"If we come across any beasts, we could kill them for food."
Draku descended towards the buried ruins and examined the towering buildings with awe. It seemed as if a gigantic beast had awakened and destroyed the city with its raging fury. The city roads no longer existed but were buried in the depths of the desert. Fallen building blocked open pathways and crumbled, assimilating themselves with the sand. Time had helped this city to become one with the desert and sent no mercy to its inhabitants. What massive mercilesss being could have done this? Hopefully, the beast which created the ruins no longer slumbers in it, awaiting foreign visitors.

"Alright..."she stared about, poking her head thru windows. Many skeletons poked there way thru the sand. She trembled"Can we find a place to rest that doesnt have skeletons..."she laughed weakly and stepped closer. Breathing in a slow breath and trembled"Something isnt right about this place...".

A silent growl halted Draku. The growl echoed through several buildings, making it impossible to determine its source. Soft thuds vibrated the ruin grounds, followed by a hungry growl. Undead dont growl so, fortunately, they are not among them. However, a large, flesh hungry being lurked in the shadow and searched for its prey. Draku hid in the nearest building, preferably the second level of it. This way, there was a possibility that he could spot whatever was among them. Thud...Thud..
Small particles of concrete fell to the ground every time the creature made a step. Every wild animal or fiend had a strong sense of smell. However, the building that Draku occupied, reeked of dead rats. It should be reasonably hard for this creature to find them unless it wrecks the place in rage. Whatever the case, Draku tried his hardest to stay silent.
thud..thud

Lecta sat behind him, breathing in a slow breath. She peeked over his shoulder and chewed on her bottom lip"What is it...?"she whispered and placed a hand to his shoulder, forcing herself up to get a better look"Guessing we will have to stay here for the night...?"laughing nervously she looked away and closed her eyes.

Draku leaned against the rough texture of the abandoned building. Slowly, he peeked outside the window and skimmed the surrounding. In the distance, the silhouette of a multiheaded creature became visible. As an estimate, the creature should be approximately thirteen feet in height. There was no telling how many heads it was nor how much danger it proposed. There was no doubt that the creature was dangerous and hungry. As it slowly made its way towards the building, Draku retreated his head from the window and slowly sat down.
"We might have to stay here until that thing leaves." he whispered in a soft voice, "It shouldnt be able to find us."
Draku sat on the ruin debris in deep thought. Every minute that passed, there was not a moment where a soft thud ehoed through the dead city. In this case, it would be almost impossible to sleep. Nobody would be able to sleep with so much fear and anxiety.

"It knows werre here..."she whispered and layed her back against the rock he sat on. A sigh escaped her lip and she played with her hair. Her body seemed to be cratching at the walls of her stomack in hunger. A soft groan escaped her lips. She was getting frustrated. Closing her eyes, and breathed in a slow breath. She stared up at him and smiled weakly"Thinking up a plan?".

If I could only awaken them, I could stain this city crimson..
Draku peered through the window, hopefully able to catch a glimpse of the lurking dark animal. A pattern of scales blocked the sight and covered the window. The only thing he could do was stand in shock. The creatures skin opened like a bloody wound, revealing its bloodshot sclera. Its iris narrowed in diameter as the pupil enlarged like a gaping black hole of fire. The eye reduced in size as the creatures head retreated. A destructive force flew overhead and moonlight showered the darkness of the room. The ceiling was gone and so were the rest of the building levels. What was left was the second level and the rest crashed into a nearby building, crumbling and shattering into pieces. Its multiple heads became visible as they sneaked into what was left of the room. A snake like figure made its way into the room and stared at them with merciless eyes. Draku drew his weapons and yet was uncertain of his fate. His blades of chaos looked like mere daggers compared to the monstrous being that towered him. The creature would bring him death in a silver platter but draku will not give up without a fight. To avenge the death of his village, he must protect what is left of this country. It is an obligation. The snake struck him. His reflexes manage to cross his blades. Although he managed to block it, he was still drawn a few feet back. The enormous force felt like a barrage of bullets. However, this is only a mere snake. Even though its body was the size of a sewer pipe, it was still vulnerable. Draku swung his mighty blade upon recovery. He managed to hit the snake, drwaing blood that crossed the walls. However, it wasnt the end of it. It was still alive and so were the rest of the three heads that joined the ambush. He would need alot of help to get out of this one.

Did she dare fight, it was against her peoples ways. She breathed in a slow breath. The sand trembled beneath them. She rose to her feet and a large cone of sand formed behind the large creature. Ah, the wonders of the earth. IT had bin long sence she had used her powers. Breathing in a shaky breath once more, beads of sweat formed along her face. As its end became pointed like a spear. Raising her hands, and pointed them to the ground. The building trembled as the large spike came crashing down towards the beast.

It was as if the creature smirked. The monstrous being stepped back, evading the stalagmite like weapon. The spear fell at great speed in front of the creaute. Before it came crashing to the ground, the creature, grasped the body of the spear and wielded it as its own weapon. As if a Javelin, the creature threw the spear at the building in which they occupied. The spear sped like a bullet towards the building and there was no stopping it. Draku braced himself, closed his eyes and crossed his blades for defense as he deeply wished that the spear stopped right in its place. It was an awkward feeling. He concentrated deeply. Concentrating on the spear. Wishing for it to stop. No, commanding it to stop. His head throbbed. Tears of sweat fell from his face as he felt the power lost deep within the abyss of his mind.
A sudden shockwave rippled through the air like the intense heat of mid summer in the desert, the heat that created wavy illusions or how a drop of water creates ripples as it falls in still waters. In that instant, the spear halted itself in mid-air, twenty feet from the building. Draku opened his eyes and realized his power. Immediately, he lost concentration and the spear desintigrated into the desert sand in which it was formed from. Once more, the desintegrated sand became one with the desert as it fell freely down below. The creature they were battling was wise. In order to defeat this creature, they must remove its five senses. A strategy that Draku had already thought of in the first place. Slowly, he reached into his pockets and pulled out several needles, inserting them between his fingers. Aiming carelessly, he threw his weapon at the creature. The needles were hard to find if it fell on the ground and harder, almost invisible to detect once they are thrown. Obviously, these weak throwing weapons were not going to be able to pierce through the mighty scales so Draku concentrated. He closed his eyes once again and pictured the needles in his mind and the creature. He ordered the needles to stop and so they did. I could do this! I can!
With great precision, Draku launched the needles, carefully maneuvering them. The creature somehow felt it coming and closed his eyes. No avail. The needles pierced between its eyelids, blinding the creature's one of many sets of eyes. It shrieked in rage and carelessly threw itself at them, hoping its massive weight would be able to crush his opponents.
((I hope that wasnt too much))

Staring eyes wide, the tears on draku's cheeks became filled with sand. Covering her ears as the beast cried out in pain. As its minor blindless. Now was a chances. She rose of, clenching her fists. As one of the rock walls collapsed. The gentle, soft glow of her eyes became a furious red as the rocks that formed the strong wall rushed towards the scalled beast, she breathed hard. Lack of practice, her parents would be dissapointed in her. She laughd at herself and slowly shook her head. ((No not at all hun.))

The creature groaned in pain constantly, dreading its loss of eyesight. It dropped its guard and the flaming concrete hit its chest. Staggering, the multi-headed being smashed into the structure behind it, creating a massive hole. The stories above the building violently vibrated as the massive structure began to lean. The creature would die if the building fell and so would both of them if they dont make way. Draku, gathering the remains of his energy, left the ruin he was in and ran to safety from the falling mass.

Lecta jumped from the window and followed behind draku. Staring back at the falling structure and it collapsed. She bit her bottom lip, the rocks that formed the building crumbled down to the ground"You look weak Draku....".

"Maybe because I havent eaten well for the past few days," muttered Draku. "Nothing cooked anyways. Now that the thing is dead, i could probably eat somewhat properly."
Draku made his way to the remains of the fallen structure. Small particles of ash rose from it and a pool of blood surrounded the debris. There was a short pause. Draku waited if the creature was still going to move. He eventaully found the idea of it living ridiculous and dug through the concrete pieces. There was no telekinetic energy left nor shapeshifting to do help either.
"I hope multi headed chimeras taste great." says Draku blankly.

A weak laugh escaped her lips and she sat on a neerby peace of debri. She sighed aloud and watched him dig his way to the creature"Want some help?"she asked and rose to her feet, walking up behind him and placed a hand to his shoulder"Or do you preffer doing it alone...?".

"Help would be nice." draku blankly said.
After a few minutes of heavy work, his hands were scratched and blistered. A portion of the creature became visible. Draku cannot figure out what it was, and had no intention of cutting at this area without knowing. The balance of rocks became unstable and the top layer shook. It fell down on what he just managed to dig up, once again covering the dead chimera.
