Hee. Can I have him? Ship him over to me or something. Or I'll come over and pummel you. *Pummel pummel*

not unless you pay me the shipping costs xp (shipping humans isn't as cheap as it used to be...)

Actually, I've started on a modern PotO fic that's nothing like that.

But back on topic, the whole characters in highschool thing is a cliche plot that plenty of fanfic writers use when they have no better idea. Believe me, I've seen it done for so many genres of fandom it's pitiful.

And personally I find Erik would be one of the kids you see reading in class all the time but learning anyway. An honor student who excells in practically anything and works in the library after school. *shrug* But I suppose some people would say he'd be one of those depressed "omfg im goth" kids. It depends on how you see Erik as a person.

I see Erik as a reader, learner type too... Your description of him sounded a lot like me Utakan sweatdrop Except I don't excell in art and P.E. gonk

Erik would be the only guy in drama, and end up punjabbing people/leaving because of all the "singing" that after school drama classes usually do.

He'd probably fall into the freaks catagory. The stalking, threatening to kill, ugly face, it's not all normal.

This may just be me but with plastic surgery and therapy and political correctness and so many people doing that nowadays a modern Erik seems so hard to master... he deserves to say safe and tucked away in his tormented little 1800s world =D

Well there are some diseases or scarring that can't be healed by plastic surgery, or even made worse. Therapy I believe would be easy to curb any want of murder he could have and of course he'd end up more refined.

But I think if his life began crumbling away after stabilizing it because of Christine (c/mon, modern day ***** here) the therapy sessions would be for naught and he would revert to insanity and do anything to get her and avoid the cops. And you know how bad they treat cradle-robbers.

I kind of see him as being similar to me at EAB, i.e. a loner who talks to the teachers more than the students.
