Lunaki3 I have never figured out how you read or scry with stones. I understand water, mirrors, and pendulums but not stones. Man that is totally opposite of me. I can vaguely understan pendulums, but mirrors and water are confusing for me. I mean I can scry if I'm in the water, I just try and project myself into the future....I don't do it very often, it gives me a headache. Fire is fun to scry by, except your eyes kinda get a little wacky..9_6

Knola Lucid dreaming is the ability to know you are in a dream while you're still dreaming it. It usually leads to dream control, like flying, going through walls, and teleportation.
Sometimes, you can use a lucid dream to leave your body and go to the astral plane.
I basically learned when I was around 12 because my mom taught me how. I had a ton of patience, so I tried every night for months and months until it began working. So now I always know when I'm dreaming.
Can anyone else do this stuff? How did you start, and how often do you have lucid dreams? I was never taught, but I've had the ability since I was quite young. eek It wasn't until recently that I learned of the term, "lucid dreaming", and what it meant. When I found out, I was dumbfounded; I've done it multiple times, but it only occurs occasionally. I'd say....maybe 15 times or more since I was nine or ten (the first time I remember taking control of the dream; lucid dreams occur often for me, but I don't always control them; I just know I'm dreaming).

I've done this several times, though never intentionally, it just happens and more often than not, I know that I'm dreaming, but I rarely try and control it. I could understand wanting to control a nightmare, but sometimes the dreams I have come true, so I don't like to change them. I do have a bit of a question though. Has anyone ever dreampt of an eclipse or does anyone know what dreaming of an eclipse would mean? The other night I was dreaming about driving along a sea cliff, and the moon was huge, though everything was shadowed and windy. For some reason I had my best friends digital camera and stopped the car to look up at the moon, getting out to take a picture. Then the eclipse started. It was like the eclipse was on fast-forward but I could see second detail and the stars got brighter as the moon disappeared and then just as quickly reappeared. Then I woke up.
