As time wore on, Caden's caution wore off. Why again was he doing this? Something rustled behind him, but he didn't even bother to flick an ear at it. This was pointless. This was boring. The dusk-like light level kept him awake and a glance upwards reminded him that despite how it might feel, they were still indoors, as the painted clouds stared motionlessly back down at him. The lion stood up and stretched, completely forgetting that he was supposed to be hiding.

"Five more minutes!" Orpheus called out, they had been out there for a while at their game. This was the final warning to give them time to catch one another one last time or if they so chose to do so start to head back his way. From what he had seen the pair of them were getting the hang of sneaking, of using their night vision that seemed to be a cat thing, and hwo to track. Caden, who was younger, seemed to be growing bored with the game no doubt having a shorter attention span then the older Sahra. He started back towards the door they had come in, shedding the night vision, and making noise enough that Caden and Sahra could follow him easily enough.

The game long forgotten by then, Caden walked leisurely through the tall grass, back to Mr. Solon. His eyes burned from the sudden change in light levels, and he kept one hand up to shield them from the artificial sun. In D-Corp's environment simulator rooms, it was all too easy to forget that it was all a pre-programmed system. By the time he reached the patch of astro-turf where Mr. Solon was standing, Caden's eyes has readjusted. He mumbled something unintelligible through a loud yawn and glanced behind him to see if Sahra had made it back yet.

Note Home I thank the pair of children for attedning my class, the begining was a little rough but things went well after that. I hope that they practice their skills when they have the time and I wish them luck with future games of hide and seek. ~ Orpheus Enclosed in the note that went home to Sahra was a pretty blue gem set in a pin: and for Caden was an orange one:
