WingedWolfPsion Quote: You have never been to astral? I'm not 100% sure. I've been to a lot of 'places'. I have been told that I made it there, but as I said, it didn't look that different from anywhere else to me. IE, the astal plane looks like any other plane...though I don't like using the term 'plane' much. I always do work consciously. Someone could give me a sig for a location there, and I could pop in and describe what's there, sometime? I just don't know what the big deal is...all one place to me, just looking at different levels. You probly are only OBing, The astral plane is VERY differant then this plane.

Ooooonce again... let's please respect others opinions. I know it's hard, but there's always the chance she might know as much as or even more than you.

I don't OB at all. I was taught to astrally project by using a construct form to work through, and simply reaching out to where I need to be--it would be called bilocation a bit more properly. The result is awareness of both the physical and energetic world around my body, and whatever I can sense psychically at the location I'm projecting to (Energy, patterns, entities, etc). It's a bit safer than most other astral projection methods--I don't lose awareness of my body, and the form I send out to the location can simply be cut loose if it's trapped or attacked. (In fact, it's quite entertaining to blow it up...the attacker often mistakes it for an 'astral body', and they're stunned when it explodes... lol)

Just wondering, what sense do you use to detect energy? I myself use a kinda extra sense that allows me to see and feel energy at one time.
