Shu gave a wave of his hand as if he was brushing away the comment.
"Yeah, yeah. Thats why they got themselves killed."
He retorted, simply saying so to push buttons. With a laugh he leaned forward and set his glass on the table situated in the room.
Cahlind was sitting in her chair, fingers steepled before her chin. She was thinking about how they could pull off getting Lilie back. The gods had destroyed her, that was true. But bringing her back couldnt be that hard if they had all the right pieces.
Cain, who had yet to take a seat in the room, was looking from person to person in that ever watchful manner he carried all the time. Passing his eyes past the Kert he noticed the mute one pointing to the currently dazed Neutral in the room.
"Sir, the Kert seems to have a thought."
He said, looking back to Shu as he tried to get the Incubuses attention turned to the Kert.
Shu looked over to Cain as he spoke then to the kert. Thinking about what he was pointing at, Shu followed his finger to Disaba. It took a second to register.
"Ah.... Disaba my love, would you like to be a vassle for Lilie?"
He said in that super sweet tone, as if he was asking a child to get him something simple. His magic was weaved so heavily in his words it was apparent to everyone.

Caliban smiled, glad they had understood him. His face was child-like and seemed a bit to sweet for a villian.
Disaba looked to Shu with confusion on her face as the spell started to break away bit by bit.
"No! Why would I do that?"
She asked trying to push herself away from him. When she failed she looked around.
"How did I get here? You did this didn't you?"
She said in a whisper to Shu.
Dagger bowed up, anger flaring in his dolly eyes.
"The Historical Villians are the reason that most of you still have breath in your lungs. Do not challenge us."
He snarled.
Jem grabbed his hand and pulled him down to sit beside her, the little toy horse rocking quietly in front of her. It began to look around, becoming bored of the conversation.

Serenity walked around town a bit, and to her dissapointment, found nothing of interest. She saw a bookshop on her right hand side that she thought she'd check out, but by the looks of it, no one was there. She sighed and thought, 'I don't suppose it would do any good to steal something on my first day here. I want to at least get a good look around before I cause any trouble.' She started off at a jog, lithe tail following behind her, swishing back and forth. If people stared, she didn't notice. Suddenly, she heard shouting coming from one of the houses. She stopped and got closer, curious about what was going on inside.

Shu seemed displeased with what Disaba had done, and firmly held onto her so she wouldnt go running. They couldnt risk her leaving in case she was a spy.
"It was just a question, Love, no need to be upset."
He said, looking about the room at the other faces.
"And if you know whats good, you'll stay quiet."
He added, his voice changing from its sweet tones to a threatening one in a second and back.
At the outburst by Disaba Cahlind snapped back to reality and remembered the human was in the room. Sneering she shifted in her seat and kept her eyes on the girl. She wanted to use the girl, but she couldnt lay a hand on her untill they were ready.
One outburst followed another it seemed as Dagger spoke up just after he settled Disaba.
"Please, Jem, control your puppet. We dont need people snooping around here."
He said, stressing the word puppet when he spoke.

Disaba smiled at Shu and grabbed his face gently.
"I have nothing to say to anyone but you now. I just don't feel like being a vassal to someone who could destroy my body for her own purposes. I hope you understand. I'm sorry for my outburst."
She said sweetly as she licked his cheek, a bit of a way to attempt to apologize.
Dagger growled low in his throat, ready to jump at Shu any minute. The only thing keeping him from doing so was Jem's hands on his arm and her pleading eyes. He couldn't say no to those eyes. So he just leaned back and tried to calm himself down.
"We already have someone snooping. She's standing outside. So be careful what you say."
He said softly.

Shu took a minute to register what this woman had said, but when it did he smiled and gave a nod of his head. But the lick, that wasnt what he was expecting from her, least not while they were still dressed. Wiping the drool away he patted her head and laid his arm around her shoulders to make her sit close.
"Now Disaba, Lilie wouldnt dare try and harm your body."
He said to her in hushed tones. Looking up at Dagger he smiled that wicked way he had, knowing he was pushing the buttons to that doll. But what he said made the incubus worry, though he didnt show it.
"Cain, would you be so kind as to go greet our guest?"
He said, making the command sound more like a request.
Drawing his sword Cain walked out of the house, followed shortly by Cahlind with her staff. Flinging the door open, Cain and Cahlind rushed around the house to find said eavesdropper.

It's not as if she was purposely eavesdropping. It was just a cat's curiosity. Natural for her. Besides, there was just something about this place that didn't feel....right. It's not as if she really cared what those creepy people were planning, she was just overwhelmed by curiosity. Before she knew what she was doing, her feet had carried her over by a window, but she was careful to make sure she couldn't be seen by those on the inside. She couldn't hear much, something about a puppet and some chick, Lilie. Lilie...why did that name sound so familiar? Serenity was sure she'd heard it before, but where? Suddenly, she heard shifting funiture and the door to the house opened and there stood one of the armed brutes she saw before and a snake looking woman. She'd heard about her kind, even if she'd never seen one in person. She was a naga, and this particular one didn't seem too happy to see her. "Um..hi?" she managed to stammer. Quickly, Serenity unsheathed her claws and attatched herself to the building, making her way to the roof. "I wasn't eavesdropping, if that's what you're thinking. I didn't hear anything, I swear!"

Disaba smiled at Shu and placed her hand on his leg before pushing herself up.
"Shu, how about we go to my house. I have some thing's to talk to you about."
She wasn't planning anything malicious. She was actually thinking she was making friends with these villians. It even seemed to her she might change her choice of sides.
Dagger was tired of getting bowed up at Shu. He'd deal with him later when he was asleep. He still knew some spells for sleeping. He had used them many times on Jem.

Shu seemed pleased at the request to go to Disaba's house and got up after her. He was begining to find the company here rather unpleasent, a mute kert and a testy puppet werent exactly the kinds of people he usually hung out with.
"Oh yeah, that makes you sound so innocent..."
Cahlind said rolling her eyes at the sad excuse for a Tigeral. Cain on the other hand was busy looking for a way up the side of the house to go after this eavesdropper. Cahlind would have giggled at Cains attempts to get up the house, but didnt for fear of losing a limb. Slithering her way up the side of her own house Cahlind pointed her staff at the fleeing one.
"Alright, hold on there or I'll singe your fur."
She said, glaring at the woman.

Serenity reached the top of the roof and stood there, tail twitching quickly back and forth in an aggrivated manner. 'Damn, I knew I should've payed more attention to the training', she thought to herself. Facing the rather unfriendly looking naga, she raised her hands in the air and said, "Alright, I give. You can, er, put that staff away now. Magic...unsettles me a bit." It really did. Her clan mates would usually play tricks on her with magic because she had failed to learn how to wield it herself. She always thought that she would never really need it anyway. Relying on her agility and stealth was all she needed.

Cahlind simled a wicked smile at the caught Tigeral, and though the woman requested it, she didnt put her staff down. Instead she slithered her way forward a bit, but made sure to keep out of range on the roof.
"Down you go Kitty... And I wouldnt try anything funny. Cain will hack you to bits if you do."
She said, motioning to Cain who stood below them with his sword weilded in one hand.
Sad part was, she was right, Cain would try and hack the poor girl to pieces if she breathed wrong. They couldnt have little evaesdroppers listening to their conversation.

Serenity knew she was caught and was rather annoyed when the naga refused to lower her staff. She heaved a sigh, went up to the edge of the roof where she'd climbed up, and jumped down, landing on all fours. She stood up and faced the one called Cain, made a low growling noise in her throat, and showed one of her small-but-sharp teeth. Maybe if she showed that she wasn't a pushover, they would maybe see her in a different light. She stared Cain dead in the eyes and said, "Alright, so what do you want?"

Cain watched the little Tigeral jump down before him, and while he still had his sword in hand, she still seemed to want to fight the two villains surrounding her.
"I want to cut your throat."
He replied at her relativly stupid question, and placed the sharp edge of his sword to her neck, though he didnt peirce skin.
"Cain! Dont try it, Shu may want to speak with her."
Cahlind called down to the Beastmaster, slowly slithering down her house to stand next to the Tigeral. With a growl of his own Cain lowered the sword away but still kept it handy.
"Alright Missy, inside you go."
She said, nudging her in the back to make her go forward.

Disaba exited through Cahlind's door and started heading towards her house, completely ignoring the Tigral and the others. She couldn't care less. She just wanted to get some alone time with Shu.
Dagger turned his head as Cahlind, Cain and the Tigral walked in. He smiled, knowing he was the better man being able to point out a spy like that.

Today was NOT a good day. Serenity had been kicked out of her clan, sent out into this new, bright world, and was now being accosted by several rough looking characters because they thought she was a spy! Could this get any worse, was what was going through her confused and aggitated mind right now. They pushed her inside the house she had been at and she loudly proclaimed, "I'm not a spy. Let me go, I have no interest in telling people anything that you might be up to, I'm a neutral. I just got curious because I heard someone screaming on the inside of the house."
