thinks he's a little odd but cute and wild and colorful and fun. My dad...I don't even think he knows much about my artists...I think he saw a background I had up on my pc of miyavi a while back but I don't think he was paying attention

i once upon a time had gackt featured in my gaia profile layout...
and i like to show my gaia profile to non-gaians.. and so my cousin saw it said 'who's that girl?'

you see i saw d'espairsray at taste of chaos... and my mom asked me to show her pics of them from the SHOXX magazine that i had bought at the concert.. so i showed her (she just wanted to verify that they weren't girls xD )... see she thinks jrockers waaay too girly...
in fact she said 'i don't like japanese men. they're too girly.'
xDD
and then a few weeks ago, i made her listen to a utada hikaru song, and she liked it and afterwards she said 'is this the band that you went to see in concert?' (referring to d'espairsray) and i was thinking,' *headesk* no mom. no. that was a ROCK concert i went to. x.x'

What? I haven't posted on this yet? o-o?
Oh well...
Out of nowhere one day, I yelled out to my mom, "MOOOOOOOOM!!!!"
and she asked, "Que?!"
and I yelled, "I'M IN LOOOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
hahahaha xD and they thought it was just a faze that was gunna leave.
Sooner than they knew it, my walls are now covered in posters, and they're buying CDs and DVDs left and right xD and I'm going to Anaheim for one of his concerts <3
My Dad says he's a girl sometimes =/ and then I hit him...
hard.
My mom doesn't really mind though. She sometimes sings with me "Jibun Kakumei"
Well, the part were Miyavi yells xD
Just thinking about it makes me love him even more!
