Jools My engagement ring wont act as a wedding ring, i want the wedding ring also and eventually an eternity ring. I adore my ring, jeff made a lovel decision...its white gold with 3 marquise cut diamonds and baguette cut diamonds on each shoulder. Completely beautiful and I had never seen anything like it.
I didn't let my hubby pick out my ring... we have TOTALLY different taste in jewelery. So we agreed that we would pick out our rings together because it would be from the one, but the other would wear it... Needless to say it took a fair amount of shopping around, but we finally both found rings that we could both agree on.

I didn't let my hubby pick out my ring... we have TOTALLY different taste in jewelery. So we agreed that we would pick out our rings together because it would be from the one, but the other would wear it... Needless to say it took a fair amount of shopping around, but we finally both found rings that we could both agree on. Well being totally honest jeff didnt pick my ring alone. I work in a jewellers and know full well never to leave a man to his own devices when it comes to this haha. We went around to about 10 jewellers in the end, and I only found 4 i liked at all. weird eh? I let him pick between the 4, luckily he chose the right one. The one i LOVED. He knew the look on my face gave it away when I spotted it. heart An eternity ring is a band of diamonds basically, all set together in a row. You traditionally receive one upon the birth of your first child (when married) or on a wedding anniversary...usually the 1st or 10th. Hope it helps ^.^

I am going to see the red embroidered dress again tomorrow ^.^ unfortunately the shop only keeps the plain white one in my size, its the same but without all of the beautiful red in it, its just white thread. My mum hasnt seen it yet, I am hoping she adores it and insists I have it.

I just went to try on my dress its soooo beautiful but tell me...what do you all think? It will actually be in ivory with red embroidery, but the style and embroidery are the same on this one, but just all in white.....I love it!! let me know what u think of the veil and tiara also! I am posting a pic of the actual colour of the dress to give you an idea of what it will look like..... Also if you want to scroll up there are some pics of the one i tried on the other day, let me know which one u prefer, I know which one i like but i want to know which one i look best in... heart      And this is the original

I like the veil, but I personally don't like the Tiara.
That's MY opinion though, and what matters is what you like and what you think you look good in.

I used to watch that show "For Better or Worse" where a bunch of the bride and groom's friends/family planned their wedding but only had like a certain amount of money to do it in.
I will say that whatever you skimp on if you can spend money on flowers, for decoration and centerpieces etc. to spend money on that. I mean they'd mismatch China on purpose (matching colors different plates etc.) have buffets and home made by the bride's mom cakes but they'd spend a good thousand on flowers and damned if it didn't look friggen spectacular.
