They didn't forget about it. When Juliet told Jack or Kate that all pregnant women on the island died, they panned to Jin and Sun.

And the whole thing might not even be true, since Claire may have never been in danger anyways (presuming that the others hadn't put that "implant" in her).

I just want to know why Juliet even bothers to help Ben after he continually refuses to let her go. I'd tell him to screw himself.

But Ben could just like, reach into his magic box and pull out an Anti-Juliet lazer beam or something. XD

you guys all probably forgot someone...

didn't Rusoe give birth to Alex on the island? was she affected by the cancer? Did the "others" cure her?

I did forget. Wow.

She gave birth soon after arriving on the island, and they stole Alex a few weeks later.

I don't think pregnant women get cancer, they just wind up dying, for the most part. I don't know how much I trust what Juliet said about the treatment that they did for Claire helping at all. I guess we'll find out the truth behind it all with Sun(whom I believe got pregnant while on the island. Someone of her size would almost definately be starting to show after three months.).
