Lio nodded in consent. "I agree, he's just scared of us." He said with a smile. He looked back down at the little thing, and felt rather badly foir it. "You can go if you want, we just wanted to see what you were." He said, pushing his paw (which was almost the size of the thing already) at it, giving it a soft nudge. The creature jumped and ran off, speed on its side once again.
Lio looked at Mzuza, grinning. "Well... that was fun!" He said giggling.

"I guess so," She nodded sagely and watched as Lio sent the little creature on its way with a reassuring grin at the rodent, whose only response was to give a terrified squeak and tore away through the savannah once again. "I think we've scarred him for life," She said with a laugh, squinting against the sun to watch the kangaroo rat bounding over the land as effortlessly as if he were gliding through thin air.
"That really was fun," She agreed heartily. Now that they had had a chance to just run, she was starting to get fidgety with her paws, as if it had not been enough to simply chase after the kangaroo rat, but she wanted to run even more.
