Saline wasn't in the mood for games, and fortunately she was pretty good at getting to the point. She took a single step forward while cracking her knuckles. She gave him a calm, fanged smile and said, "Sworda, I don't like repeating myself. It can be rather... Irritating." She held a hand out to him as if to say 'I'm waiting'. The first two fingers were then ignited with her signature turquoise flames.

This was just plain annoying now. Saline's arms quickly caught fire as she simply yelled out, "SWORDA!! If you don't get your a** down here right now I'm going to melt this damned sword into a pair of earrings! And I know that Weenus is out here too because this whole place smells like those damn nachos!"

Satisfied with the reply, the flames quickly died without a trace of smoke. She flicked her hair back over her shoulder and replied, "Okay, you're off the hook. And like I said, that guy just reeks of nachos. Plus, he was singing earlier."

Saline looked up to the sky once more. If his new sword could do something like that... And with all the strange effects of the sword she had found... Hmm, maybe I should give that sword another try, she thought. It could prove useful, and I am a bit curious now.

"Okay, I won't hurt you or the sword. In fact, tomorrow I'd like to give it another try," she said with a warm smile. Her eyes drifted yet again to the skies. The moon was only half full tonight, but among the blanket of stars the night still glittered brightly. Feeling a state of renewed calm, Saline found a sudden urge to sing. Just for fun, she plucked her friend's song out of her memory and began to repeat it softly:


Her voice is very different from Weenus's, the light silvery tones almost resembling Sworda's flute. Her voice is more like a beautiful siren, calming or enticing with an almost inhuman quality. When the song is done she hums it over again very softly, sitting down in the long grass to gaze at the stars a bit longer.

Kara woke up due to all the noise that was going on and sat up, letting out a tired yawn and rubbed her eyes. She got up and had her plushie in her arms and slowly walked outside. "What's going on?" She asked in a tired, childish tone.

Kara let out another yawn before doozing off into a light slumber once again, holding the plushie to her chest still.
((God..She's a 5 year old trapped in a 16 year old body!!! She didn't used to be like that, lol.))

After waking the first time, Saline found it impossible to get back to sleep. She spent most of the night just watching her friend slumber, until a familiar voice spoke again outside. The words that came to her highly-sensitive ears made her stifle a gasp. The front door cracked open ever so slightly to give a view yet again to the sky tearing apart. Before she could run out to stop him it closed up once more, and then she had to cover a sigh of relief. It was strange; she never would have thought Sworda would be the type to want that. And there's your big mistake, she scolded in her mind. She sighed in her mind and quietly slipped outside to leap onto the roof. If she couldn't sleep, she could at least be closer to the moon. Tomorrow would hopefully hold better fortune, for all of them. The climbing plants had long ago reached the roof, making it soft with blankets of leaves. Saline laid down and let her thoughts wander until the sun would make its entrance once more.

The young hanyou woke up to find that she was alone in the hut. She let out a yawn and grabbed her pillow instead of her doll and walked outside, one of her sleeves falling off of her shoulders and sat down under a tree watching her friends, not saying a word.
