Picking himself back up, Sasuke coughed viciously, splattering blood on the dirt below him. "Naruto.. back up..." growling and pushing Naruto back slightly, Sasuke rushed towards his brother and whipped out a kunai.

Itachi's eyes narrowed for a second before he shot his hand out and backhanded his little brother across the cheek with enough force that would send normal men flying.
He wanted the blonde. NOW. And no matter of blood was going to keep him from what he wanted.

Shocked, Sasuke was forced to take afew steps backward- his brother had just... slapped him? 'What a girly thing to do' he thought, rubbing his cheek with a kind of dumbfounded look plastered to his face.
'My brother has grown into a girly-man?' Sasuke asked himself silently before muttering, "Whaaat?"

At his brother's face, Itachi was hell bent on resisting the urge to place the back of his wrist to his chin, his hand on his hip, and laugh in a high pitched, maniacal voice.
Instead, Itachi took Sasuke's slight distraction as a chance to lunge at Naruto, one harm out-stretched to grasp the blonde by the scruff of the neck.

All of a sudden Itachi lunged out for the blonde, who also was slightly confused at the evil older brother's previous attack on Sasuke.
Eyes widened, the younger of the black-haired two gave a small gasp and wheeled to protect his secret love.

Itachi knocked Sasuke out of the way, one arm wrapping tightly around the blonde's neck, whirling around to face his younger brother, a kunai pressed threateningly to the Kyuubi's ceek.
"One wrong move, Sasuke..." Itachi said darkly, eyes watching the boy steadily. He felt a rush fire through his body, with the blonde pressed so tightly against him.
Fun was soon ahead.

Naruto looked shocked at the youngest Uchiha.

Itachi felt the blonde tense in his grip, and he twisted the steel tip of the kunai further into the boy's cheek until the skin broke and a small trickle of blood fell from the wound. He kept the kunai in place, shooting Naruto a warning look, a twisted simle flitting onto his features.

Gaara frowned at how the scenery before him unfolded, he did indeed not like how the older man threatned Naruto but he didn't know what to do about it. He focused on trying to come up with some sort of plan...

Naruto froze,feeling a single drop of blood running from where the kunai was.

Naruto gulped and slowely lowered his hand to his pouch

(( I swear to God, if you don't give me my angst. HEADS WILL ROLL ))
Itachi's eyes narrowed and he dragged the kunai up the blonde's cheek. "A Genin can not out-smart a former ANBU." He said cooly, watching as the kunai sliced a long diagonal cut towards Naruto's temple. He began backing up, heading for the trees.
With a large leap, he juped onto a relatively low branch.
"If you want him, Little Brother, you'll have to do better than you are." And with that, Uchiha Itachi dissapeared into the forest, a certain blonde still in his deadly grasp.

Sasuke was frozen with fear. He stared, terrified, but trying not to show it, at Naruto and his older brother.
Naruto looked even more scared as a trickle of blood ran down the blonde's cheek. 'Damn it!' Sasuke shouted to himself, and suddenly Itachi leaped onto a tree branch and dissapeared. 'No!'
Jumping up onto the same branch his brother had been on, the young Uchiha chased after him, but quickly realized it couldn't be helped as of now.
