Steeveeo I mean do the mule and have the profile be the news section (kinda like Eureka SevenGuild mule) You wont need the friends@gaia feature, just let people know where the news is, and they'll get it! wink for some reason, gaia keeps kicking me, so i cant make an account, it says unable to process request at this time.

As usual, I have a BETTER idea! xd
How about we start a ray=out issue here in the guild and cover what's going on? We could do the news that way, only in the form of articles and cool art!! I could design the article pages!!! eek
One post can be the current issue, and we can keep archives in a different thread!!!
WAIT!!! I think I'll do that!!
Jox, if I make a sticky can I do Ray=out?? I've always wanted to write articles, it's in my blood! My grandmother was a reporter!! eek

well techniqually we have that, or we did, it was called the announcement mule... i was hoping to have one for my club's activities, completely unrelated to the guild... the Announcement section is the guilds "what's happening" section.

Kay you want to make a whats happening section, when you're crew again, you and i will work weekly on setting and posting the Announcements in that sticky we have on the main forum.

Anyways, I just did two things! One was try to explain in the magazine thread what it's all about.
This week's articles will involve....
The latest on what's happening in the Eureka world, because I've heard some entertaining news on next-season rumors.
An story detailing Jox's wild picture-quest.
Silly made-up horoscopes!! mrgreen
I also want a cameo from Rekka. Maybe she can write the horoscope section!
A center-fold. I.E, a totally awesome picture I found! mrgreen

WE NEED A RAY=OUT SUBFORUM!
That way it will be like an archive of all the different mags so users can browser previous issues AND the current thread you have now wont get extremely cluttered with irrelevant posts from previous issues...

I used to run a guild (it died, imagine that xp ) and its only costs 2.5k to make a subforum....unless they changed that...

You may be thinking of the guild cost, which is 20k, or maybe another guild you were in was going to be sold/buying another guild for half price...

Hm. Curious, very curious. Well, I think the set-up will be:
One post for the current issue.
One thread dedicated to the back-issues for now.
Maybe sometime soon Captain Jox will give us a subforum.
Though knowing him, the condition will be us letting him write a section or something... rolleyes
