bubblegum_suicide lol. i luv subtitles. once i start watching anime in japanese with subtitles, i cant go back to the english version because a) i watch ahead & b) i find the english voices out of place after getting used to the japanese voices. I agree with the voice part. It just sounds so awkward watching dubbed after it. It kind of makes it seem a bit retarded after watching it in subs.

Ive learnt a bunch of japanese words (you cant use them in conversation though) but with subed episodes if there all from different translators it can get frustrating scream evil

I've never seen it dubbed. Dubs in general make me sick.

Penname Caedmon Well, Dub I can understand and know everything they talk about and subs sometimes go too fast, and take a lot of attention away from the picture, but the Subs are farther and easily allow you to learn more. i agree with u and all but i dont like reading whem im watching anime thats y i prefer eng dub XD

i prefer subs since they have the original voices. the english voices
(not trying to be rude but...) just makes me laugh... since it doesn't match the lips....
first reaction when hears dubbed: eek
second reaction after hearing dub: rofl
subs + the original voices are the way to go!! seriously!!!!

Subs have what they would say but dubs arent all that bad, though sometimes the dubs are horible.
