I active Heavy Storm.
Then I set one spell/trap and activate Mage Power to increase MM's attack by 1000. It also gets a spell counter which makes it's attack 3200. I attack Chthonian Soldier.

So that goes back to your deck.
If your continuing everything else, my MM's attack should be 2900 (Mage Power + 2 spell counters). When I was attacking with it before it's attack should have been 3400 but it doesn't matter.
