With an inward sigh Miho followed her upbringing and bowed politely. “It is a pleasure to meet you, Takara-san” She glanced longingly down at the book in her hand, so far “Pride and Prejudice” was looking to be an interesting book and she was longing to get back to it.
She blinked “Of course, it is physically impossible for someone to be ‘unable’ to smile. Unless of course they’ve been in…” She frowned suddenly, cutting herself off in mid sentence. Where had that come from? It made her actually sound smart. “Anyway… a name is a name, it doesn’t matter if it’s pretty or not. All that matters is that matters is that it is possible to pronounce ”
THUD
She winced, the sound of skull hitting wood was not a pretty sound and it was the second time that she’d heard it today. She suddenly frowned and glanced back over her shoulder towards the girl on the steps. She was right, the girl on the steps was covering her mouth in an attempt to stop her laugh. A half amused smile darted across her lips before she turned back to Mitsuko.
She peered down at the girl, a bit of her true nature seeping through her guard in her concern, “You okay? It seems that the tree may be dangerous; as two people have now hit their heads on it.”

The girl rubbed at her head. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. OW. It took her a moment to realized that the concerned sounding voice was Miho.
"Ahm uhkay..." Whoops, seems like her words were a little jumbled. Geez. If she ever became a doctor, the first thing she probably would do is trip, and accidentally get a syringe in her.
...
Not she hadn't done it before. BUT HEY! She was 5 at the time! She didn't know pointy things could hurt so much!
"The tree IS dangerous." She agreed, finally glanced up to glare at the tree, her eyes shooting daggers. Hey, she LIKED nature, but not when it attempted to hurt both her, and others!

dinyana Tarii restrained herself from jumping up from her seat. Apparently the male from the tree had somehow wandered over behind her shoulder. She feigned a small cough and turned to the boy. He had strange light silver hair and a red hat that somehow resembled the devil's horns.
"The book is called The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald," she bluntly put it. She did not bother introducing herself. If she did then she would most likely only state her first name. Why? Her father was to blame.
The Wasutori family was known for it's trade and business in gourmet food, culinary arts and of course her father's famous restaurant. She feared that the school knew enough of her since her father somewhat endorsed the cafe in the school. Putting more attention on her would make her develop out of a cocoon. Something she wasn't quite prepared to do. "Ah...I'm afraid I've never heard of it...though I haven't read too many books recently," he commented, adjusting his head phones. "You seem...familiar..."
He blinked, staring at the girl a moment, not realizing it might have been considered rude. "Well, sorry for bothering you. Just seemed like you wanted some company is all." He offered a very slight smile and nodded toward the pair of girls who had surprisingly seemed to be getting along quite well. And not just in the way of formalities and false business. Roka wondered if perhaps they would grow to be actual friends. Maybe he had judged the school and the students too quickly.
"Any reason you won't join them?" It did not escape Roka that she hadn't mentioned her name, and it seemed to obvious a mannerism to ignore unintentionally. She was almost certainly not telling him her name for a reason. But why? Well, that wasn't any of his business...besides, what made him care?

The girl’s voice sounded slurred, Miho started to wonder if the girl was really truly alright and blinked. Why did she care? The girl was another human after all and humans were not to be trusted. She frowned her guard had been being slowly let down without her even realizing it. It would serve her well to be cautious of this girl. For all of her happy go luckiness it seemed that she had no problem penetrating Miho’s guard.
With a soft sigh she plunked down on a different side of the tree than Mitsuko and flipped her book open to the bookmark, preparing to burry herself away from the world. Once she was immersed in the book only the loudest of noises would snap her attention away. With a happy sigh she began to read.
'Not all that Mrs. Bennet, however, with the assistance of her five daughters, could ask on the subject was sufficient to draw from her husband any satisfactory description of Mr. Bingley. They attacked him in various ways; with barefaced questions, ingenious suppositions, and distant surmises; but he eluded the skill of them all; and they were at last obliged to accept the second-hand intelligence of their neighbour Lady Lucas.' ((Awwr! Night Ty! *snugs*))

Kiyoshi Yamada, the only son of the world famous fashion designer couple, leaned against the back of the chair he was seated in. There were times where he would be really talkative, and there were times where he preferred to keep to himself. This was one of those times where he wished to be by himself, until someone came to talk to him or until someone catches his attention... Whichever comes first.
He took a good look around the hall, finding some faces familiar, while labelling others as unfamiliar. He had to admit that the rich do know how to take care of their hair... During his trips to the commoners' malls, he found that commoners like spending their money on making themselves look good. In Kiyoshi's point of view, however, commoners' hair from the hair salons lasted only a few hours, their skin become oily after less than an hour after going for facial, and their fashion sense comes from viewing television programmes.
Within one shopping mall, he could find a lot of commoners wearing the same type of clothing classified under a single category.
He tucked his hair behind his ears, and frowned slightly. The white ring he was wearing on his finger didn't match the school uniform... He took out a small dark blue box from his school bag, and opened it. Inside were several different accessories, from hair clips to rings and even earrings.
He slipped the ring off his finger and replaced it with a black and dark blue one. He didn't have one that matched the uniform's color, but at least this one will match his hair.

Resting her head against the tree trunk, Mitsuko sat there for quite a while, trying to let the throb of her head die down. 'Stupid, stupid Mitsuko.' She thought to herself, with a huff. When she finally rose her head, it when then that she noticed that Miho had moved to a closeby tree, and begun to read. For a moment, she considered going over to bug - er -'talk' to her again, but decided to spare the other girl for the time being.
...
Maybe she should actually go INSIDE the school now. Afterall, there weren't too many people in the courtyard right now, other than a select few.
Rising gingerly, she rubbed at her head against, before turning to look at Miho. "Miho-chaaaan, Imma going to go inside now, alright? It was nice meeting you!" Then, turning to the area were Roka and the other girl sat, she rose a hand, waving furiously all while calling, "I'LL SEE YOU LATER, ROKA-KUUUN! AND BYE GIRL-WHOSE-NAME-I-DON'T-KNOOOW!"
That done, the girl proceeded to walk - or 'prance', in a sense - towards the school building.
"Hhm..." As the girl walked through the hall, she tapped at her chin, a sort of frown on her face. Lets see...anyone she knew? Well, there WERE a few familar faces, and that girl KIND OF looked like someone she had talked to once in ju -
WHACK.
GREAT. Two injuries in one day! Mitsuko rubbed at the nose, wondering what she walked into. Finally, looking up with green eyes, she realized it wasn't a question of what, but who. To her great surprise, she found that she had walked smack into another boy.
"Whoops."

Kiyoshi's accessory box fell to the floor with a resounding 'clang', and the contains came spilling out. The smaller pieces went flying across the floor, while the bigger and heavier piece were scattered around the fallen box. The male blinked, and brought up a hand to rub his head where he was hit.
The hair in that area was slightly messed up from the impact. Kiyoshi smoothened down his hair, before fishing out a comb from his bag and combing the 'affected' part down. Keeping the comb, he stood up and looked at the person who had walked into him. The girl looked familiar... Probably someone from the same class, or someone from last year.
"Miss, are you alright?" Although his voice was rather monotonous and even overly formal, he was concerned. It won't do good to hurt a lady, even if he wasn't the one who had walked right into someone else. He hadn't forgotten about the things lying about on the floor though.
He could always buy them again, and even make new ones to replace the hand-made ones. Yes, an injury was much more important than accessories.

Mentally, Mitsuko continuously scolded herself, repeating the word 'stupid' over and over again. It was only when she was addressed, did she snap out of her thoughts, take a step back, and glance at the other boy.
Her head went to the side, and she silently glanced from him, to the accessories that was scattered about the floor. For a moment, she was silent, before she waved both of her arms. "OHMYGODI'MSOSORRY." Quickly, Mitsuko knelt down, and gathered what she could of the accessories into her hands, careful to avoid the feet of other students. Then, shuffling towards the box that lay on the floor, she straightened it back up. Crossing her legs, the girl began to replace all the items back into the box, scanning the floor for more, before holding it up to Kiyoshi.
It was quite the sight to behold - a class 1A girl sitting crosslegged on the floor, holding an accessory box up to someone.
"Sorry about that. And I'm fine, no worries." She grinned.

Kiyoshi didn't expect that at all. All the female inhabitants of the school, especially a class 1A student, that he had met would normally do the 'standard' things. Number one, start crying, number two, start trying to get friendly, number three, apologise with what Kiyoshi see as being 'insincere', or number four, all of the above.
Kiyoshi took the box, and placed it on the chair he was sitting on a moment ago. Shaking his head, the male offered his right hand to the girl, "Thank you for retrieving the box, and there's no need to apologise. Please, get up from the floor."

Miho sighed softly and relaxed back against the tree. Finally, peace and quiet, except for the crash that had just come from the school building that is, that had to be Mitsuko. She couldn't help the chuckle that escaped. That girl had defiantly been telling the truth about her clumsiness, was there anything that she couldn't trip over or crash into?
With a deep sigh she stood. She was beginning to doubt that there was any place on the school grounds that was quiet enough to read in peace. Everyone here was just interested in making good connections, and it didn't seem like anyone actually cared about maybe... learning something interesting, not just something that would further their career field.
An idea hit her and she headed back towards the school, maybe the school hall would be empty by now.

((really forgive me if I do this wrong..))
Miiya crept into the school hall. She doubted that the 1D boys would come here and spot her...so perhaps this was a place where she could get a break from the boys who had wanted to snatch her doll away from her, again. 'They 're already in high school, isn't that old enough to stop bothering me?' Miiya thought. She slumped onto the floor and sighed. She had pretty much enjoyed her holidays and was far from reluctant to return to school. More homework and tests that she didn't know how to do.

OH GOD.
It wasn't a very funny scene, Minori thought rather annoyedly as she struggled to put on her school uniform, as the maids tried to stifle their giggles. In Austrailia, she didn't even to wear something like this. She had looked at it appalled when the maids informed her. And there were stockings. Was there no end to the cruelty? She almost sworn out loud when her parents told her, when she got down from the plane, that is, that TODAY was the first day of school. So yeah, it wasn't very nice at all. It wasn't that she was exhasuted; she had gotten enough rest back on their private jet, but it was just stupid. She cursed under her breath as she hurried to where the limo was waiting and grabbed her already packed bag from the maids.
But that wasn't the end. Heaven must have decided that it would torture her today. After she had gotten off the car and ran into the school compunds, she realised that she had absolutely NOWHERE to go. And knew NO ONE, being in Aussie for the past few years. Groaning, she wandered about the school halls and after deciding that this was hopeless, she slumped against a wall, pushing the horribly sleeves up to her elbows.. Absoutely great. It was a "wonderful" first day of school.

Chihaya stood in the massive yard of the school campus, peering up amongst the hustle and bustle of the students, both new and old, at the elegant school building. She giggled, THIS was certainly a far cry from the schools she had been attending for the past years of her schooling life. The private schools were all very large and well-equipped, but comparing Ouran to them was like comparing a dwarf to a giant.
She was different, suffice to say. Most of the students entering school already had their own cliques and circle of friends, whereas she was completely alien to this school.
"New school, new friends, new teachers, new everything. I won't know anyone, at all." She sighed, then immediately wore her usual grin. She laughed. "I guess I'll really be lost, huh?"
The soft little head of the stuffed frog she had put into her bag nodded up and down as she skipped toward the building.
"Chizu-nee, I'll do my best!"
------------------
The school hall was more or less empty, save for a few students chatting within their social circles. Unfamiliar faces dotted the room, and Chihaya stood at one side of the very large room forlornly. She didn't even know who was in her class...
Just then she saw another girl(whom she decided as very pretty), with her sleeves pushed up in quite an ungraceful manner, slumped against the wall looking rather frustrated. Chihaya wondered if the girl was in the same position as herself. It was rude to stare, but curiousity was part of her personality, so..
She just pinned her eyes on her.

Miiya caught a glimpse of one of the boys outside. Trouble. Immediately, as she had always done so for the past few years of her life, she clutched the doll and looked for a place to hide. Somewhere dark..and unobtrusive. Her doll's seams were about to rip soon and she didn't want its wounds to be worsened before she could send it to be mended.
She ran as fast as she could, expecting people to move out of the way for her. They always did. Strangely, one girl didn't. She merely stood there, staring at something and Miiya was about to run right into her.
