"Nope!" He really wanted to catch a butterfly. He couldn't think of anything else besides that. Terale couldn't wait till they got to the place where lots of butterflies roamed. He grinned. His stomach grumbled a bit.
"Eating after would be good!" He nodded energetically, he hadn't realized till now how hungry he was. "Or now." He added as an afterthought as a particularly loud rumble perked up his ears.

Theodore smiled and started walking this time. Making sure the other didn't have to run his fastest to keep up. "Eating after is better. Don't want to throw up while trying to have fun." he laughed.
Finally the bad thoughts of ripping the butterflies wings vanished from his mind. Catching them seemed like an ok idea, though he was sure those thoughts would come back as soon as he saw those cute little innocent things. "We'll be in the Gummy Bear field, so if we get too hungry we could just stop and pick some Gummy Bears off the Gummy bushes." he added looking at Terale.

Even if Theo was just walking, he still had to move fast to keep up. Stupid legs, he pouted down at them. Not fair, not fair at all. He just had to be really short. "Okay!" He looked up at Theo, sure eating later was fine with him too. Sort of.
"Gummy Bear field." He repeated, his head tilting in response. What was a gummy bear? Well if Theo said they could eat it then it had to be a candy, right? Or at the very least sweet. "It's good, right? The bears?" Bears were big, right? They sounded big. And scary, not that Terale was scared or anything though. They had to be harmless, maybe.

Theodore gave a chuckle. "The Gummy Bear bushes have gummy candy that lookes like bears. Hints the Gummy Bear name." He said in a informative voice. He loved his voices that he did. Of course, sometimes they could get very annoying for others, but he didn't care.
"They are quite yummy and are of a bunch of different flavors." He said looking back at the pup. "So, if you don't like one, you'll most likely like another type." He added.
They were pretty close to the field already. Theodore could see it already. Ah, what fun they could have there! They could play tag, chase butterflies, eat. Anything! He grinned. It was the best playground for Theodore. He hoped that the pup would like it to. "See, isn't it wonderful?" he spoke up as they continued to get closer and closer to it.

Theo's voice was sort of different. Sounded smart and stuff, but then Theo was probably smart so maybe he always sounded like that around other Numa's his size. Maybe.
"That's good then! Sweet things are yummy and lots of flavours are good too! So long as there's no coconut flavour." He made a face. "I don't like coconut much."
He walked some more, he was getting bored. Just as he was about to ask how much further it was till the field Theo spoke up. Terale's eyes bulged. The field was awesome!! His jaw dropped.
"This place is tooooooo cool." He managed to gasp out before running ahead, the faster he got there the better!

Theodore made a face when he said coconut. It wasn't the best flavor, in fact, Theodore hated it. "No, There is no Coconut." He said with a smile as he watched the other run off. Theodore decided to hopp after him. Much like Pepe Le Pew (Sp?). He loved hopping.
"There's bees around, so becareful around the yellow gummies." he said seeing how thats where most of the bees hung out. They were fun to squish, until they bit you back. Though, it rarely happened to him anymore. He got smarter then those little evil creatures.

"Good!!" He shouted, laughing as he ran around in the grass. He looked about with widened eyes, this place was the coolest place he had EVER seen. He definately needed to come back here again another time, hopefully he'd remember how to get back here....his memory wasn't always so good.
He shook his head, his tuft of fur on his head moved and fell into his eyes. He stopped, trying to blow upwards to get the fur out of his eyes. He shook his head again, not really paying attention to Theo's next words. His eyes caught something yellow in a clump of bushes. Was this the famous gummies that Theo mentioned? They had to be!
He reached them, he eyed the yellow and shiny stuff with interest. Looked good. His licked his lips excitedly. He went closer to the yellow gummy, placing his paw closer and closer to it. That is when something flew close to him, landing on his nose. He blinked, his eyes moving close together to look at the yellow and black striped bug.
Terale reached up and put his paw close, getting ready to smack it away. Closer and closer he went before the bee flew off of his nose and instead landed on the yellow gummy. "Hey! That's mine!" He whined loudly and pawed at the ground unhappily. He looked away to see if Theo was close by. "Theoooo this thing stole my gummy! Should I smack it?!?"

Theodore understood that he probably didn't hear his last words when amazed with the rest of the place. "No.. Those bite with their back end." He said as he stopped jumping and walked slowly to where the other was. "They are mean little bugs. It's best to stay away from them." he said simply.
He pointed to another bush close by. "That one doesn't look as if there's anything on, or around it though!" He said with a happy voice.

He clutched at his nose with his two front paws. "That thing....it landed on me." He said, his words muffled with his paws covering his nose and part of his mouth. He nodded, listening hard to Theo's every word.
"I'll stay away from them, forever and ever." He hoped he'd remember that. He slowly removed his paws from his face, his eyes darting left and right for any more of those evil bugs. If only he could squash them but they bit back and no way was he getting bit!
He looked at the bush Theo suggested. "Okay!" He trusted him, Terale bounded over to that bush. He nipped at one of the gummies, a purple one. Grape, like the river flavor almost. He licked his lips, it tasted good! "Yummy."

Theodore laughed. "They only bite if you irritate them." He said simply. Of course, Theodore did irritated them a lot, so he always got stung. He didn't mind too much, he wasn't allergic to them.
He hopped to a near by bush and picked off an orange bear. He loved the orange ones. Indeed he did. He popped it in his mouth and looked to the other to make sure he was having a good eating time. The thought of hurting butterflies had soon vanished. Well, that was normal. He only had room for one idea at a time, most the time.
He took another bear off the bush, this time red. They reminded him of the Swedish fish in the great grape river.

He was so getting bit then. Terale definately had a feeling that he'd end up irritating one of those yellow and black striped bugs eventually, he just knew it. He gulped nervously, biting would be hurtful and pain wasn't something the pup enjoyed at all.
He nibbled on a pink Gummy Bear, it was okay....but not that appealing. A green one was much better, lime flavour. A dark blue, blueberry was really good. He licked his lips, that one was his favourite so far. He tried a black one and almost vomited. That was almost as bad as coconut, almost. He gagged and his eyes watered slightly.
He coughed and stuck his tongue out. "Icky black one." He cried out, his paw rubbing at his tongue. "Icky fur now." Gross. Terale looked over to see what Theo was doing, he was eating too. A red one. Well red was really good, at least colourwise. Terale ate a red one too and sighed contently, yep very good.
"Hey Theo, we gonna get those butterflies soon?"

The thought of butterflies entered his head again as the little one mentioned it. Though, the idea of ripping the wings didn't seem too fun anymore. Perhaps trying to catch one and keep it as a pet would be better, he wondered what it would eat. Though, they landed on strange flowers all the time. They didn't taste good either so it confused him a bit.
"Oh yes! I almost forgot!" He said in response looking to the pup. Again the thought of ripping the wings off butterflies entered his mind. God, it sounded so fun before, but now it had past through his mind and out the other side. He couldn't squish them. It was rather messy, and they didn't smell too good. "Only if we had a jar to keep one in." He said loud enough for the other to here, but was mostly just talking to himself.
God, he hated them. Their perfect wings. How they could just fly like everyone else. His stupid things that were suppose to be wings didn't work. Though, he did prefer the water more then he would like flying, so he was glad he could swim pretty good. If he couldn't, then his friend Beatrice wouldn't have been here. It was really a silly thing to be jealous about. Butterflies just seemed too peaceful, he had to do something to stop the peacefulness.

Good thing he reminded Theo then! If he hadn't then they might of not got to the butterflies. And that would of been sad. Terale grinned, time for some butterfly capturing to be done. His grin slightly faltered with Theo's next words. "A jar..." He trailed off, did that mean without one they couldn't catch them....?
"We can still get them, right Theo? Cause I don't got a jar...." His eyes were widened, agitation and almost fear reflected in them. He had waited all afternoon for this moment and to not be able to catch the butterflies.....that would be awful, just awful. He gulped and his grin faltered completely.

He smiled. " Of course not! We can still catch them, it'll just be hard to keep them." He said simply putting one claw up in the air. "See, with a jar, we wouldn't have to worry about squishing it on accident." He said potting his paw back to the ground.
He looked about for something that could be used similar to a jar, but saw nothing that would work. He flicked his tail and looked back at the other. "We'll just have to live with out keeping it too long." He added

He grinned happily, yay butterfly catching was still on even with no jar. He was so excited to finally catch a butterfly. Hearing that he would have to set it free made him pout. He wanted to keep one, it could be another friend, sort of.
"I won't squish them, I'm gonna take one home." He nodded simply, yes he would have one. His yellow/gold eyes looked about for any butterflies. Waiting was so boring, he pouted some more. Where were those butterflies? Maybe he should call for them?
"Butterflies!!" He shouted, hoping they'd come over. He looked around hopefully, nothing had came. Drat. His lower lip jutted out some more. "They're not coming."
