"Could just call it luck that you've not caught me with anyone else. Just the other day i was talking to this darling little mare." Mardi had been interesting if a little wild. She seemed far too worried about finding people to talk to rather than just having fun alone.

"Ah'm sure you were." She nickered once more, giving her head a light toss before leaning down to take another mouthful of grass. "Ah don't see how it'd be mah luck ta not see you with anyone else... Maybe it's yours? Wouldn't want ta give any o' your lady friends th'wrong thoughts." Afterall, hadn't Sedi said that the green lady got all upset because Da was talking to their mother? If Nuka did have some sort of special lady she'd probably be mad if she found out he was around other pretty mares.

"I'm a stallion. It's a different story. Suppose to have a herd of pretty ladies who all want my attention." They weren't made to all stick to one other. The strongest males got the herds and could keep more than one mare safe.

She paused for a moment, attempting to let that sink in before... Laughing. Laughing hard and loud. "Now who's soundin' like a foal? Ah didn't think it was possible for someone so old to relive their childhood."

"I'm not sounding like a foal .. i'm sounding like my father." He shook his head. "Scratch that. I don't want to sound like him" He shook his head and leaned down to take a bite of the grass for himself.

"My Father was worse than most." He chuckled and shook his head. Maybe his dad wasn't all that bad but he had been rather more strict than he would have liked it. That's why he had to do better. Than and if he did better that meant that he got more girls.

Her tail gave a light flicker behind her, a cascade of blue moving along her flanks as she disappeared into the woods, letting her voice drift back behind her. "Ah've found you three times Nuka. That means you get ta find me next time." She ignored the whole bit about her father. She really wasn't worried about him... He had his own things to keep an eye on now.
