My captain was only on guard this year because she didn't make cheerleading. She didn't care at all. I was supposed to be co-captain but since no one listen to the captain I was completely ignored. But what really annoys me is one of the girls who has only been on the team two years decided she was captain. She bullied all of the freshman into quitting for next season and talked bad about the team behind everyone's back. The worse part is our moderators didn't believe us when we told them!

Well, at the beginning of the season, I almost wanted to quit because of my captain. She drove us all nuts and I was so afraid that I was going to get yelled at. But eventually we all realized that we had a common goal to go towards, and she wasn't as bad as time went on. But I'm going to like next year's captain; we got along fairly well. (I know who next captain is going to be because there's only one person in the guard that's eligible to do so for next season.)

Well... this year i didn't like our captain but our co-captain was good... but our capt would get mad if we didn't corect something that the judges hadn't even commented on and when we tried to tell her that her hand was flipped the wrong way she got mad and told us she wasn't going to fix it and in one of the guard comments they had said to make sure ALL of our hands were the same...

I luff my captain!! She's amazing! She's really good at spinning and teaching, and she puts up with all of our crazy director's s**t. Our co-captain quit, because of our director... But she was cool, and we're still friends.
I was captain in my middle school years. I took the position seriously, and tried my best, but I wasn't a very loud outspoken person so it was hard for me to step out of my comfort zone and yell out directions... However, I was one of the most skilled people there so when I said corrections most people listened without me having to raise my voice.
I hope to be captain, or co-captain when I'm a senior. =)

I call upon thee in the land of the dead to unleash thy fury of thunder! I tried out for captain last year, but unfortunately, I didn't make it. crying
I like our guard captain as a person, but she abuses her power as captain. I love our assistant captains, though. One of them is one of my best friends.
I'm frightened for leadership for next year, though. With all the seniors leaving, myself included, there aren't many girls who really could fill the shoes as captain. Except for maybe Egg Pie. I just really hope Sis isn't a section leader, because then the entire guard will just fail. I'd hate to see that happen. INDIGNATION!
