Mysterytrip He actually "swore" once. He said, "And then my mother said, 'what the hell is going on?' and I said, 'mother, this is the first time I ever heard you swear.'" That was when the latrine blew up. Henry and Father Mulcahy got trapped in it. I loved that episode. Father Mulcahy says "Devil" a few times in the show but one was used as a figure of speech. Then he also kissed Maraget in the later seasons.

Much laterin the series, there was a Chinese soldier who had a live grenade on him when he was carried into O.R. He yanked out the pin, and Father Mulcahy crawled around the floor looking for it. He shouted "I found it!" I said "Get it up here!" He shouted "Well move your damn foot! You're standing on it!"

Well it is a swear word for real. Priests are not suppose to swear but during the war time in M*A*S*H, a person's mouth can slip.

I liked the time Frank banned all alcohol from 4077. He made Father do a "fire and Brimstone sermon and he was really nervous so he got completely saused on a bottle of something Clinger found in his desk. Father Mulcahy kept repeating the same sentence over and over.

Steel The Stoic Vampire Alice Wasn't there an episode where someone was wanting to charge Klinger with something serious, and Father was describing how wonderful he is by getting 20 new bibles donated to them by a near by hotel.
And then he realizes that Klingen stole the bibles. rofl HOT BIBLES?!?! gonk scream I love that part.

Yeah , my favorite part was when he got drunk in that episode. Also when he ran the marathon and talked the guy into throwing the race so he could give the winnings to the orphanage.

When Hawkeye is doing the foot inspections and he gets to Mulcahy's and inquires about a scar on his toe, only to find out that his sister (the nun) did it when they were little. "All's clear except for one nun bite."
That, and the use of the word "jocularity." Tee hee. It gets me everytime.

i liked when he was helping that one nurse study to become a doctor and he got all flustered when she hugged him and he had to reject her and then he felt really bad about it.
I think watching that episode made me realize I liked him as a character. I like him second best (after Klinger of course x3)
