I can be a good person or a bad person, depending on how I'm run. Except the human mind is too complex for me to fathom, so I don't know why the hell I even replied to this.

Except the human mind is too complex for me to fathom, so I don't know why the hell I even replied to this. I summed up everything I was going to say in one simple sentence. If it is so obvious, then why is there a seprate topic just on communism? And yes, depeneding on the parent can usually determine what their children would be like. But I choose to get away from that a little more now that I'm getting older, but I'm already seeing bits of my mother in me that I reallllly wanted to get away from. There is nothing I can do about some of it now. The human mind is complex, but what does that really have to do about this? But whatever.

There's a separate topic on communism because not everyone understands what it's really about and we needed to talk about how it really hasn't even happened in history yet. Cuba is not communism. Neither is North Korea. China. Not the USSR, either.

Well it happened, it just failed. The idea of Communism is so full of loop-holes though, I don't think it would ever work.

People are trying to figure stuff out and pick holes in it and overthink.. when really it's true - all government are pretty much the same, the only difference is who's running the show. I thought your response was very cold and dismissive.

Communism is a mask worn by Cuba and the USSR and North Korea, etc, when it's really just State Capitalism. Real communism doesn't have a dictator. Especially not an unfair one.

I just assumed it was an unspoken kind of regulation. And it is. But I suppose it's the secret of the universe?

I didn't really mean to attack her and I'm sorry it came off that way. I'm just slightly OCD about conversations and when random quotes that I don't really like are just inserted into there I kind of go berserk. I just said what I thought, which I guess is the point of this board, no?

As for the question on why there is a separate topic on communism, no other systems are widely spread as 'bad'. I hear so many people say "COmMuniSM is BADD!!!1!!!!11111!!!!!!!1!!!" But it isn't. People assume that governments that did not work and that they actually know about is communism.
Statement: Communism is like Hitler.
No, Hitler was anti-communist. Other people assume that China, North Korea, Cuba, etc. are communist countries. They are not. Maybe its a communistic dictatorship, some kind if monarchy, whatever. But communistic leaders would never be mean. They want to help.
Don't even come back with the whole THE HUMAN NATURE IS SELFISH AND LAZY. That is what the communisms are for. Unslefish Unlazy people that want to be treated as everyone else does.

To be honest with you, Cuba doesn't bug me too much. They recently legalized gay marriage and they offer free sex changes. Now, with the US ragging on Cuba about how much poverty there is, can there possibly be that much poverty if they are offering free health care for a procedure that isn't even necessary? I'm not saying I like Castro, I really don't, but he really isn't the anti-christ like some people think.
