The blue male was quite pleased at how this outing was going. He walked high on his toes, comfortable with being the dominant male. Alexander turned his head back to see the tossing stunt Litre pulled off, and grinned when it was a success. So, there’s more to him than meets the eyes, Alexander thought.
He then turned his attention to the female. Still plodding along, he spoke rather loudly, so he was sure to be heard. “What’s your name?” he asked the teal girl. Then, another thought crossed his mind. Why were they all out here? Had they lost their families, just like he had? Alexander’s tail drooped slightly at the thought, and he decided he’d rather not know the truth.

Nymmeria's hair flattened back down at the muzzle dip and tail wag. She inclined her head respectfully, her own tail now wagging. She cast a glance at the romping puppies, who seemed to have materialized. None seemed to be related, their coats were too different.
The small she-wolf scented the air once more, just to check if any others were lurking in the under growth. Once satisfied with her relavtive safety, she returned her attention to the grown male.
" Who are you ? " She was curious by nature, almost to fault, and often to near rudeness, which seemed to be the current case. " Sorry. That didn't come out right. I'm Nymmeria, what are you called ? "
The sun was rising higher, turning her usually muddy looking forequaters to a golded colour. Her rear and middle were still the deep almost black, and the twisting green bits looked off in the light. But her eyes were almost golden, unchaged from their usual.

Sekani blinked when the pup touched his nose, momentarily surprised. Was this...an affectionate gesture? It must be. She was, after all, wagging her tail. He supposed it was because the only pups he'd known were Reicher's, mainly Guaf, who wasn't known for being nice. He'd been the pup's slave in a sense, and while the mute wolf hadn't minded, it had definitely shaped his view on pups. Though, on second thought, he supposed he couldn't judge all pups based off of Guaf. That wouldn't be fair, now would it?
His ears perked at the mention of her name, and a small lupine smile curved at his lips. Bindi. The name suited her. And the female was called Nymmeria. Sekani wagged his tail in response, before he paused, trying to decide how to tell them that he couldn't speak. It was difficult, especially when he had to try and tell pups. Adults took it a bit better, but sometimes little ones didn't understand. Finally, the wolf decided that the best way was to just open and close his mouth. Hopefully that would tell them that he couldn't speak.

Binking with intrest, Bindi watched and waited for the male's reply, seeing the Female also curious to him. Smiling sweetly as her tail refused to stop swaying side to side, her eyes wandered to the older femme. She was rather pretty indeed, Bindi was jealous as wolves probably would never want to leave her alone. Overhearing her name, the pup rolled it around in her head for a few moments, before deciding she also liked her name too.
Looking back to the male just to see his jaws shut, her eyes widened as she thought she had zoned out and missed his name! Giving a small yip, she seemed to panic for a moment on her rudeness, before giving a big, sheepish smile. "I'm sorries! I didn't hear you.." She flopped one of her ears down to plead her case that she was sorry...unaware that he hadn't spoken a single word.

(( Sorry x___x. Finishing up HW. ))
Pale eyes flicked up to look at the large pup when his voice trailed behind and into her ears. Keeping a lower profile than the other two, though tail had uncurled itself from her belly, Nen answered in a soft voice, "Nuenen." No rhymes or melodies followed the singular word...it just didn't really seem like the time for them.

(( It's okay. nn Stupid homework. xD ))
Dipping his snout into another nod, Alexander acknowledged the female’s addition to the conversation. He pulled his tongue back up and closed his mouth. Alexander gave a light sniff of the air, testing for other life forms. If he was going to steal the position of puppyalpha, he better act like one. After all, the other two were following him. He let one ear wander free to listen to the surroundings, and kept the other cocked back to the mini-group of puppies.
Alexander breathed deeply. Nothing else seemed to be in the immediate vicinity. This was both good and bad. They weren’t in any danger, but Alexander had just felt the tell-tale sign of hunger rumble from his stomach. He slowed his pace, and finally stopped. Blinking twice, he turned to the others and asked, “Where are we going again?” His hunger had disoriented his mind. If he was alone, he would have gone into hunt mode a few minutes ago.

(( evil indeed! ))
Nen closed the gap she had created between herself and the other two when the larger pup stopped.
Tail droping a little, she looked slightly at the other two and merely shrugged her shoulders. She honestly didn't have a clue where they were going...

((Totally fine, Azumi. <33 I ready up on him, Tomoyo. Seems like a good match, if you like Litre. I haven't made a journal for him yet, but you might be able to pick out his personality from the RP? He likes to think about everything a lot, which you haven't seen yet, but other than that... he's just like this. :3 Oh, and his nickname is Tre.))
Looking behind him, he smiled warmly at the pale blue girl, trying to be as kind as possible. Everything about him oozed warmth and comfort; his coat was the color of the sun near dusk, his current mood was amiable and pleseant. Only his eyes suggested something deeper. The rich green hid his thoughts, though his body sent his moods and feelings out like a bird. Of course, this could be a very bad thing. In this case, however, it could be good. If Nuenen thought they were a kind pair of males, she might be more apt to stick with them a while. That was assuming any of them stuck at all, of course. There was something about Alexander, though, something that he liked.
The more dominant pup's question took Litre away from his thoughts, though, and he didn't have time to investigate what it was about that male that he liked. "Uhm... wherever that other pup is, I guess? She was out of the trees a few moments ago, but she might've gone off with some other wolves." He scented the air as well, taking Alexander's lead. There was a mingled one that stuck out, possibley from more than one wolf?

[ Sorry, wasn't sure if Faidrae was going to post before me. ^^ ]
Had she understood? Her attention had apparently wandered, as was evident by the fact that the pup suddenly looked at him sheepishly. Sekani chuckled inwardly. She thought she hadn't been paying attention, and so she'd missed what he had to say. How cute. If only that had been the case. Unfortunately, that wasn't, and he was going to have to explain the situation again. Sekani opened his mouth, this time leaving it open for a good minute, before closing it and giving Bindi and apologetic smile. Perhaps that was a better approach. At least she was focused this time.

(( Cool. nn -is excited for Alexander to have friends- ))
Nodding to Tre, Alexander dropped his nose and sniffed the ground. It didn’t seem like the lighter female had been this way. He sniffed around in a circle, trying to be an efficient leader, but really just coming off as silly. No, she hadn’t been out this far. Though, if he would’ve thought about it, he probably could’ve reached that conclusion without his nose.
“Maybe we should go back towards the woods?” Alexander suggested, but started to walk slowly back the way they had come before anyone had a chance to reply. Adding the other girl to their mini-pack seemed like a good idea. He spun a quick circle, ending in a place facing the other two pups.
“Or…” he began, voice as full of thought as a puppy’s could be. “I have a different idea.” He promptly sat on his haunches, tipped is muzzle skyward, and let out a long, high, puppy howl. After a moment, he stopped and turned to the other two, wondering if they would join him in calling for the other puppy.
