Wow. For a few moments, Kildegard merely stared at Deja, the same look of blank amazement in his eyes, To think, someone was actually concerned about where he ended up, how amazing!
"Not want you to, I mean...hell, this is so crazy and neat! No, I don't mind at all if you came along, Deja, as long asyou're absolutely sure you woulnd't rather do something else instead." Kildegard was so quick to correct Deja's impressions that he wound up tripping over his tongue in the process, but the grin he gave Deja as he did so was true. In all his time in the Soquili lands, this was the first time that anyone had really been concerned about him!

Deja blinked a little bit and wondered what was so unheard of about his request. True he didnt have any friends and he didnt know how to exactly act around others, but he was trying to make every effort to avoid that and become his own stallion, not a shadow of his parents.
Perhaps his request had seemed to forward, he didnt know but he was conserned about this stallion, and didnt want to have him get lost in the woods again only because Deja set him on his way alone. True he was a grown stallion and not a colt that needed looking after, but there was something about his situation that didnt sit right with Deja sending him off alone.
"Well, its just...like I said I dont want to have pointed you in the wrong direction and have you get even more lost with no Idea where to go. "
Deja's mind flicked to a dark secene, a pile a bones in dark underbrush because the poor guy couldnt get home. Certainly it wouldnt be that bad, but did he eat or sleep when he was in that daze? Better not leave that to chance.
